I must say the food here s above average but what disappoints me is the service of staff.We came here for the celebration of birthday as a group of four.We ordered fried sesame crisp with shrimp and chicken stuffing. The fried crumb matched well with the sauce. I like it. We also had a fried shrimp which came in great portion. Then it came the fish soup. I was rather surprised the “manager” ( the one in suit) commanded a completely untrained and unskilled staff to serve the fish soup for us.

As u guys may already known, the sliced fish s raw and should be put on the hot volcano stone as fast as possible otherwise it ll not be fully cooked.
Our pot was left untouched for so long as no trained staff s available and it cooled down quite fast.
The manager could have do tht himself instead of forcing an untrained staff to do so. There s a risk of eating raw fish slice .

I must say some of the staff r quite friendly and helpful while in contrast some of the staff r extremely ignorant and impolite !

Then it came the birthday dessert. I reminded the staff several times in advance tht we would like to hv “ birthday greeting words” on the dessert and they said ok. In the end, the greeting s still missing when the dessert s served
and the manager had to take it back and remade again. The birthday surprise s all gone
also when I called and asked for the “ birthday greeting” , the staff didn’t tell me there s surcharges. I knew it only when I pay the bill. It’s not abt the money it’s abt the transparency and communication between restaurants and customers

I expect restaurant charged with This price should have a higher serving standard

Only decent food s not enough and not justified for the prices.

4. 咕嚕黑毛豬:甜酸適中,口感5實,幾好~

5. 米皇淮山浸菜苗:好清淡,感覺好健康。米粒炸過,落在菜湯裏幾有感

6. 豉油皇九龍吊片炒麵:侍應幫手分,剛好5碗,但每碗只有2/3。麵身較乾,比外面酒家吃到的再乾。調味適中。

7. 銅鑼生焗鱔飯:一個矮扁既銅盤盛載,有豉油跟上,似煲仔飯。但。。。。呢個飯5知係咪器皿太矮扁,水份及烹煮時間配合上有落差,搞到d 飯粒偏硬,但又5係飯焦,介乎生米與熟飯之間的狀態

8. 蛋散:蛋散香脆,蘸汁有種香味又不杰

埋單$804。以這個格局,都預咗係貴d。但論食物質素,仍有進步空間。

本人和朋友共4人早前惠顧孔夫子晚膳,食物質數尚算ok, 不過咁嘅價錢,我覺得好過佢的多的是。就算價錢貴,願者上釣,不是問題。本人極度不滿係佢的收費錯漏百出,所以奉勸大家一定要小心睇清楚收據才付款。例如錯漏1. 黑毛豬叉燒落了單但話賣晒冇上到,不過仍然收錢;錯漏2. 只叫了一碟牛肋排但收咗2次錢。。。各位朋友要小心咁混亂的收費!我覺得佢哋不是故意,應該係運作混亂而計錯數,管理層應好好改善!

今日老闆請曬一眾手足去食lunch。從來都未聽過呢間"孔夫子",本來都無乜特別祈望,但去到之後,見到樓下個管理員叔叔已經好有禮貌,心諗,喺呢度開得舖,應該都有番咁上下。入到酒樓一坐低,見到枱面上方咗一個用竹做成嘅書"論語"做裝飾,就覺得有心思。見到menu入面有黑毛豬叉燒、黑毛豬叉燒包、松茸蘑菇包……有好多好特別嘅食物。老闆好豪爽,點咗好多好嘢俾大家食。除咗蝦餃、魚湯鮮竹卷、黑毛豬叉燒包等等的點心之外,仲有銅盤鱔蒸飯、鮑魚麵、西芹炒海蔘、臘味炒芥蘭……全部食物都好好味,當中"孔府招牌腸粉"好特別,裡面有一層脆脆,入面包住D素料,幾清爽。燒乳豬整得非常好食,外皮鬆脆,肉質嫩又能保持肉汁,非常高營。另外炸蝦亦有驚喜,用咗類似橙汁嘅汁做點綴,甜甜酸酸,好好味。另外,西芹炒海蔘中的海蔘份量不少,臘味炒芥菜中的臘味包含臘腸、膶腸和臘肉,可以照顧到不同人的不同口味。服務質素亦不錯,侍應生反應快。差不多我地一打開個茶壺蓋,就有人幫我地加水。整體而言,高水準,高質素。

觀塘區要搵間比較靚嘅中菜唔容易,呢一間裝修靚,而且好似好high class咁。 入到去個感覺裝修得真係幾靚,而且 menu都係寫係ipad嗰度。餐牌有套餐, 價錢有兩種:一種三百幾一位;一種五百幾一位。 另外,亦都有散叫。但係因為套餐未必啱食,所以我哋就選擇散叫。見到好多人都嗌魚,然後再加砂鍋,因為我哋好少人,所以冇叫,下次多人一定會叫, 因為喺呢度嘅名菜之一黑毛豬叉燒$222一碟,好貴但係見到好多人都推介,所以我哋亦叫咗一碟 黎到一碟有八件,件件都係厚切而且叉燒蜜汁非常多仲好肥瘦適中,真係好味呀呢度魚類比較出色,見到有呢個奶湯雲吞煲,應該都係魚湯製成所以就叫咗一鍋。黎到啲湯奶白色, 飲落真係好有魚嘅鮮味,好清甜食得出以真材實料炮製。而且餛飩都唔少,每隻都大大粒,入面啲蝦都好爽口好味!夾埋啲菜清清地咁,大人細路都啱食當然唔少得叫碟魚我哋嗌咗翡翠鮭魚球,真係好新鮮咬落去肉質有彈性,新鮮魚 魚夠大塊厚肉,有魚嘅鮮味推介金蔥燒蹄筋呢個反而一般, 雖然份量好多,但係味道一般,食落有少少漿住嘅感覺。銅盤生焗鱔飯都係我期待嘅一個菜 返嚟到新鮮熱辣辣,廚師係攞焗盤焗出嚟嘅啲飯有少少硬,但係加埋啲汁

呢度魚類比較出色,見到有呢個奶湯雲吞煲,應該都係魚湯製成
所以就叫咗一鍋。黎到啲湯奶白色, 飲落真係好有魚嘅鮮味,好清甜
食得出以真材實料炮製。而且餛飩都唔少,每隻都大大粒,入面啲蝦都好爽口

銅盤生焗鱔飯都係我期待嘅一個菜
返嚟到新鮮熱辣辣,廚師係攞焗盤焗出嚟嘅
啲飯有少少硬,但係加埋啲汁撈埋一齊食就剛剛好

四個人埋單大概$1100左右。呢個環境同埋食物,我覺得都唔貴呀
而且菜館裝修得唔錯,好適合一大班朋友或家人食飯

不過唯獨係太多人叫砂鍋魚,以致菜館間歇地 會有一啲油煙味,抽氣要再做好啲。

上一次參加表弟婚禮,覺得環境不錯,做了會員。今晚來食飯。套餐 $328 一位,都頗多菜式。樣樣都好精緻。四小碟:4樣都不錯,木耳和茄子好食。加點的萵筍ok茶壺湯:估唔到係咩,有啲雞味、菇味。都幾清新嘅。菠蘿黑毛豬咕咾肉,脆皮,不油膩,好食。酸菜桂花魚:夠酸辣,厚切桂花有口感,不過小小鞋。白菜仔:清淡,食左咁多濃味嘢,好舒服。炒飯:估佢唔到。居然再重口味啲!加了黑松露醬的炒飯,非常非常濃味。不可以說不好味,但有點始料不及。感覺這裡環境算是滿清雅,菜式也很精緻,應該有個起承轉合,如果炒飯清淡一點會更好。最後來個楊枝甘露,都係偏濃偏甜。加兩杯可樂茶錢,埋單會員有折$600左右。ok 啦
