公司福利都算唔錯,生日可以放一日假,所以為咗充實利用呢一日,我就決定去到黃金海岸食個正嘅午餐慶祝~~對於我呢個新界人黎講,其實唔算遠,但係由於係平日嘅關係,所以比較少有,相信都係附近嘅居民,而我嘅午餐就係呢間大玻璃自動門嘅日式餐廳餐廳裝潢比較西式,高樓底而且佔地廣,仲有室外座位,可以邊食邊欣賞海景,享受下悠閒嘅生活,可惜天氣不似預期,所以我同海景無緣喇。而我揀咗食廚師發辦,所以就俾安排坐吧枱,欣賞廚師表演都唔錯吖~揀好食廚師發辦之後,廚師就開始準備各款刺身等嘅材料,好快就有呢個柚子醋魚春,外觀同白子有啲似,食落口感都係有啲creamy,配埋清新嘅柚子醋真係幾開胃口跟住就係幾款新鮮嘅刺身,分別有帆立貝、赤貝同油甘魚,帆立貝就夾住一片檸檬,少少嘅酸味更可以帶出鮮甜味;赤貝嘅口感就幾爽口;而油甘魚就係微微厚切嘅,唔會腥~不過唔洗講都知,我嘅至愛緊係帶子啦!!!刺身之後,都係刺身,但係就係熟嘅磯燒鮑魚,望住師傅將一大隻嘅鮑魚切片,真係已經流曬口水,急不及待喇!! 相信呢個鮑魚經過長時間熬煮,因為唔需要再加上任何調味,味道就已經好好,而且保持到彈牙嘅質感,仲唔會韌添,味道同口感都好有水準食完餐前
