所有剩菜的碟子堆在吧枱附近,間中有幾隻昆蟲飛過來
千幾銀錢個餐,餐具無挑選過,擺盤毫無意思,碟碟一樣,同個菜完全無關。
味道方面,某一兩個菜OK,其餘... 去其他普通西餐廳都得。
煎小龍蝦 用玻璃罩抓住啲煙 但係無煙熏味?隻龍蝦完全煮過晒火

-花瓜有騷味, 品質一般
-花瓜+蛋撻 = 油膩 + 油膩. 沒有合適的醬汁/配菜去中和油膩感
帶子沒有鮮甜味, 看色澤味道質感, 就是一般cafe那種泡過STPP的帶子. 都1088的套餐了, 來個刺身等級的帶子很難嗎?
而當中最令人感到格格不入的便是那堆老是常出現的裝飾/配菜. 作為裝飾它們太過重覆且缺乏格調, 作為配菜他們並沒有與主食材加乘, 定位不清, 給人留下敷衍的印象.
其實就只是一家高級裝修的茶餐廳,環境食物服務都配不上French Dining,更談不上是法國餐廳。

All the leftover plates are piled near the bar counter, with a few insects occasionally flying over.
