isquare 都算多野食,唔同食店都食過下但呢間金牌水準比較差,今次點了雞脾便當,賣相其實都唔太好,而且都好多油,食落去咪味道係差,配菜係凍既,所以呢個餐完全唔好味,加埋服務都差,個嬸嬸一下放個便當落枱pan一聲,唔講野就走左去了。雞脾,只係算有脆脆地既雞皮加鹹鹹地既味道,就沒有其他味道,肉質都唔係滑,所以都幾差,成個餐最重要既雞已經唔掂。菜,睇落去都唔太新鮮都算了,始終唔係主打新鮮菜,但見到真係好油而且係凍,所以都係好差。豆腐同蛋都係好油而且都係唔熱。最熱既就一定係飯 ,但食便當不能只可以吃飯吧。總結便當太油,配料唔熱(其實係凍)態度欠佳。

Happy Friday去了尖沙咀飲酒食飯,平時落酒吧食西餐,今日轉轉新口味,先中後西。朋友帶了我去I square這間食台灣菜的金牌小龍。我們點了幾款比較出名的小食,醉雞用了雞比肉,所以完全無骨,花雕酒味濃香。蒸餃本身都預了外皮會較厚,但這個蝦肉蒸餃皮薄又煙韌,而且超爆汁,細細隻,正好一啖一隻。另外的爆汁豬肉餡餅同蒸餃一樣爆汁,最後等一等先食,裏面肉汁辣口,一咬即爆。台灣鹹酥雞炸得香脆,粒粒雞肉不油膩。朋友好辣,所以就試下米椒牛肉,我自己就辣到出汗,朋友都覺得有點微辣,牛肉走過油,所以很滑。一定要食的台灣紅燒牛肉麵,麵質雖然比較十腍,但牛肉湯底濃郁,牛𦟌炆至入口鬆化。本來想食豆沙窩餅,可惜無貨,只好食個芝麻包頂替一下,芝麻餡十足,甜而不膩,芝麻味香濃。

食完咁多邪惡美食之後心中還是帶有點點的罪惡感,一定要叫返蔬菜嚟平衡返!!
微辣的小黃瓜和醋酸的萵筍絲帶有較重嘅調味,重口味如我的朋友必定會喜歡。

西蘭花加上蒜茸清炒之後清清地,能吃出西蘭花的原味,食過咁多濃味野之後吃點清清的,的確不錯。

獅子老公最後說還想點個麻醬撈麵才算圓滿。別看麻醬好像稀溜溜的,原來食落都好夠麻味!!
爽脆嘅青瓜絲配埋爽滑嘅麵條一起吃的確爽上加爽~~

總結:其實我哋食咗咁多嘢,都只係食左$500左右,真係好鬼抵!!

尋晚放咗工同屋企人家庭樂,就去咗間金牌小龍食點心,環境很不錯👍🏻,夠光猛。.首先我地叫咗個糯肉燒賣,佢嘅外型好特別同得意🤩,糯米軟糯綿滑💨,加上香口嘅臘肉臘腸🤤,鹹香美味😋.菜肉包好有鮮味,肉同菜嘅比例適中💯,好足料,唔會太乾。.生煎包好好食,包皮唔乾,內肉多汁,一咬落去啲汁噴晒出嚟,鮮味滿滿的!.之後我地點咗個蔥爆牛肉,肉質非常嫩口😻,而且蔥爆得好香,好夠獲氣,好食🤤.最後點咗個黑松露小籠包🥟,佢嘅外層夠薄,豬肉餡心軟嫩甜潤😋,入口時散發出黑松露嘅香味🌬,簡直一流~!

King's Dumpling was located at iSquare, just above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.They offered a wide range of Taiwanese and Shanghai cuisine, such as dumplings, light snacks, soup, rice / noodles and drinks etc.  Chicken soup - It was clear and slightly oily, with strong chicken taste.
