前菜三個,福岡青椒肉味噌,梅水晶同福岡水果蕃茄,見咁多野食,即刻想飲杯梅酒先。

先講梅水晶,原來係鯊魚軟骨,加上了梅子醬,可以加紫菜同青瓜一齊食,好開胃,而且鯊魚軟骨嘅口感非常特別,剩食更佳。

我以為福岡青椒中點的肉味噌會好鹹,但配上福岡青椒又剛剛好。

福岡水果蕃茄,就咁食當然甜到入心,加一點日本海鹽,又係另一種滋味。

我完全無諗過有呢個咁我地道嘅炭燒日本鰻魚肝,日本就多,香港真係第一次食,鰻魚肝炭燒過呈粉狀,加上wasabi,感覺好與別不同。

係網台節目講得最多嘅宮崎式雞腿肉炭火鐵板燒,呢個菜式絕對係去完福岡之後一樣最難以忘懷嘅菜式,而且呢度絕對做得有板有眼,三個層次,就咁食炭火地雞,加上檸檬汁,又或者再加上柚子胡椒醬,三個風味各有不同。

香烤宮崎佐土原茄子,呢種茄子比較少見,我自己個人覺得有一種草青味,又係大開眼界嘅宮崎菜式。

重點當然係總廚木村先生家族秘傳宮崎南蠻炸雞1956年,上次食過返尋味,今次都一樣,最鍾意佢嘅雞係仲有肉汁,而且加上沙律醬同蔬菜,撈埋一齊食就最啱。

總廚木村先生家族秘傳宮崎南蠻炸雞1956年,聽講呢個formula係由五十年代傳到而家,經歷咗咁多年嘅配方,我相信佢嘅炸雞一定有過人之處,佢唔會太過油膩,而且唔會太過乾身,依然保持有雞肉嘅肉汁,加上沙律醬同沙律菜,真係好食,必點之物。

之前喺點評睇過佢哋嘅介紹,好似幾吸引,所以上個禮拜就去咗食一個Dinner,果然係冇失望,禮拜六晚基本上係人多到爆曬廠,我點咗串燒啦,仲有啲燒烤,我特別鍾意嗰個雞嘅鐵板啊,因為佢啲肉真係好嫩啊!仲有第一張相嘅豚肉韭菜卷呢,上面配左啲芝士啦,燒出嚟,咬出嚟好多醬汁!好好食!值得回頭啊!waiter always refill your tea cup. Good service! You have to make reservations to this place, it’s always full on night time

當我們每叫一款食物,如雞翼一串,A 就會說,一串得一份,你地唔夠食wor,我們是打算每樣試試,之後再叫,接著A繼續用有點不悅的聲音,重覆以上的回覆(一份得一件wor)超過5 次, 令我們感覺是不是每款食物要叫人頭數量才叫合理?

好,落單後A提醒8:00交枱,我們想有2小時食,可以慢慢食。

之後唔夠10分鐘,快速咁黎晒啲野食,心想駛唔駛咁趕,算了,食物質素是好的,應該說這店的較高收費,味道是值得的。

A 君全程站在我們旁邊,每當我們吃完一款食物時,就立即走過來收東西,前前後後10分鐘內收了5-6次食物,我與朋友已感不太愉快,影響我們聊天。我們6:30 已經吃完一輪,A在依個時候(我地入坐唔夠30分鐘)同我地講7:00 就last order, 想叫野食就盡快叫,我與友人立時感覺,這是高級店的服務? 好,再叫第二輪野食,大家已經諗住食完就走,到大約6:45 分,我們差不多吃完桌上的食物時,另一位男招待走過來細心的替我們每一位換碟,而站在招待男後面的A,就亳不客氣地說,「唔駛同佢地換碟啦,佢地食完架啦!」

立時我友人忍唔住回應,「咩叫做食完呀?唔俾我再叫野食架?」A 並冇回應就走開

於是在如斯招待下,我們請了店舖經理過來,講述剛才發生的一切,得到的回應是:「我完全明白你們,A是part time 來的,我覺得A是有問題,我在想辦法,不過我也只是來了一個半月」, 對此回應,我與友人都覺得也不用多言,最後用左45分鐘享受依餐高級串燒料理,埋單2500。

總結
食物有質素,但服務完全是不合格,集團人力資源有很大問題。

在我而言,我再來此店的機會是零

如大家要來吃,建議再過一至兩個月,看看食評,服務是否有改善,再考慮。

不竟高級串燒在該區亦有不少選擇!

整體而言,串燒是超正!鐵板燒都唔錯!環境一流,好有日本風味,仲有日籍廚師侍應!止一止家鄉癮先!

星期六即日訂位,早段全滿,比左8:30時段,去到等咗一陣,見有十幾個客人食完離場。便安排入座。 入咗去坐底,都要好耐先搵到人落單,樓面係嚴重唔夠人。自家製梅酒日本香蔥豚肉卷,有特色,好味燒冬菇,自家制南高梅酒750ml,收$688呢個價錢,未算好香醇及唔值呢個價錢。雞卷溫泉蛋煙肉卷及阿波尾雞翼,雞翼幾大隻燒得好脆好香醬油燒魷,是全晚最好味的一道雞腿肉炭火鐵板燒,有D失望😮‍💨雞係新鮮嘅,有炭火香味,但鷄肉好韌而且冇乜調味。整體算唔錯,只稍嫌環境略為狹窄,及嘈吵。

I had high expectations of Kido because of the Nara chicken and charcoal grill. However, only the two items stated as chargrill was grilled on charcoal. All other skewers were cooked on the electric grill. Definitely not the best yakitori I’ve had. Liver was okay because we requested chef to cook medium rare. The pork mentaiko shiso roll was tasty but a bit too dry. We also ordered fried chicken to share , and the batter of チキン南蛮Namban chicken was already soft as it was served. Totally not up to
