甜品係雲石紋芝士蛋糕,食得出係放題嗰種一底切成方塊嘅cheap嘢

最後埋單先發現原來加一係收返正價,所以變咗過千蚊一位

超級垃圾,完全騙案。

我食過呢個價位嘅餐廳,包括中環New York cut同埋1881 the Steak Room,兩間價錢差唔多,但前者5course有鵝肝牛扒,同樣龍蝦意粉但勁好食,加埋wine pairing 先近千蚊。
後者3course加Wine pairing貴啲啲但無論服務同食物質素都係呢間嘢嘅10倍以上。

我會用盡所有方法唱衰佢,祝佢早日執笠

餐廳環境一般食物一般。餐枱爛嘅,左右搖擺,好彩只有少於一半客人,可以調枱。蠔話係任食,但等起碼20分鐘都上唔到,要三催四請先會上蠔,不只我地一枱客係咁,幾枱都係,到用餐時間夠才上最後一次。保證不回本!另外服務很差,連一杯tape water 都要額外收錢,問有冇drink list 可以睇下,佢地都冇比,仲收走玻璃水杯。後來放2隻有清水嘅杯落嚟,隔15分鐘拎斟水又話可以waive 返錢,成件事好無所適從,最後我連一啖水都唔敢飲,驚額外收錢。其差嘅體驗,在外國法好例上餐廳提供清水是基本的。還有,餐具充滿污垢,有層霧咁,要自己再清潔一次才敢用,衰過去茶餐廳,但扮高級餐廳。食物:生蠔算新鮮,但沖水不乾淨,一盤6隻總有2-3隻有殼碎龍蝦湯好咸。

午餐到來一試四道菜套餐,用餐經驗可謂慘不忍睹。食物方面,上菜前的麵包無香味,不夠熱,令人狐疑究竟放置了多久,而且軟硬口感不一。要加錢的龍蝦湯只係金寶湯貨色,甚至是溝水後貨色。前菜鵝肝撻連暖都講唔上,主菜牛柳唔熱又靱。熱盤的碗碟唔熱,冷盤的碟唔冷。侍應會問客人是否可以搭檯。水吧堆滿了未洗和有廚餘的餐具碗碟。廁所沒有紙巾,地面是濕的。其實就只是一家高級裝修的茶餐廳,環境食物服務都配不上French Dining,更談不上是法國餐廳。

🌟飲品🍸朋友叫了她至愛的Mojito,我諗唔到飲咩,索性交俾侍應哥仔,要度係「岩我飲、我鍾意、signature drink」,最後飲左杯好好飲嘅chocolate martini.


🎹無人彈奏鋼琴奏響了幾次生日歌,煙花咁大的蠟燭又幾吸晴,浪漫情調加上特別的慶祝,是慶祝生日的好地方👍🏻👍🏻

先講讚嘅部份,訂位後5分鐘內有人WhatsApp,仲問埋係咪慶祝生日或者紀念日,需唔需要甜品寫字。晚飯期間大部份侍應態度都是好的,有不斷加水。期間除左第一二道菜,其他龍蝦都唔新鮮,甚至一兩隻有少少霉,黎錯主菜,食咗五六道菜都冇人換刀叉,呢啲就唔詳細講,因為都唔係我俾劣評嘅原因。食完最後一道菜,等佢甜品等咗10幾分鐘都未嚟,就同侍應講一講啦,再過多10分鐘,有個鬼仔侍應行過嚟問係咪等緊甜品,已經答咗係,跟住佢又問多次,咁我就一臉問號樣,然後佢就I am asking you…….嘩,好野!同一樣野我講第三次,我係咪應該要答I am telling you?就算我真係唔識英文,你都唔係咁嘅態度,唔識廣東話係你嘅問題,呢度係香港唔係你鄉下! 不過秉承住未食完餐飯我都唔會同餐廳員工發生衝突嘅原則,算!最最最正係等咗30分鐘,個甜品終於嚟,但冇寫字😅其實我得一個request,叫你喺個甜品度寫兩隻字!就係咁,我地個周年紀念一張有周年紀念字樣既相都無!間野仲要主打慶祝紀念日,真係佩服😅折左人均700呢個價食龍蝦餐未去到好差嘅,但後面果兩件事真係令人無法接受囉🫠🫠🫠
