一早o係openrice book左11:30am一去到就有位未用過openrice個booking system原來只要準時到, 就有50分, 儲夠一定分數就可換cash coupon講返間食店雖然黎過中港城好多次但通常都係1樓或者2樓冇黎過平台, 真係唔知哩度有食店可能因為咁, 所以即使星期日都唔多人就算到我地食完, 都冇坐滿人換句話說, 鍾意坐幾耐都可以叫得功夫點心, menuu都整到成本武功秘笈咁, 幾得意睇返menu有咩食, 其實款式真係唔算好多, 不過睇得出有d都幾有創意鳳凰煎糯米雞, 其實除左表面煎左同形狀唔同, 同普通糯米雞冇乜分別, 不過都叫有創意XO醬炒蘿蔔糕, 其實見倒碟底都ok多XO醬, 不過都幾油, 同蘿蔔糕冇想像中咁有XO醬味功夫筍尖蝦餃皇, 都幾多蝦, 但唔覺有筍, 同埋要$12/粒, 都算少貴, 不過勝在可以逐粒叫蔥花炸兩腸, 油炸鬼比較硬, 腸粉粉皮亦厚, 麻麻蒜香鮮蝦長春卷, 唔覺有蒜香, 不過味道都ok懷舊綿香馬拉糕, 形狀同大榮華一樣都係圓形, 不過哩個係迷你版, 味道都ok

星期五回來,星期六就要投入工作。完工的一剎,是開心的勞累感。老是嚷著要看全力扣殺,親愛的就等我回來,弄來兩張戲票。可是中間空檔了,只想坐下打打渾。想了想,來到中港城樓頂飲啖菜,食個包,兩人傾傾偈就好了。只是簡單幾個點心,味道質素不差,但不算突出。貴價點心如蝦餃燒賣可逐件點 (最少兩件起),實際一些。鹹水角只屬很一般,外皮脆但硬,口中腍糯感太強,餡也少。燒賣算是不錯,有肥豬肉香,蝦肉厚,只是感覺有點味之調料而已。煎瑤柱蛋黃糯米雞,用料不多,但外層煎得夠香。糯米內裡腍軟而香,肉料冬菇茨汁不會過鹹。瑤柱質感不太硬,蛋黃甘香。整體效果最好!陳皮山竹牛肉球,可惜吃不到陳皮味道。牛肉不會鬆肉過度,口感與味道都算可以。加上喼汁調味,是經典的配搭。最後要個豉椒排骨煲仔飯,排骨不少,而且有油香。豉油配煲仔飯不錯,只嫌飯身未夠乾,可是油香不錯。表面幾條豆角不知為何,有點格格不入。另外如果辣椒能剁細一點,效果要更好。整體來說,餐廳出品不算突出,但也不是差,相信坊間大部分餐廳也都如斯。不過能使我們靜靜聊聊打發時間,感覺很不錯。功夫點心尖沙咀廣東道33號中港城2座平台4號舖

只是簡單幾個點心,味道質素不差,但不算突出。貴價點心如蝦餃燒賣可逐件點 (最少兩件起),實際一些。

跟家人去了中港城這間功夫點心,入到去氣氛怪怪的全場十多張枱,只有一個傳菜一個樓面,傳菜姐姐雖然語氣唔多好,但一個人又落單又傅菜,服侍十多枱,算係咁。雖然等左一陣,不過佢地一落單,點心好快就出來,而且每份都很足料和熱騰騰,見到都好滿足。春卷 : 食起來熱騰騰和脆卜卜,咬落不易散,而且食到粒粒蝦肉。砂鍋雲吞雞 : 肥油太多,湯不夠解味,但雞肉鮮嫩,雲吞不過不失。燒賣 : 十蚊粒>"<,但食點心點可以無,豬肉新鮮,燒賣皮唔會黏住住,賣相吸引,可見師父功夫。香煎糯米雞 : 出面未見過,當然要試下^^,原來煎的糯米雞好好食,煎到上下脆脆的,而內裹軟熟,但餡太少另外還有五、六款點心,都不過不失。叫了十多款點心,每人才百零蚊,比想像中平,而晚餐來說算係抵p.s 茶好好飲,完全沒有奇怪味

砂鍋雲吞雞 : 肥油太多,湯不夠解味,但雞肉鮮嫩,雲吞不過不失。

燒賣 : 十蚊粒>"<,但食點心點可以無,豬肉新鮮,燒賣皮唔會黏住住,賣相吸引,可見師父功夫。

香煎糯米雞 : 出面未見過,當然要試下^^,原來煎的糯米雞好好食,煎到上下脆脆的,而內裹軟熟,但餡太少

另外還有五、六款點心,都不過不失。

叫了十多款點心,每人才百零蚊,比想像中平,而晚餐來說算係抵

p.s 茶好好飲,完全沒有奇怪味

My family and I came to visit HK for 5 days. The staffs in this restaurant were rude, impatient and impolite. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Not friendly to foreigners and terrible customer service. Not worth the time and money to visit.

Got these from Kung Fu Dim Sum.Tried the White radish cake with preserved Chinese sausages and I liked the chunky white radish pieces in the middle with the dried shrimp and preserved sausages.It was not too salty which was great. The next day I tried the coconut milk CNY pudding.After slicing and pan frying it, the pudding was ready to eat.You can either pan fry it directly or dip the cake in egg before frying.The pudding was similar to mochi but the texture was much denser and stickier and not

之前去過油麻地分店食過一次,食物質素相當高,所以再去呢間既尖沙咀分店食過。果然,食物無令我失望。一開始來既係煎糯米雞。熱辣辣有香噴噴。糯米雞上有D焦,令到糯米雞更加好食。可惜既係糯米雞入面既料唔多,只有少少肉,但都唔錯。北京水餃既上湯係辣既湯,好彩味道唔算太濃,恰到好處。餃子既數量都幾多,好似有8隻。20幾蚊有甘多算抵食啦!酥皮叉燒包係每次必食既點心。包上既酥皮夠甜夠香,叉燒包內既料都好足。新鮮出爐,正!

是日休假, 又係一家三口'出動'之時, 阿B漸大, 自己識坐, 我倆可以多些帶他出街"搵食", 好似今日, Honey話請我飲茶一盅兩件, 嘩!  好呀!  近幾個月為了阿B吃得健康, 多在家吃健康餐, 好耐無出去撐枱腳, OK, Good!  Let's GO, go go go~Honey帶我嚟到中港城的'功夫點心', 招牌好醒神好搶眼, 柯打紙係武林秘笈咁幾得意. 11點半未到繁忙時間, 只有幾個卡位坐了客, 所有散枱無人, 任坐, 我哋叫咗准陽鮮肉餃, 其實似紅油炒手, 辣油幾香, 唔錯!  酥皮香麻蘿蔔餅, 幾特別唔係周圍有賣, 餡料好似蘿蔔絲酥嘅做法, 飽外皮夠脆, 內裡有彈性, 成個包又夠熱, 好味!  其他有蜜汁叉燒包、 脆皮叉燒包、 煎蛋牛肉飯, 老實講, 非常一般.   另外有一款特別有印象的是煎燸米雞, 只因為做得差, 個蛋黃實到離奇, 用筷子篤都篤唔入, 餡料又唔特別香, 淨係外皮煎得幾靚, 所以都係普通料. 因為我哋早入坐的關係, 間鋪幾疏落侍應係幾清閒的, 但招呼都唔會特別妥貼咩都要招手例如攞辣醬/沖水等等, 稍候一陣至埋嚟, 皆因她們自己在打牙較同雲遊中.

另外, 我們進餐中途有小插曲, 就是有對年青情侶一人一個大背囊再加一兩袋手抽紙袋入店, 見有卡位想坐但兩個女侍應係咁話有客留咗要佢哋坐二人枱, 其實當時12點幾, 間鋪仲有大半數枱未有客, 擾攘咗一陣好似好唔情願坐低咗, 侍應走去開茶但都無兩三分鐘茶未到...pair客已起身走人, 侍應問咩事...個女仔就話坐得唔舒服好迫, 咁阿侍應就即刻話轉卡位俾佢哋但客人堅持走話: [頭先你又話留咗俾人, 唔食喇...]  其實佢哋走咗, 我哋差唔多12點半埋單都仲係無咩客, 個卡位當然仲未有人坐啦, 咁你老細又做少咗生意呢!   當時真係可以安排好啲, 既然卡位話留咗俾人, 咁拍多張枱俾佢等佢坐得鬆動啲、擺吓背囊都好呀...唔通棒著個袋食咩?  亦唔係人人都肯將個袋放地, 轉頭又孭番上身嘅!  至少呢個彈性啲處理, 用個可能comfort到客人嘅普遍手法, 反正你又無爆場, 啱唔啱先?!  所以都係好睇啲侍應識唔識變通, 所謂"服務性行業", 當然顧客唔係永遠是對的, 但"顧客至上"係真嘅!

功夫點心---有機會都可以再嚟但唔會專程去幫趁.

最近覺得,其實自己都幾鍾意食點心,今天有去左尖沙咀既功夫點心試下,點解叫功夫點心呢,我就唔清楚,不過裝修都幾中式味道,絕對係”功夫”行頭!入到去,有好多紅色既中式窗,好似番左以前,侍應既制服都係紅色衫,相當可愛。服務都好好,好有禮貌加埋手腳夠快,效率高。係尖沙咀依D區做野慢係唔得既,隨時比人鬧,加埋佢上菜既速度都好快。價錢都好公道,茶錢6蚊要有加一,不過其實到到都加一,試左個松茸鮮蝦菜苗餃,有甘筍、松茸及鮮蝦,超多白菜絲,所以成個都好爽口,加埋佢都幾濃味嫁!另外仲有食燒賣,佢好大粒,平時面頭係蝦子個D,今次變左杞子,我自己就唔食既,所以夾走左,D蝦同埋豬肉,兩種唔同口感! 好味! 仲有試其他,不過最特別都係依兩個。

入到去,有好多紅色既中式窗,好似番左以前,侍應既制服都係紅色衫,相當可愛。服務都好好,好有禮貌加埋手腳夠快,效率高。係尖沙咀依D區做野慢係唔得既,隨時比人鬧,加埋佢上菜既速度都好快。價錢都好公道,茶錢6蚊要有加一,不過其實到到都加一,試左個松茸鮮蝦菜苗餃,有甘筍、松茸及鮮蝦,超多白菜絲,所以成個都好爽口,加埋佢都幾濃味嫁!另外仲有食燒賣,佢好大粒,平時面頭係蝦子個D,今次變左杞子,我自己就唔食既,所以夾走左,D蝦同埋豬肉,兩種唔同口感! 好味! 仲有試其他,不過最特別都係依兩個。

棉花雞出奇地很有水準,雞件是大大件既滑溜亦醃得夠入味;魚肚厚身爽口帶點點韌性又沒有酸味;花菇雖只一小件但卻極其夠厚充滿香味。在嗦了湯汁後食就更是滋味....

最後來到小朋友最期待的燒賣。幸好肉餡內的蝦肉份量不太多,是可以放心給他一整顆吞進肚內。肉本身還多汁而新鮮;咬勁方面就差了少許,不過這一類用機攪出來的出品一向便是如此的口感,根本就是在意料之內,是絕不用大驚小怪.....

尖沙咀的這分店做出來的點心水準反而比深水埗的更佳,這倒是有點始料不及的....但無論如何,只求小友吃得高興,又可讓他食到他心愛的燒賣便是了....

Thanks to 功夫 for Chinese New Year pudding.There is also a Chinese white radish cake too which I reviewed earlier.After slicing and shallow frying it, the pudding was ready to eat.You can either shallow fry it directly or dip the cake in egg before frying.The pudding was similar to mochi but the texture was much denser and stickier and not too sweet with a hint of cococnut milk.

Got these from Kung Fu Dim Sum.Tried the White radish cake immediately.I liked the chunky white radish pieces in the middle with the dried shrimp and preserved wax sausages on top.It was not too salty which was great and I look forward to trying the coconut milk CNY pudding because I need to pan fried it before eating.

其實這間點心店在設計上明顯地是下了點心思的,別的不說,就以它的點心紙為例,把數頁的點心紙摺疊起來,加上適當的設計,便變成了一本好像武學秘笈一般的線裝書,令人不禁把它聯想到功夫來

都已經肚子餓了,快快攤開這摺疊得好像武學秘笈似的點心紙,簡單的剔來四樣食品,便靜靜地等候這兒的點心到來,再嚐嚐這兒點心師傅的功夫。

天氣轉寒,來一個「豉汁排骨煲仔飯」($30)最好不過。這兒的煲仔飯水準尚佳
,飯軟熟,排骨肥瘦比例也見均勻,不會吃得一口肥肉,又會是瘦骨嶙峋,要是醬油下得多些,會更好。

五香牛腩腸粉煲」($34)較為令人失望。本來是對這道店中推介的菜式有點期望的,但這「五香牛腩腸粉煲」的味道不是太夠,腸粉味道偏淡,牛腩肉質一般,蘿蔔更加不夠腍甜

總的來說,就這次幫襯的感覺而言,這間「功夫點心」的食物水準,除了「五香牛腩腸粉煲」較為令人失望之外,是過得去的。但要真正成為點心界,飲食界的大師傅,擁有猶如武林中少林、武當派那樣泰山北斗的地位,那可仍要再修練修練,練習更高層次的真功夫了。
