Chả lụ made of lean pork, potato starch, garlic, ground black pepper and nước mắm (fish sauce). The pork has to be pounded until it becomes pasty.

點左個越式三文治,係我返咗嚟香港之後食過最好食嘅,佢有用到魚醬,外皮鬆脆,仲有兩款嘅越南扎肉配上其他蔬菜,魚醬的味道唔係個個接受得到,但係當你試過食過當地最好食嘅幾間越式三文治,你就知道呢種味道真係好正。

越南可真心講呢度係有啲貴,細碗,但湯底濃郁,每一啖湯都唔願意浪費,配上質素好高嘅安格斯牛肉,生洋蔥金不換芽菜以及檸檬辣椒等等,唔係呢個湯底我相信好多好多經典嘅越南餐廳都做唔到。

用上真正嘅越南粉,食咗一碗都覺得唔夠喉。暫時來講我覺得係除咗我自己整果碗個個讚好的粉之外,佢係最真材實料,你估個個可以曬一整日就係為咗煲個湯咩?咁樣搞一搞淨係湯底都$100碗。呢度嘅湯底真心叫好。好似好細碗但我覺得值得囉!

再講menu, 正如openrice 其他食客批評一樣,選擇超級出奇地少,價錢偏貴。

服務生唔attentive,服務水平普遍差! 成日漏單,一開始已經叫左雞飯,結果最尾先發現漏單,當然又係等等等。


價錢偏貴,份量少,仲要服務差,味道唔算好味,算不過不失。


PS:服務生話無餐廳洗手間,最近 Toilet 竟然要出餐廳外,行三層樓梯既公厠,入面仲有男同志釣魚!我真心有d嬲!

我見識少,少見餐廳甘Not value for money: 價錢收一線價錢,整體水平我覺得最多三線。

今天七月一曰,天氣炎熱得很。常常路過這家2017米芝蓮推介的新派越南菜也無緣一試。今午我們要試試。這家餐廳有廿多個座位,坐得唔迫,採型格黑色主調,播放著好chill 的音樂,有著酒吧的氣氛。這兒小食$68/$78, 主菜則$68-$198,汽水$38。迷你美國生牛河$68雖說是迷你生牛河,但也不十分迷你。生牛肉肉質十分鮮嫩,薄薄的切片,完全沒有肥膏或筋部,滿有牛肉味 ;而湯底真的不錯,十分清澈,十分鮮甜而富有牛骨湯味;湯河入口滑溜,索湯力十足,唯份量是女生份量,而男生不夠食了。海藻椒鹽豆腐薯條$68這炸豆腐炸得乾身唔油膩,但除了脆脆囗感以外,沒有味道,唯有叫店員給我們茄汁才吃得下去。整體而言,這牛河真的值得一試,感覺味道比brass spoon 更美味,推介!

雖說是迷你生牛河,但也不十分迷你。生牛肉肉質十分鮮嫩,薄薄的切片,完全沒有肥膏或筋部,滿有牛肉味 ;而湯底真的不錯,十分清澈,十分鮮甜而富有牛骨湯味;湯河入口滑溜,索湯力十足,唯份量是女生份量,而男生不夠食了。

星期六晚,梗係要出去食餐好㗎啦,今次係灣仔囍帖街!呢度成條街都有餐廳,最後揀左食越南嘢!越南野食得多,呢間都算有特色,因為主打唔係食物,原來係一半酒吧一半餐廳!差不多8點坐低,仲有happy hours喎,好開心,叫左兩杯西班牙draught beer Estella,爽!Staff 好細心,等你飲完一杯先再上第二杯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼叫咗個慢煮咖哩牛筋牛腩,夠火喉,好軟身,配飯一流。再一個生牛河🍜,雖話「迷你」,但一個人粉量都夠食,又好夠味!
