食完餐前冷盤之後,就開始進入熱食嘅階段喇,呢個賣相幾架勢嘅係炸魚天婦羅拼盤,別緻嘅擺盤,令到味道更加提升,拼盤包括有炸魚天婦羅、蕃薯天婦羅、香菇天婦羅同青豆天婦羅。呢到嘅天婦羅唔係炸到超級脆,而係軟熟得黎帶點微脆,再配上天婦羅汁同白蘿蔔蓉,可以減卻油膩嘅感覺。炸魚已經去咗骨,所以可以成條食,魚尾炸到脆脆都好好食;蕃薯就有外脆同微微黏稠嘅口感;而香菇都係外脆,但係就內軟多汁,真係唔錯

輪到食鐵板燒喇,身先士卒嘅係香煎鵝肝,雖然坐呢個位就睇唔到煎嘅過程,但係一上菜就已經傳來陣陣鵝肝香,真係好大誘惑啊!! 厚厚嘅鵝肝,放係脆脆嘅多士上面,一啖都勉強可以食得曬,而鵝肝嘅油脂香係口入面四散,真係齒頰留香,之後再用伴碟嘅生果,清一清味蕾先品嚐下一舊鵝肝多士

跟住下一個就係鹽燒多春魚,其實用筷子挑開燒都微硬嘅魚皮,都有一定嘅難度,實在太難保持食得有儀態喇。經過一番苦工之後,終於可以見到滿滿黃色嘅魚春,將魚春點一點螢光綠色嘅柚子醋(顏色有啲嚇人) ,柚子醋嘅味道都幾酸,唔建議點太多,而且破壞咗魚春味道。多粒魚春同時間係口內爆開,真係口感幾好~

對於我呢個食肉獸黎講,終於黎到期待以久嘅主菜喇 — 和牛粒鐵板燒!!! 我覺得呢到除咗有味覺嘅享受之外,視覺都別有一番風味,因為每一道菜嘅擺盤,都可以睇到餐廳嘅用心,正如人地經常講視覺都係味道之一,賣相好嘅野食,味道自然加分啦。而呢碟和牛就加曬分啦,用嫩綠嘅翠玉瓜同類似泰式辣醬,去增加成道菜嘅色彩。味道配搭方面就有兩個選擇,分別係和牛粒配炸蒜片同和牛粒配辣辣嘅醬汁,前者嘅蒜香同牛肉幾夾,而炸得香脆嘅蒜片同嫩滑多汁嘅和牛粒,口感好豐富;後者嘅微微刺激嘅辣味,唔會太過濃烈而蓋過牛香,反而仲可以減少油膩嘅感覺。其實食法仲有第三種,就係還原基本,咩調味都唔需要,品嚐最原始嘅和牛味,中間仲微微嫩紅嘅和牛粒,質感軟滑,油脂充滿濃郁嘅牛香,只有質素好嘅和牛,先可以咁好嘅味道!!

尾聲就緊係食甜品啦,而甜品就雪糕,有綠茶、芝麻等味道選擇,我就緊係揀綠茶雪糕,當食到飽飽嘅時候,就覺得呢一球雪糕好大舊,哈哈~~ 都普通雪糕軟滑嘅質感唔同,口感比較黏滑,有啲似係食緊意大利軟雪糕,雖然有綠茶香,但係奶味較重,所以偏甜,不過我就幾鍾意~

平日放假真係好啊,食完野,仲可以悠閒咁行下黃金海岸添

As for our Omakase dinner, we got to sit at the sushi bar in front of the chefs and tried their fresh sashimi. Omakase is a cuisine style where all the food was chosen by the chef, so all we had to do was sit and wait for the food to arrive on our plates^^ Our first dish was a small sliced abalone starter with sort of green noodle-like substance that was pretty appetising with its sweet and sour taste. The abalone was of high quality with a sweeter taste and firmer texture than the usual canned and frozen abalone. I quite enjoyed this appetiser as its abalone flavour was very strong unlike other japanese restaurants I've tried-if only the portion was a bit bigger than that would be perfect!

The chief then gave me two pieces of this yellow tail sashimi. The first thing I noticed was how thick the sashimi was cut which I thought was pretty generous of the chief

One of my favourite sashimis to eat would definitely be the toro. The toro here had a nice ratio of fat to meat but it would be better if the toro was slightly fatter for my liking.

The shrimp sashimi was prepared so delicately, it was almost to precious to eat! The chef prepared it in a way that let us pop the shrimp entirely (including the head !) into our mouth!

Definitely one of my favourite at this restaurant would be this soy sauce cooked fish head. The sweetness of the soy sauce brought our the flavour of the fish really well. It was also cooked to a nice degree with the fish meat just right and almost felt like it was melting in my mouth.

After our sashimi, we had some teppanyaki goose liver and beef. The goose liver was devilishly rich in flavour and combined perfectly with the crispy toast. It came with various sauces that made the flavour of the goose liver stand out even more! I wasn't sure if the beef was wagyu but it tasted something like it. The texture of the beef was super soft and high quality. But actually, up to the point, I was already extremely full and couldn't finish the delicious but unfortunaltely terribly filling piece of wagyu on my plate.

Their green tea ice cream was of high quality and really smooth to eat. Wish I could have had more of that
 

Overall, it was a nice and fun experience and I would definitely suggest you to go at least once (although a bit far from the city side). I highly suggest taking the Mong Kok minibuses heading to Tuen Mun as its much faster than the buses ;)

情人節的晚餐,一隻字可概括-嬲!我地七點walk in入去食,坐outdoor,本來覺得環境不錯,又有火爐取暖。之後order左個情人節set再加一個天婦羅。嗰陣係七點.. 黎左杯酒,魚生之後,個湯之後,啲嘢食開始上得好慢,等左接近半個鐘先再黎個鱈魚,鱈魚之後,下一碟一等已經個半鐘! 基本上坐outdoor嘅人全部都不停問不停吹啲waiter,不過吹極都係乜都無得食,最後碟所謂心形扒,黎到係暖嘅,一舊全熟嘅三角形物體! 好嬲! 天婦羅當然無再出現過! 全程最快嘅動作就係幫你埋單,食完呢餐嬲到上頸,完全好似食風咁,已經凍,嘢食勁慢,啲嘢食又唔得又唔多熱!最後情人節嘅晚餐係走左去七仔食燒賣依返個肚!完全唔會再有下次! 如果你仍然想去試呢間餐廳,除非你有好多時間嘥!如果你好肚餓嘅話,我奉勸你地唔好去食,棧食到你一肚氣

環境好,食物味道都算可以。可惜,情人節套餐,實在太令人失望。 (1) 餐廳內唔搞職員清潔,所以要你坐出面,開得嘅暖爐唔足夠,凍死人咩 (2) 樓面職員連情人節唯一的套餐內容都唔清楚,一杯飲品問咗4次,等咗40分鐘有多,先答到簡單問題 (3) 10個樓面職員,有9個無經驗,送錯食品,去錯台 (4) 非常混亂,個個都係叫情人節套餐,可以慢到半個鍾頭都出唔到一碟俾你食,有細碟,一人份量,又點叫情人節套餐呀!惡搞咩! 一對對情侶發脾氣唔開心重要捱餓咁走。太離譜啦!
