並非首次光顧功德林,上次去銅鑼灣的店,感覺不錯,今次挑北京道一號,因為知道環境更好坐。一家人食咗六個小菜,我最欣賞叉子燒餅同咕嚕肉,仿真度最高。先講餡料素仁鬆,美味的大雜會,爽脆濃味,唔講未必留意到無肉,但叉子燒餅個口開得唔盡,入饀料搞至成碟都有,好食又唔緊要!咕嚕肉真的一樣,樣子味道都是,酸甜開胃。平日食得肉太多,食素亦係樂趣。

來到吃上海齋的地方,就來個酒釀丸子吧~

丸子口感煙韌,正合我口味。輕輕的酒味不太濃烈,小朋友/老人家吃也没問題。糖水甜度剛剛好,還帶有清新桂花香。如果不是太飽,真想多吃一碗。

除了美景,員工服務也值得一讚。他們會與食客談天說地之餘,加水/換碟等也做得周到。即使不是熟客,也讓我有賓至如歸的感覺,是與家人吃飯的不錯選擇。

磨菇包小巧玲瓏,一啖一口,唔會太飽濟,中間有磨菇餡,包身亦軟熟。臨近萬聖節,所以貪得意點左個歡喜南瓜包。其實都唔算包,因為似糕點,煙韌的糯米皮包裹著滿滿的紅荳蓉,紅荳蓉唔過甜,好味。

然後是功德林三拼盤,選了最愛的雞絲粉皮,滿滿的麻香,甜甜地,粉皮爽口滑溜。無錫脆鱔其實係炸菇黎,但炸得乾身唔油膩。做法有點像甜酸排骨,甜甜酸酸的好開胃。還有腐皮卷,裏面是磨菇及蘿蔔絲,腐皮有點乾,整體感覺有點單調。

總結, 素菜多是食材簡單, 但經巧手變出口味濃郁, 變化多端的多款菜式, 外形及味道都比想像般吸引, 由其點心比一般肉葷點心更放心吃多也不怕。

除了食物質素高, 這裡服務員勤快有禮, 點菜時還會介紹菜式, 食材及烹法; 還有景觀開闊,感覺寧靜和諧;令人仿如置身禪院中修心積善的感覺。

There were quite a few appetisers to choose from and we chose our favourite three.

1. Shredded vegetarian chicken and green bean sheet:

This one is my all time favourite, I always order this when I see it but this time the chicken is vegetarian. The texture was actually quite similar to chicken and easy to chew. The green bean sheet was stretchy.

2. Vegetarian goose:

It smelled so nice when it arrived, it was crunchy and tasty. It wasn't oily at all. Even though it looked like goose but it is basically bean curd with lots of vegetables.

3. Wheat gluten stew with brown sauce:

This appetiser is my boyfriend's favourite, he really likes the wheat gluten stew. They were very soft and yummy. It was full of flavour because it absorbed all the sauce within.

Vegetarian shark's fin soup with mushroom:

It looked like the imitation fin soup that we can eat on the street, it tasted quite good and all the ingredients seemed very similar to the shark's fin soup except with more mushroom. The texture was quite thick and filling.

I wanted something spicy so I got the hot and sour soup. It was actually quite spicy for me, I need to give half to my boyfriend. The texture was thick. There were lots of imitation shrimps and ham as well.

Braised vegetarian meatball in casserole:

This was served in a hot clay pot which keep it nice and warm. The meatball was smokey hot when we cut it into pieces, it was also very big. The meatball was super juicy, the texture was smooth and full of bean curd. The sauce was delicious, I ate all the vegetables because of the sauce.

Cold noodle with seven sauces in Shanghai style:

This noodle is very special because they provide seven different sauce for you to mix and match. There were soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, peanut paste, sweet sauce, fermented soya bean curd and nut. The noodles were stretchy and moist. My favourite combination was mixing all the seven sauce together. It tasted very good. My boyfriend only likes sweet and peanut sauce together.

Red bean paste pancake:

To finish off, I ordered my favourite deep fried red bean paste pancake. It was crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. I really like this dessert, it wasn't that sweet and super crunchy.

有時都會食齋既我,唔一定係初一十五先食齋既而家好多齋其實都好好味, 平時食得肉多,間唔中食下齋, 健康下都好功德林的位置比較隱秘,雖然在港鐵站出口上面,不留心d 都唔會見到在tst返工的我就黎食個豪lunch,叫了一些小菜類及點心推介豆腐餃子,絕對係功夫菜,入面包既係白菜餃皮係豆腐黎,又薄又滑waiter 話係廚師每朝將豆腐慢慢切成咁薄既皮,絕對花唔少功夫成個菜都好清新同健康脆皮素鵝,由炸過既腐皮好脆,入埋包住d 茹同紅蘿蔔,中和番腐皮o既油膩有d season special 點心,叫左三色蝴蝶餃, 覺得似花多d, 有3隻色來點綴下,餡係混入蛋白及素翅,做到好似蟹肉咁炸雲吞,擠滿了菜炸完個皮雖然脆,不過有點硬香蕉高力豆沙,散發陣陣香蕉味,特別香甜,呢個配搭都幾特別 ,不過如果糖霜多d就更好環境幾好,對著個海,經過繁忙o既一星期黎呢度食個happy friday lunch 都幾好

今天和豆丁去灣仔看有關中國的科技展覽。行程計劃:一家三口先在尖沙咀午餐,然後坐小輪到灣仔碼頭,再步行至會展。剛好初一,不如食齋,於是來到這家素食館。由於早來到,餐廳客人不多,選擇了可欣賞維港靚景的座位。而豆丁就馬上走到落地玻璃窗邊看風景,剛好讓豆丁發現了迷你兵團大海報。又問樓下橙色屋頂的建築物是什麼? 居高臨下,風景盡入眼簾!這就是北京道1號的優勢了!茶芥先上。 花生伴以鹽花及紫菜碎碎,鹹度適中。看到枱面放有推介點心的彩色餐牌,就選了這几款點心,再加几款主食及小菜。長壽春卷先呈上。由於剛炸起,非常熱。且看豆丁如何處理這個熱辣辣春卷了。三色蝴蝶餃 內有粉絲  蘑菇包 真係好似蘑菇  歡喜南瓜包 紅豆餡甜度適中,不太甜。就因為紅豆餡中有松子,松子的香氣,帶點五仁月餅的風味。千層甘筍酥做法有如蘿蔔絲酥卷,但改為甘筍。紫環釀面圓只看菜名和圖片,真係不知何方神聖。向職員查詢,才知道是火鍋圓碌碌配料(黃色漲卜卜的,忘記了名字!)包著麵筋+菇,再炸,然後淋上豆豉醬汁。這都是炒蜆炒花甲炒蟶子必備配料,如此重口味的醬汁,現在應用在齋菜中,足以迷惑味蕾吧!豆豉醬汁作芡,勾起味蕾記憶了,真係有食肉的感覺。呢

向職員查詢,才知道是火鍋圓碌碌配料

(黃色漲卜卜的,忘記了名字!)

包著麵筋+菇,再炸,然後淋上豆豉醬汁。

這都是炒蜆炒花甲炒蟶子必備配料,

如此重口味的醬汁,現在應用在齋菜中,足以迷惑味蕾吧!

豆豉醬汁作芡,勾起味蕾記憶了,真係有食肉的感覺。

呢個豆豉味的卷卷几特別!

消滅了這几釀面圓,看到剩下的醬汁,没有出現水油分離。

註:平時遇到的炒蜆炒花甲,碟上的醬汁都分離為一攤黃色的油及深色的豆豉醬汁,總覺得很油膩。

香酥鯽魚

即是芋頭魚。上枱後,職員先切好。 

與平時的芋頭魚對比,香酥鯽魚的啡色炸皮較薄身。

但可能油溫太高吧,嚐到炸皮有焦味,

豆丁認為是苦味,嚐了一口就不要。

反正自己喜歡芋頭魚,可以食更多份量了! 

芋蓉摻了紫菜,口感上較粘較軟糯,芋蓉的粘度似冰皮月餅的餅皮。

稍後要去看展覽,先要有足夠的體力,

所以這是對家人很重要的~澱~粉~質!

小時候總覺得上海粗炒似烏冬,二種都是又粗又圓的麵條。

原來豆丁也有同樣的想法。

這款粗炒麵每條上色平均,口感真係似烏冬呢!

再配上椰菜,冬菇絲。

過後發現,碟子上剩下的醬汁不多,醬汁份量剛剛好。
