經網上平台購買了半價優惠五道菜+任食三款生蠔店內環境算不錯, 預約了平日中午來吃的, 人不算很多只有4-5枱食客套餐包了兩杯餐酒, 白酒不錯, 很易入口入坐後大約十分鐘就送上餐包一碟, 很特別是牛油放了在牛骨內,牛油有陣黑松露味道今天主角生蠔侍應生很快地送上第一盤生蠔, 他還很細心講解生蠔來源及食先後的次序, 每隻生蠔都很飽滿亦很新鮮,味道有海水味,這三款生蠔是日本, 澳洲和法國。餐湯前,我們兩人已吃了兩盤餐湯是南瓜忌廉湯, 正常發揮,不錯👍龍蝦汁龍蝦意粉, 意粉有點硬, 但味道算不錯, 龍蝦肉有5-6舊。主菜羊架有3舊,份量很足,肉質軟淋,不過有點帶肥膏。這個日本A5和牛配香煎鵝肝,是要另加收費, 叫了五成熟, 牛味不重,但肉質軟淋, 入口都有即溶感覺。最後甜品芝士蛋糕🍰成個午餐都食得好舒服,餐廳服務員很有禮貌亦很用心講解,另外幫忙拍照時還主動幫忙擺放好餐枱上鮮花作點綴主打是來吃生蠔的,給我印象很好👍,因為主菜前已經吃了四盤生蠔,每次品質一樣上生蠔速度也很快,不用等很久, 可能我們是吃平日中午關係,當時只有我們這枱吃任食生蠔😂最後吃完甜品後, 再來最後一round作完美句號。

湯品又有另一驚喜!沒想到,配湯的面包,竟然可以這樣美觀!是一朵玫瑰🌹花形的面包。好靚,好有心思!超讚!而且有脆脆的口感,配龍蝦湯,很襯,好味🤤!


5)煙燻原隻澳洲龍蝦
上台時,職員還幫助拍片。打開蓋之後,看著煙慢慢散開,好優美的畫面。龍蝦🦞有少少焦香的味道,當然都充斥着煙燻味道,蝦肉好爽又彈牙,好新鮮!好食😋


6)活龍蝦汁配牛柳(我)

牛柳雖說是5成熟,可是上碟似7成熟,稍為有少少乾身。不過羊架便很嫩滑,口感好好,生熟到恰到好處!擺盤也靚!


7)法式龍蝦帶子薏米飯
以帶子外殼上碟,很是美觀!帶子上面仲有大大粒橙色晶凝通透的魚子。這個配搭很不錯。薏米,好有口感。煙煙韌韌,對我來說都是一個新鮮的嘗試,整體都係好味。


8)龍蝦柚子雪葩
雪葩好清爽。不過略嫌柚子皮太多。但都是好味😋!不過,最最驚喜的,我沒想到,上碟時,竟然有一支煙火效果嘅蠟燭。點火的時候有煙花效果🎆!好靚!
碟嘅上面,還有文字寫着「Happy Everyday 」!


感謝友人的精心及貼心的安排,為我帶來驚喜!十分感謝🙏🏻!Thank you so much!!☺️


順帶一提,這裡有3位員工,於今個晚上都會細心詢問及聆聽我們對食物的意見。亦有詳細跟我們解釋食物的做法。我覺得他們很專業,而且經常笑容😊滿面。態度親切!令我們今晚食得開心之餘,也體會到窩心的服務態度。

Other Info. : 這裏節錄了跟其他差評一樣的體驗... 所有剩菜的碟子堆在吧枱附近,間中有幾隻昆蟲飛過來 千幾銀錢個餐,餐具無挑選過,擺盤毫無意思,碟碟一樣,同個菜完全無關。 味道方面,某一兩個菜OK,其餘... 去其他普通西餐廳都得。 煎小龍蝦 用玻璃罩抓住啲煙 但係無煙熏味?隻龍蝦完全煮過晒火 Foie gras蛋撻 -花瓜有騷味, 品質一般 -花瓜+蛋撻 = 油膩 + 油膩. 沒有合適的醬汁/配菜去中和油膩感 帶子沒有鮮甜味, 看色澤味道質感, 就是一般cafe那種泡過STPP的帶子. 都1088的套餐了, 來個刺身等級的帶子很難嗎? 而當中最令人感到格格不入的便是那堆老是常出現的裝飾/配菜. 作為裝飾它們太過重覆且缺乏格調, 作為配菜他們並沒有與主食材加乘, 定位不清, 給人留下敷衍的印象. 其實就只是一家高級裝修的茶餐廳,環境食物服務都配不上French Dining,更談不上是法國餐廳。 This excerpt captures an experience similar to other negative reviews... For over a thousand dollars for the meal, the utensils were not selected, the plating was meaningless, and every plate looked the same, completely unrelated to each other. The grilled lobster was covered with a glass dome to trap the smoke, but there was no smoky flavor? The lobster was completely overcooked. Foie gras tart: The melon had a gamey taste, and the quality was average. Melon + tart = greasy + greasy. There was no suitable sauce or side dish to balance the greasiness. As decorations, they were too repetitive and lacking in style; as side dishes, they didn’t complement the main ingredients, leaving a vague impression of carelessness. In truth, it’s just a Fast food restaurant with upscale decor. The environment, food, and service do not match the standards of French dining.
