T骨牛扒取自牛腰脊部分,一邊係牛柳部位,一邊係西冷部分。牛柳位於牛腰脊內則肉質幼嫩,西冷則屬於牛前腰脊肉質有嚼勁味道濃厚。講返呢塊扒經過熟成令到佢更加juicy及更嫩口,medium佢有做到,牛扒驚過炭火燒烤,香味更濃密。牛扒再配上亦種醬汁,加上旁邊的鹽、黑椒,八種調味加原味,九種味道,太難選擇😱點算?當然全都要試。

If someone is interested, u can ask staff to know more. But unfortunately, we have only two people and have no enough stomach to share this steak. Of course, T-bone steak is the main role tonight. This T-bone is one month age grass fed beef from Argentina. Different from other steak, it is served with hot plate. So, the surface of steak is caramelized. Even though the steak is cooked to nearly well done, it is still tender and juicy. There are also six different kinds of sauce to be served with steak. I highly recommend bbq, mustard and garlic sauce because it will make steak not too oily and make the flavor of steak stronger!
