自從上次試過之後,小人一直計劃再訪,是次聯同友人一起到臨。我們柯打了芫茜麻辣味噌拉麵:一碗小辣中麻加芽菜加溏心蛋、一碗配鬼增辣鬼增麻加叉燒。小辣中麻的味噌湯底,沒有過份的嗆喉,還有芫茜增添香氣,香醇順喉,多飲也不覺油。芽菜甚多,爽嫩鮮甜;而溏心蛋蛋香極濃,軟嫩細滑,相信是手工麵條軟硬適中,掛湯能力不差。至於挑戰極限的鬼增麻辣,一端上枱時看見海量的辣椒粉撒在其上,已經很衝擊!喝口湯,吃口麵,已確確實實感受到辣的級數直衝天花板,越食越過癮!叉燒沾了辣湯,又是另一番風味!勇者們可以一試鬼增麻辣!
