今天家庭飯局,訂了位於尖沙咀的📍京滬佳餚,店舖位於地牢一層,地方亦不算小。時近八點人客很多,我們九個人被安排到近門口位置的間隔位用餐。坐下見檯面放著一些小食,腰果、烤麩、鹹酸菜、花生等味道也不錯。這裏主打是片皮鴨當然一定要試,💢🦆鴨皮是薄薄的不厚沒過多油脂,配上九款吃片皮鴨的配料、餅皮和醬等賣相不錯。入口鸭肉質也算肥美但不覺有甚麽肉味,中上水準。💢宮保蝦球🦐外表炸脆金黄,賣相十分好,蝦球亦很大隻,帶少許辣味很惹味。💢乾扁四季豆,豆的外表帶油光很翠綠,但是燒得不夠乾身且帶點豆腥味。💢小籠包一籠六隻,咬落包夠熱內有湯汁爆出,亦有豬肉味,不錯。💢蒜片牛肉粒🐂牛味不重,雖肉質軟嫩,不過咬落就有渣。💢鎮江排骨肉質軟,味道一般的水準,沒什麼驚喜。💢這個家常豆腐有還算可以,有滬菜的風味。💢炒飯和乾燒伊麵,炒飯都算炒得乾身,而伊麵就有點過濕的感覺。🔷️今餐以地點來說,價錢和食物質素來說,都在中間的水準,整體來說還可以一試。

一間好的餐廳應該具備高品質的食物、專業周到的服務、舒適整潔的環境氛圍和飲食安全的措施。然而,在該餐廳的進餐體驗中,卻出現不少問題:首先,該餐廳的食物出品整體水準正常,炒飯味道尚可,但片皮鴨的品質極差,過於油膩且味道一般。就同等價位的食物出品而言,這明顯不符合一間好餐廳應有的食物品質標準,特別是對於一道如片皮鴨這樣的招牌菜。當然,亦可能與我們所品嚐的菜款有限相關,但僅就個人進餐體驗而言,該餐廳的食物出品只能算勉強合格。其次,該餐廳的服務態度存在問題,包括有意或暗示地催促客人快點吃完並離開,以及提出不必要的「建議」。初時進食,服務人員非常貼心與熱情地跟進餐桌上的一切,包括餐具整潔、添茶等事項,此刻可謂服務周到。但是,其後事態直轉,服務人員長期在餐桌旁待命,更是平均每5分鐘便嘗試收回餐具或正在被享用的菜款,即使該菜款還未被吃完。我們亦曾要求減少這種過份「熱情」的服務,但餐廳似乎不作理會,部長更在我們僅僅就坐後大約1小時(是就坐而非開始進食)後便以陰陽怪氣的語調向我們「建議」:「幫下手,不如去還邊走走」,或者部長先生期望以更婉轉的方式向我們表達,但事實上其用意何在,大家心知肚明。其實市道艱難,

該餐廳的服務看似非常熱情,實際上,若果顧客有所要求但餐廳不予理會,這其實造成了過分的煩擾。若是出於真誠的服務心態,這實在是值得嘉許,然而,該餐廳所謂周到的服務也似乎並非由照顧顧客的角度出發,而是因着希望顧客盡早食完交枱而作為催促顧客之用的手段。或許餐廳的政策如此,也或許餐廳的政策並非如此,我們無意猜測,但按實際進餐體驗而言,在體會上給予顧客的感覺就是如此。

適逢週末,僅僅想找一個好地方與朋友好好聚聚、吃吃點心烤鴨 、暢談一番。但是如此俾人催命般的晚餐,實在難以想像如果香港存在夜市,若然是同一番的光景與面貌,給予人的觀感又該當怎樣?

扯遠了,作為一間好餐廳,專業和周到的服務質素至關重要,而顯然地該餐廳的表現未能達到這些標準。

綜合以上,作為一位普通食客,但憑良心說話,我無法推薦該餐廳。該餐廳在食物品質、服務態度和待客之道方面未能符合一間好餐廳的標準。然而,以上僅是根據我個人的經驗所作的評估。其他食評和意見可能與我個人之經驗有所異同,因此以上所有僅供參考。
