幸圓是最近頗為大熱的日式西餐廳,對面就是怪獸大廈,店內裝潢以淺木色作為主調,採用半開放式設計,有一種輕鬆舒服感覺。Cucumber Cooler青瓜檸檬梳打,味道清新,令人透心涼!Homemade Lemonade甜酸度調配適中,有陣陣的檸檬草及薄荷香松葉蟹海膽三文魚籽丼賣相非常澎湃,松葉蟹肉有海水的鹹鮮,蟹肉質感軟滑。旁邊放上新鮮的加拿大海膽,鮮甜而且完全不腥。再配上通透明亮的三文魚籽,每一口都甚為滿足!除了和食之外,亦有多款西式主食選擇,鹽燒保濕加拿大豬鞍配蜜糖芥末籽汁。豬鞍熟度適中,肉質鬆軟,口感頗為嫩滑,配上蜜糖芥末籽汁,酸甜中帶一點芥末微辣,更甘香且惹味最後有不得不點的招牌牛角窩夫,有多種味道選擇,這次揀了了朱古力oreo,每份窩夫都是即叫即做,餅底富蛋香,烘至外層極之酥脆,咬落外脆內軟,加上朱古力醬及雪糕,真係令人難以抗拒。
