另一位主角,我認感為海苔,佢唔係一塊塊嗰d,而係預先整散左嘅海苔。味道甘香,撈埋落個湯度,提升左個湯嘅風味,亦帶來清新爽滑口感。因為本身博多拉麵,傳統上係唔會跟海苔,就算跟就唔係呢款,所以我認為係喪加分!

店內裝潢就是日本店的設計
拉麵是日本師傅熬煮的 非常地道

看了門外招牌 看到最近還有沖繩拉麵
不過這次想先試店內王牌

🍜黑龍豚骨拉麵
用錢加了糖心蛋,絕對值得!
如果不喜歡沾麵鹹香的口感,我也推薦這個黑龍豚骨拉 面!
麵條比較幼細,配合豚骨湯底十分相答!
裡面還有竹筍,很好吃的說


🍜辣三枚肉沾麵
沾麵的叉燒比較肥,可是肥膏入口即化,超吸引人的說。
麵條很有咬勁,還可以選擇不同的硬度,滿足不同人的需求。
