今日終於去左試呢間野,點左豚骨粗面走蔥走蒜,因本人喜歡清淡D既湯底。拉麵質感很好,味道也不俗。只是食完有D心口作悶,唔知係咪油得制。味道是很好,但感覺沒有很健康吧,喜歡拉麵的朋友可以試試看。

一心想吃溫泉玉子,其他拉麵加玉子要$10,一眼發現這款名為特製拉麵的已內附四片叉燒及一隻溫泉玉子,便二話不說下單!餐牌沒有註明拉麵的湯底,味道介乎鹽味及豬骨湯之間,不算太鹹。第一次吃中太麵,軟硬度選了普通。中太麵麵身較粗,相比起一般拉麵算是較為硬身。我還選了加香油,蔥及香蒜。四片叉燒肥肉的部分較多,只是略略一煎跟沒煎過沒兩樣,味道較普通。比較欣賞是湯底中有些白蔥和切細了的菠菜,令拉麵口感提升。是次光顧了印象和先前比較,拉麵質素較為下降,我們幾個吃完肚子還不很滿足,份量跟先前明顯減少,一大碗湯卻只有疏落的拉麵。$99性價比較低!

在中環區的地舖可以屹立好幾年,的確有其實力!

賣相的確不錯!
 師傅落足心機唧沙律醬,炒拉麵熱辣辣,入口煙韌惹味!
吸收醬汁均勻入味!灑上木魚粉增添多一份鮮香,份外惹人垂涎!
 連配料的叉燒也是熱辣辣,甘香多肉汁!
還有椰菜及芽菜,完全符合店名健康兩個字!

一如以往,食面前一定會試左個湯先。試左之後就明白點解會叫健康啦,因為佢個湯底無平時食開果D咁結身,亦少D油浮係面度。感覺係健康D,但都係正常既好食D,果然魚與熊掌,係唔能夠同時存在。

溏心蛋一直都唔中意食,所以無評論
豬腩肉一般,只有豬肉味,感覺好似食梗湯渣...只係無湯渣咁淋
有一款貎似豆苗既菜,但煮耐左D,淋得制
值得讚既係本人好中意食蔥絲,而呢度既拉面係可以滿足到我對蔥既渴望;面亦煮得岩岩好,有咬口

Having lived in Japan for over 7 years I really like the atmosphere inside this place. Actual Japanese staff and good home style cooked dishes. Especially like the miso fried pig stomach dish that comes with freshly sliced spring onion.They also offer Oden here prepared and served in an authentic way.

「好肚餓呀,今日一餐飯都未食過。」「求其食D野啦,就前面掛住燈籠果間。」「食乜架?」「唔知呀,食乜都食啦。」就係咁,訓左一日覺起身番學上完堂,諗到未食過野,就同好朋友兼同學行入一間食咩都唔知既店。甫一開門,聽到門口兩檯客人都講日文,裝潢又跟日本街角的拉面店不遑多讓,我們還以為自己在日本。剛好只剩下吧檯兩個位,但檯底沒有掛勾掛袋,要捧著沉甸甸的書包吃面。吧檯可以看到即席下廚。湯底豬骨味濃,叉燒煎得香口不油膩。溏心蛋蛋味超班,一口咬下滿口蛋黃汁,甜美可口。港式拌面,雖然未知那部份是港式,但加上麻醬味道很香,粒粒肉碎和大蔥把整碗面的味道壟斷著,香口非常。吧檯上有這碗芽菜,吃落香辣非常,用來伴飯特別開胃。簡單的一餐,走的時候才記得望望招牌,健康食品拉面,跟我想像的店名感覺有點分別。

又再響中環食平野!呢間由日本人開既拉麵店,一到午餐時間成日都排長龍,今日因為唔想食拉麵既關係,我試左炒飯。佢地既炒飯有分兩個size,我點左個細size但估唔到份量都幾多! 炒飯色澤好好有光澤,入面有旦,椰菜絲,肉粒,飯炒得夠爽口唔會好濕或者太乾,而味道咸咸地好好食!一條中環友想食平野可以多啲留意我既文!

炒飯色澤好好有光澤,入面有旦,椰菜絲,肉粒,飯炒得夠爽口唔會好濕或者太乾,而味道咸咸地好好食!一條中環友想食平野可以多啲留意我既文!

今日遲放工,去左附近一間日本人開既拉麵店(係一個日本肥叔開既),雖然平日中午都有食,但今天晚市又有另一番風味。店內裝潢好有日本橫街居酒屋感覺,再加上一位日本人老闆,全店除左我同隔離兩位係香港人,其他麵係日本人。今晚先點左個味噌拉麵,再加一個味噌炒牛腸。先黎味噌拉麵,味噌, 芽菜加上自家豬骨湯底, 先用鑊將味噌及豬骨湯煮一煮開再放芽菜快少一下,保留芽菜爽脆又去除草青味, 當然唔少得叉燒同紫菜, 較少見係會有波菜作伴碟.我特別揀左粗麵,自己比較愛吃粗麵,一來好咬口,二來冇幼麵咁快淋. 先一口湯,不會太咸,用粗麵加芽菜既配搭好好,粗麵吐煙韌加芽菜,同時享受兩種口感.還有喜歡辣的可以試下辣明太子芽菜。芽菜爽,明太子辣得黎唔會搶哂拉麵湯既味最後係味噌炒牛腸, 好香牛味, 有咬口, 但始終有d油膩, 搭住大蔥加一淡啤酒食就剛剛好

平日LUNCH HOUR, 都係有好多人排隊食呢間拉麵的而且確, 芽菜任食, 個湯底仲要正到暈, 真係好吸引不過我真係從來未見過一間餐廳有咁既服務態度為左避開D人群, 我地一行三人專登11點半黎食, 黎到已經即刻嗌野食, 11點45分拉麵已經到好喇, 食到一半, 擺底對筷子抺個咀, 個WAITRESS已經衝過黎企圖收走我個碗咁我話我仲食緊, 佢就黑哂面咁離開3分鐘之後,  我又擺底對筷子諗住拎d芽菜, 個WAITRESS又光速過黎, 想收走我碗麵咁我唯有再仲食緊啦, 唔洗收我地d野住。最後終於得到5分鐘的安寧, 可以享受埋碗拉麵。老規矩, 一擺底對筷子, 就有人黎收野, 仲望一望我朋友, 見到佢食緊都想收2分鐘之後, 收哂d水1分鐘之後, 自動波咁拎埋張單過黎d侍應輪流30秒過黎check一check比左錢未真係好過份, 我朋友仲食緊架, 而且門口仲要無人排隊等位入座到埋單只係30分鐘就被迫走了 =(
