今日中午飯就到了中港城平台功夫點心,兩個人叫了兩個排骨煲仔飯、鮑汁鳳爪和鳳凰煎糯米雞,份量剛剛好👍🏻!排骨煲仔飯都挺入味,典型中式茶樓的味道。至於鳳凰糯米雞真的不得不讚,外面非常之香脆,裡面又很足料,很飽肚!最後的鮑汁鳳爪味道都接受,感覺一般!✨

位於中港城二樓平臺上,進門廊,登上長長的手扶梯,末端右轉即可見。大概因為室內的牆都粉成紅色,我站在門口時就覺得裡面紅彤彤的很喜慶,跟節日氣氛很契合。既然是點心鋪,我們點了常見的點心和湯、粉:功夫蝦餃皇兩個起售,皮韌滑,包著一個不小的脆脆的蝦仁,我覺得不錯濃湯杞子浸時蔬奶白色的湯裡浸著碧青的生菜葉,脆甜。原盅燉湯熟地味比較濃,正好同去的閨蜜喜歡。香麻混醬陳村粉這是唯一一道點錯的菜。粉又黏又澀,加上黏糊糊的芝麻醬更是雪上加霜,我們往上面澆了不少生抽攪拌後勉強入口。完全沒有陳村粉那種透亮輕盈爽滑的風味。整體而言,性價比較高,吃飽後有點後悔,沒有點她們主打的“功夫點心”,即“懷舊綿香馬拉糕”。

這是唯一一道點錯的菜。粉又黏又澀,加上黏糊糊的芝麻醬更是雪上加霜,我們往上面澆了不少生抽攪拌後勉強入口。完全沒有陳村粉那種透亮輕盈爽滑的風味。


整體而言,性價比較高,吃飽後有點後悔,沒有點她們主打的“功夫點心”,即“懷舊綿香馬拉糕”。

趁未夠鐘開會,約左表妹黎個quick lunch。我地都好耐無飲茶,於是去左附近既功夫點心飲茶食點心。雖然唔係傳統茶樓,menu亦唔算真係好多選擇,不過我地2個人都點左5樣嘢😆最好食係個豉汁排骨煲仔飯,d飯唔係普通就咁白飯就算,而係真係煲過,所以有陣香味,排骨亦都好滑。蘿蔔糕都整得OK,唔會好多粉。有個腐皮卷都幾好,外面炸得好脆,搞到隔離檯見到都跟著我地點哈哈。不過炸兩就真係麻麻地,外層腸粉唔算厚,但係裡面既油炸鬼就應該已經炸左好耐,所以淋晒,唔建議點。

這個煲仔飯比想像中細,只係迷你煲仔飯而己,同一盅飯差唔多。肉餅薄薄地,有口感;飯係比較乾身,但未見飯焦。

雖然新年期間要加二,但價格仍然合理。簡簡單單想食下點心做午餐,呢度嘅點心都ok, 可以一試。

第一次來到這家點心餐廳.對我來說, 印象比較深刻的是它小小的菜單.外表好像一本武林秘笈.哈哈.果然能帶出她這家餐廳的主題-功夫.菜式也算是多.價格方面.在尖沙咀區內算是合理.性價比中上.不過有些點心是偏貴.但沒有什麼驚喜.例如 功夫筍尖蝦餃皇, 12元一隻.價格是偏貴.而味道沒有讓人覺得有驚喜.但不是差的.只是覺得沒有想像中的好.雖然有些點心.沒有想像中的好.不過也有一些是讓人很難忘.覺得是好吃的.鳳凰煎糯米雞-crispy sticky rice with chicken, 外表平平無奇.但內里是不錯的.外面鬆脆, 口感良好.另外, 鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯, 36元一份.荷葉飯內有不少大大隻的鮮蝦, 再加上鮑汁.果然是足料的荷葉飯.不過沒有味道而且調味的份量剛剛好.鮮蝦腐皮卷也做得挺好.26元一份.同樣地.是比一般的酒樓貴一點.但值得一提的是.這裡的點心雖然是貴一點.不過它們的份量也比較多.不過小小的一份.說到這裡, 唯一覺得失望的是.叉燒腸粉.太過平淡.當然不是不好吃.而是覺得欠缺驚喜.和預期的有落差.這樣不會讓人想一吃再吃.整體來說, 我還是滿意的.但仍有可進步的空間.

菜式也算是多.價格方面.

性價比中上.
不過有些點心是偏貴.但沒有什麼驚喜.

不過也有一些是讓人很難忘.覺得是好吃的.
鳳凰煎糯米雞-crispy sticky rice with chicken, 外表平平無奇.
但內里是不錯的.外面鬆脆, 口感良好.

另外, 鮑汁鮮蝦荷葉飯, 36元一份.
荷葉飯內有不少大大隻的鮮蝦, 再加上鮑汁.
果然是足料的荷葉飯.不過沒有味道
而且調味的份量剛剛好.

鮮蝦腐皮卷也做得挺好.26元一份.
同樣地.是比一般的酒樓貴一點.
但值得一提的是.這裡的點心雖然是貴一點.
不過它們的份量也比較多.
不過小小的一份.

說到這裡, 唯一覺得失望的是.叉燒腸粉.
太過平淡.
當然不是不好吃.而是覺得欠缺驚喜.
和預期的有落差.
這樣不會讓人想一吃再吃.

今日午飯選擇同同事黎中港城平台嘅功夫點心。最近商場電梯翻新,上去平台要轉行樓梯/轉𨋢。餐廳環境光線充足、整齊、空間感大,每張台之間都有距離,不會逼夾。點心紙好特別,好似武林秘訣,非常切合「功夫」主題!食物選擇都好多,不過今日我地呢餐主打係盅頭飯,叫左:煎糯米雞、排骨飯、章魚肉餅飯同鮮蝦荷葉飯。煎糯米雞好香口,幾好食;排骨飯果然係推介,排骨醃得入味,肉汁滲透飯內,令人回味;章魚肉餅對比起來比較遜色,但份量同價錢在尖沙嘴區算是不錯;荷葉飯都好香,內裏有兩隻鮮蝦,味道稍淡。呢度蝦餃燒賣都係一籠兩粒,落柯打記得數人頭呀!蝦餃燒賣裡面嘅蝦都好大粒同彈牙,好滿足!鮑汁雞腳點多左一份,雞腳入味香滑,個汁攞黎送白飯就一流喇食到尾聲叫埋甜品,不過只有燉奶同煎堆兩個選擇。我地一致叫桂花糖燉鮮奶,燉奶都幾滑,不過啲桂花糖漿真係好甜好甜,建議撥走部分先食。今餐都點左好多點心,全部都令人滿意,尤其是喺尖沙咀區,呢個價錢絕對值回票價,可以encore!
