今次到人氣阿根廷餐廳LA PARRILLA STEAKHOUSE點了招牌Rump Steak,味道真心太棒啦!那厚厚一片牛排外脆內嫩,一口下去肉汁滿滿流出來,好好味! 再來是那道Carne青椒牛柳絲香脆角仔,青彩椒和洋蔥一起煮得軟軟的,牛肉也煮得超入味,全部在一起吃,加上特色蕃茄醬汁,蔬菜跟牛肉的味道超配的!北海道帶子生魚片也是很吸引啊,新鮮帶子切薄片盛在小碟裡,看起來超誘人!吃到口中帶子肉質嫩嫩的,超級鮮甜,一口接一口停不了嘴。Longostino龍蝦扁麵這道也是極推的!扁麵煮得Q彈,龍蝦肉粒甜甜的很結實,兩者合而為一根本停不了筷子~最后來個Del Jardin飲品,大大杯充滿水果香氣,口感層次感十足!環境&menu&餐包總之這家餐廳用料新鮮,味道都很正,環境浪漫有氣氛,非常推薦大家去嘗試!

🍴 Hanger Steak 250g $298 - 封門柳,風味獨特而且嫩滑。大㕑以簡單嘅鹽同胡椒調料,讓肉質天然嘅風味得以展現。上碟之前,牛柳放於鐵板上,聽到「滋滋」聲已經食慾大增!另外仲有六款醬汁,讓客人自己調出美味配搭。我最鍾意

🍴Milanesa - 拉丁風味炸牛扒,牛扒薄薄一大塊,炸得香脆,上面搽上蕃茄醬及一層厚芝士,份量頗多,女士們應該食唔晒。

Today happened to be in the area at noon .. went up there for a tasty steak lunch … Ordered at exactly noon .. but steak finally arrived after 48 minutes .. iron steak medium rare .. empanada tasted great .. must be oven fresh .. great tasting homemade fries .. fairly generous glass of red wine .. BUT steak was barely warm .. easily one of the two worst restaurant steaks in HK ever … Steak 101 says .. burning the freaking steak on
