去咗銅鑼灣時代廣場買嘢,已經天都黑晒加上肚仔有啲餓,行過去登龍街食晚餐。一見到大壹燒鵝就進入,幸運哋有卡位坐,點咗個一人一個套餐,有例湯有雙拼飯有杯嘢飲還有碟菜,加多個燒鵝上庄例牌。好快就嚟到例湯,係木瓜雪耳南北杏排骨湯,夠晒火候老火湯,清甜滋潤我連湯料都食埋!熏蹄拼燒腩仔,熏蹄點咗白醋皮爽脆酸酸地好醒胃。燒腩仔肥一層瘦一層,食落口皮燒到卜卜脆肉又香。另一碟雙拼叉燒&貴妃雞,半肥瘦叉燒還有燒燶邊,夠晒味又夠腍好好食,貴妃雞皮香肉嫩又夠滑,好有鮮味,燒鵝賣相好吸引。一食 果然出色,皮脆油香肉嫩,再加上點埋酸梅醬,酸甜開胃真係絕配。飲埋杯香濃熱咖啡,完結咗美味的晚餐,大壹燒鵝啲服務員態度非常好,環境衛生乾淨,又坐得舒服,值得推介俾大家。

好快就嚟到例湯,係木瓜雪耳南北杏排骨湯,夠晒火候老火湯,清甜滋潤我連湯料都食埋!

這附近其實都有挺多間不同的燒鵝店,所以要在這站穩也是挺困難的。不過這間應該沒有壓力了,我來到的時間已是7點了,仍然要排隊進去,而且人來人往的,生意非常好!燒味雙拼飯(60元)我們去到的時候燒腩仔已經賣光光了,真的挺遺憾的!所以我們把餘下的都選了,分別有豉油雞,貴妃雞,叉燒,燻蹄!兩款雞裡面,我比較喜歡豉油雞,因為味道比較濃,豉油香味很足,不過兩種雞的肉質都很滑嫩,而且肉都挺厚的!然後是叉燒,這裡的是帶點焦的叉燒,這個非常吸引,而且是採用了帶皮的豬腩肉來燒製的,所以油香比平常用梅頭的叉燒更多,肉質更嫩滑,有種入口即化的口感,但又有一點豬皮來增加了一份煙韌的口感,質素挺高!燻蹄就吃起來爽滑,而且帶點酒香,味道比較清淡,不油膩。燒鵝上庄(148元)燒鵝就選了個比較多肉的上庄來吃,這裡的質素真的挺不錯,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,鵝胸也保留到不少的肉汁,吃起來很嫩滑,一口咬下去全是肉,真的挺爽!

我們去到的時候燒腩仔已經賣光光了,真的挺遺憾的!所以我們把餘下的都選了,分別有豉油雞,貴妃雞,叉燒,燻蹄!兩款雞裡面,我比較喜歡豉油雞,因為味道比較濃,豉油香味很足,不過兩種雞的肉質都很滑嫩,而且肉都挺厚的!

平時多數都係lunch time來食呢間大壹燒鵝,今日放工口痕就過嚟食個晚餐,點知見到有個一人餐都幾抵食,$78有個雙拼燒味飯加油菜再配埋飲品。雖然呢間嘢叫大壹燒鵝,但我覺得佢嘅叉燒同埋燒肉先至係招牌菜,叉燒燶邊半肥瘦,看似一個普通嘅叉燒,但我覺得要用好多心機先可以煮到呢個質素,另外燒肉非常脆皮,切到方形一粒一粒咁,個人認為有酒店嘅質素,另外叫咗熏蹄同埋燒鵝都絕不失色,再加埋龍鳳零落檸樂同埋熱柑橘蜜,成餐飯都唔使$200,性價比極高!
