平時好多時都食肉眼或者西冷🥩,今次就試下新野,rump steak其實係臀肉,係腰肌至臀部之間既肌肉,牛肉🐮風味濃厚,雖然脂肪比較少,但筋膜都比較少,厚肉得黎質感厚實有彈性但唔會韌~ 而小編叫既係medium, 燒得🔥恰到好處,裡面依然係粉嫩既粉紅色又juicy,仲有淡淡既炭香tim~ 另外不得不提既係個上枱方式幾靚,牛扒🥩放喺鐵板上面,插左板顯示生熟程度既木棍仔,再喺旁邊放左6種傳統既阿根廷🇦🇷醬汁,有酸酸甜甜既番茄他他🍅、清新既青醬🌱、惹味既BBQ醬等等,任君選擇~

店員問我們是否肯定只吃肉不吃伴菜我非常非常肯定而且我還一連點了三款牛但是來La Parrilla就為了吃他們的牛而且他們有一個特點就是菜式很多都會配大量麵包而且麵包也很鬆軟上檯也是總是熱的就算明知接下去還有很多款菜式還是往往忍不住吃完所以雖然也一直很想嚐他們的伴菜但實在騰空不出一部分的胃至於我點的三款牛其實吃下去的時候也不會很注意到全部都是牛很膩的樣子因為這三款是牛肉他他、燒牛骨髓,最後才是牛柳這三款牛我無法捨割其中一款除了傳統香料和生雞蛋餐廳還在牛肉他他上放上大量魚子醬生的牛肉雖然牛味不會很突出但勝在嫩滑拌了香料滲出生肉才有的鮮味燒牛骨髓上桌後所有香味都被牛骨髓的豐腴濃郁蓋過中間我們還點了一道烤布旺倫芝士芝士用鐵板呈上鐵板能很有效地保持溫度因為是烤的芝士表皮煙韌內層軟糯是很好咀嚼的質感烤過的芝士夾雜著橄欖油的香能以主角姿態上桌的芝士果然不同凡響最後上桌的是主菜牛柳六個小小的配料碟子三個開胃的放一端增重味道的放另一端牛柳要了Medium rare雖然看起來還是嫩嫩的粉紅色但牛肉卻是熱的而且煙燻味道很突出肉質飽滿嫩滑雖然牛柳看不出油脂但本身肉質好在鐵板上烤久了牛味濃了又是另一番風味非常期

上檯也是總是熱的
就算明知接下去還有很多款菜式還是往往忍不住吃完
所以雖然也一直很想嚐他們的伴菜
但實在騰空不出一部分的胃
至於我點的三款牛
其實吃下去的時候
也不會很注意到全部都是牛很膩的樣子
因為這三款是牛肉他他、燒牛骨髓,最後才是牛柳
這三款牛我無法捨割其中一款

生的牛肉雖然牛味不會很突出
但勝在嫩滑
拌了香料滲出生肉才有的鮮味

牛柳要了Medium rare
雖然看起來還是嫩嫩的粉紅色
但牛肉卻是熱的
而且煙燻味道很突出
肉質飽滿嫩滑
雖然牛柳看不出油脂
但本身肉質好
在鐵板上烤久了
牛味濃了又是另一番風味
非常期待下一次來試更多部位
順帶一提 來這裏慶祝萬聖節非常有氣氛!

今次到人氣阿根廷餐廳LA PARRILLA STEAKHOUSE點了招牌Rump Steak,味道真心太棒啦!那厚厚一片牛排外脆內嫩,一口下去肉汁滿滿流出來,好好味! 再來是那道Carne青椒牛柳絲香脆角仔,青彩椒和洋蔥一起煮得軟軟的,牛肉也煮得超入味,全部在一起吃,加上特色蕃茄醬汁,蔬菜跟牛肉的味道超配的!北海道帶子生魚片也是很吸引啊,新鮮帶子切薄片盛在小碟裡,看起來超誘人!吃到口中帶子肉質嫩嫩的,超級鮮甜,一口接一口停不了嘴。Longostino龍蝦扁麵這道也是極推的!扁麵煮得Q彈,龍蝦肉粒甜甜的很結實,兩者合而為一根本停不了筷子~最后來個Del Jardin飲品,大大杯充滿水果香氣,口感層次感十足!環境&menu&餐包總之這家餐廳用料新鮮,味道都很正,環境浪漫有氣氛,非常推薦大家去嘗試!

朋友要左杯Shierley Temple ,佢入面係Rose Lime juice, Grenadine同ginger ale ,飲落好香石榴香,都幾特別

我就揀左Del Jardin ,入面係Orange juice, apple juice 加ginger beer ,係人人皆宜既口味,飲落少少似fruit punch,唔知飲咩叫呢杯實無錯!
