上次來過這裏一次覺得不錯,今次來附近上堂 又再來多次。雖然店內仍然有很多座位,但我一個人仍然要同人搭枱。去上海食店我都必定會叫蒸素餃,來到這裏也不例外。 $38 /5隻 都幾抵吃,不過餃子就「瘦削」了些少😆,餡料不夠多,相對來說餃子皮又厚了些少。原本也叫了豆沙小籠包,但侍應姐姐轉頭過來 說沒有,那麼就叫筒仔米糕。$32 / 一個 可接受。見到米面上的醬嚇了一跳,因我不吃辣的,還好這辣醬只是微辣,但我都用筷子及匙羹去走大部份。米糕裏面有香菇及蝦米,沒有辣醬都夠味。還有時間又未夠飽,最後安歌多次蒸素餃😛。每枱跟一壺茶,我怕晚上睡不著,所以泡了不久就把茶包掏出來,所以形容不到茶的味道😅。要自己出去結帳,但收錢的櫃面比較高,對一些人來說會否不太方便😅?!

最近多左出街食飯,因為無咁多人亦唔駛等位,呢一晚就揀左係isquare既金牌小籠。同樣地,平日晚上唔駛等位,兩個人亦被安排四人卡位。小籠包一客有五隻,都係$40幾一籠,熱辣辣,加上皮薄多汁,以尖沙咀區既上海菜質素可謂非常抵食。酸辣湯麵,酸辣度適中,麵既份量都唔少,奈何好易索晒d湯,以致有d似乾撈麵咁,同埋由於唔夠湯,所以食落個麵會有d淡。蟹肉扒西蘭花,蟹肉就唔係好多,清清淡淡之選係ok既。紅油菜肉雲吞,不過不失,略嫌辣椒油唔夠香。食完之後想叫個甜品,揀咗豆沙鍋餅,不過侍應就話今日未能供應所以就算數了。順帶一提,我哋坐嘅卡位係最入既位置,食飯其間一直都會有收碗碟既車推黎推去,會keep住發出嘈音,如果坐呢邊嘅位置就需要注意。總括而言,好推介呢度嘅小籠包,其他食物就中規中矩,但以尖沙咀上海菜計,金牌小龍比上海婆婆嗰啲原來係平d,不過小菜款式就會比較少。

近呢兩晚都要開OT,難得朋友肯就我喺我公司附近食晚飯,很感動,朋友鍾意食上海野,所以選擇咗呢間餐廳店員好殷勤咁安排左我哋三個人坐卡位,很細心,由於太肚餓嘅關係,唔駛1分鐘,我哋就叫好嘢食首先我最鍾意食嘅皮蛋豆腐,份量好多,皮蛋每一件都晶瑩剔透,醬汁調味得好好,正其次我最鍾意就係食小籠包,同埋餃子餡餅,尤其是小籠包湯汁濃郁,而且個皮恰到好處,唔會太薄,咁就唔會太容易穿特別要讚一讚個水煮牛肉,初初見色澤好似冇乜味,但原來有驚喜,個醬汁恰到好處,牛肉唔會太硬蟹皇瑤柱西蘭花亦都係個醬汁出色呢個燉盅湯麵,個湯就咁飲都好清甜,所以食完碗麵我哋都要飲埋個湯

家人好中意食上海菜,今日就帶佢地黎Isquare既金牌小籠試下。呢間上海菜館都好大,而且檯與檯之間有幾多空間,坐得都好舒服下。 金牌小籠包$42小籠包皮薄但有韌度,就算夾起都不會穿,不愧為金牌!湯汁肉味濃郁,食完真係超滿足! 牛肉捲餅$38餅皮煙韌,內裡有牛展、青瓜絲,加上少許類似片皮鴨的醬汁,好香口。 蝦肉蒸餃$42每一個蒸餃內陷除了豬肉之外,仲有一隻完整既蝦~咬開都係有湯汁,雖然沒有小籠包咁多,我個人覺得蒸餃仲好食過小籠包,必試 蟹黃瑤柱扒西蘭花$88蟹黃加上瑤柱的芡汁非常鮮味,瑤柱分量好大方,每一顆西蘭花都可以均勻咁沾上,特別鮮甜。 雞絲粉皮$38這裡的粉皮比平常食開的厚,拌上麻醬,都幾開胃。 台灣紅燒牛肉麵$58這裡的牛肉是牛展,帶有少許厚度,家人大贊好食!麵條都係有韌度既面,可以一試。 呢間上海菜真係好抵食,味道又好,值得一試!
