偷偷地說,Shabu Shabu / 火鍋,自己覺得一人一鍋比較衛生。最近試了勝手的真鯛立魚湯底,都幾有特色呀!同朋友口痕,先來點前菜+串燒。磯煮鮑魚及海螺 $68鮑魚彈牙,兩款都入味,幾抵食。牛舌串燒牛舌厚切,肥美有口感煙肉荔枝波蘿串燒煙肉香加荔枝波蘿甜甜果味,很Juicy!Shabu Shabu 是套餐。我選了真鯛立魚作湯底。主菜試了和牛及黑豚。每款主菜都附有大量雜菜。和牛肥美,食落鬆軟感十足。配上酸汁或麻醬,更加分。黑豚食落有滲出立魚湯鮮味,肥度剛好,也是好選擇。雜菜中,皇帝菜加茹類有真鯛立魚湯作底,更鮮甜又不失清淡感。稻庭烏冬自己泡,我泡得久了些,太軟身。下次要控制好時間。

火鍋,食唔少。但要食上日式正宗一點的火鍋,也真的比較少地方有。這次,搵到銅鑼小巷內的一間日式火鍋店,食上上級的配料。位於銅鑼灣百德新街55號華納大廈地下E號舖,在小巷內,所以大街上,有著這樣的牌,指示大家前往。店內裝修,是比較高級的設計。以一人一鍋為主。套餐上,首先揀選湯底,分別有真鯛立魚、傳統的壽喜燒湯底、鮮味十分的昆布鰹魚湯底,以及辣的泡菜湯底。選好湯底之後,就選肉類。分別有和牛、黑豚、雞腿以及海鮮。我跟朋友一人一鍋,分別選了和牛配壽喜燒、海鮮配鰹魚湯底。用上上級的雪花和牛,雪花分佈均勻。雖然和牛量少咗啲,但食材却是挺優質的。牛味十足,不是太肥,雪花均勻,剛剛好呢~~無論是揀牛、豬、雞定海鮮,都一定會有蔬菜盤。包括有香菇類及大蔥蔬菜等。個人認為,海鮮比較抵食。分別有厚切的帶子、兩塊蠔、鮑魚以及大蝦。種類會比較多。而海鮮都挺新鮮,不會有雪味,感覺很不錯!配合鰹魚湯底,會更可以帶出新鮮味道。這是蔬菜雜菜盤!套餐還有前菜。而湯方面可以揀麵豉湯或蛤清湯。而我就挑了蛤清湯,因為比較少地方有。清甜,也挺鮮的。套餐還有澱粉類的。客人可以挑稻庭烏冬 (左上)、米飯或葛絲 (左下及右)。兩個都是地道

今晚食得牛,當然都想食下牛舌,仲要見到佢地燒得咁香。就叫左一碟(HKD$50)。就是因為香才點,誰不知咬下去更爽,燒脆表面,內裡有嚼口,這個牛舌串燒做小吃真的一流。

其實一個人更開心……係啊,係老銅百德新街果邊既勝手到好開心咁食左一餐好野,食材新鮮而令味道更佳,氣氛偏暗,好適合朋友來一邊滾一邊傾計,下次希望唔洗自己一個人黎啦(淚)。

謝謝友人讓我吃了一碟只有一隻肥大肉厚的蠔, 帶子給我滾得太耐, 肉質變得太實淨及韌; 而滾蝦, 我卻手到拿來. 豚肉亦是十分建議點選的.

吃到一半, 蜆湯隨即奉上, 每碗湯只有一隻大蜆, 可否給我多幾隻呢, 因為實在太好吃兼不痴牙!! 湯味不覺太味精, 仍能喝到蜆的海鮮味.

蜆湯作為完美的過場後, 便到稻庭烏東, 立魚湯底吸收了海鮮、豚肉及蔬菜的味道, 可說是精華所在, 濃縮的湯底變得較濃味, 此時放下烏東在鍋內翻騰約5分鐘便可. 單靠筷子其實有點難大箸地把烏東夾上, 最後問師傅拿勺子.

最後當然是甜品啊~ 是普遍的日式雪糕糯米糍, 有我喜歡的香芋味及芝麻味~

也說說店內環境~  燈光是半暗微黃的, 火鍋店來說算是有格調吧~ 坐的都是high chair, 有師傅站在 大L形的長枱招呼客人. 一些菜式、特別推介的都以白筆寫在黑色不透光玻璃上, 夠簡潔不花巧.

The menu is simple. They even have a swanky cartoon drawing of how to order. You choose your soup base, you meat and your sides. You can throw in some yakitori as well if you want. As the weather was cooler, it was time to shabu shabu so I came here for lunch. I was greeted by the wait staff who seemed to  do everything from bartending, serving and cashing your bill. Later I found he was also the captain. He queried if I'd been here before and explained their menu and suggested the lunch menu is the most reasonable. I decided on the $168 executive lunch set which included assorted vegetables, Japanese pork, US beef, choice of two skewers ($50 and under), appetizer, Inakawa udon or rice, soft drink or dessert (which is just ice cream mochi). I chose udon and a soft drink and asked for yakitori suggestions. The staff told me that their chef does an amazing ox tongue so I chose that. My second yakitori was bacon asparagus.

I was then to choose a soup base from the four they had available: kimchi, bonito and kelp, sukiyaki and red snapper. The staff informed me that their signature soup base was red snapper so I chose that.

Noted that hygeine was pretty good as they gave me two different chopsticks. One for cooking and one for eating. Most places don't unless you ask for it. As I work in microbiology, two different chopsticks at a hot pot place gave me top marks that I wasn't going to get sick afterwards.

The assorted vegetables included various lettuce, enoki mushrooms, one shitake mushroom, shimeji mushrooms, one piece of Japanese tofu, pork and beef slices. The udon was also placed on the plate. Quality of the pork and beef were very good. Very tender. The udon was amazing. It was very chewy even though I boiled it for a long time. Portion size was just the right amount for one person.

Pretty good deal for $168 as quality of ingredients was excellent. Even for a lunch set, they didn't skimp on the quality. Staff informed me that they were originally from Tai Hang (really?? I never noticed them) and they moved here recently. I would return if I am in the mood to shabu shabu and have no one to do it with at the moment.

Should note as I was leaving, they had a chalkboard on one end that showed their daily seafood catches for dinner or people who want a la carte.

冬天食飯最近要暖粒粒,而本人又係一個無辣不歡的朋友來的個日係銅鑼灣間McQ行左一陣,肚仔特然間響警號。於是就係附近搵野食。行左1分鐘都未夠 就有得食ShabuShabu,入到去梗係叫個泡菜底,貪佢辣嘛。朋友就叫左個好濃的湯底,忘記名LU,只記得個湯好深色,個冬瓜入哂味簡真係人間極品。我地仲叫左個炸雞食,超喜歡個醬,不知幾有衝動再叫佢黎多個"醬"就係咁 食左一餐超豐富同超開胃的一餐。

Over the weekend, me and a few friends went to try out this shabu shabu We found when We were walking around cwb. the restaurant was clean n nicely furnished. The seatings were ok because It's sort of like a sushi bar. You might be a little close to random people sitting next to you. Anyways, I order the pork ribeye combo with the bonito and kelp soupbase. The fish was nicely grilled and the meat was really flavorful. The bill came to each person around 600-700$. Great choice of menu items. A little over priced But definitely worth it. Good place to bring a date to.

很喜歡吃日式火鍋, 香港都食過很多間, 第一次來試勝手, 今晚約了友人來開餐. 環境都比較細, 很有壓迫感, 因為待應根本都沒有什麼地方可企, 就只能一直企在我們面前 (當然不是他的錯), 我跟朋友說話時感覺都怪怪的. 點了一個最貴的A5牛餐$610 和幾客串燒. 串燒方面就沒問題, 白鱔和牛舌算是不錯, 幾有質素. 但火鍋方面就好難接受.  我點了的是最貴的A5晚餐, 肉的份量少得可憐我都沒所謂 (菜就多), 但最重要的是那牛肉吃下去根本不太像A5牛. 老實說之前去牛陣吃到的質素還比較好. 而且價錢還平得多..... 隨餐附送的烏冬其實是好食的, 很滑,但一口已經差不多食完. 一位男仕點一個晚餐不可能吃得飽吧.... 最後甜品再給我一個大驚喜 -- 維記雪米糍 !! 真沒想到這食物到現在還會出現在中高檔次收費的餐廳......價錢平一半有多既牛陣都有Haggen-Dazs任食啊...總括來說服務沒問題,但食物質素和份量都實在不值這個價錢!!
