Filled with joy to eat at a restaurant boasting a Michelin three-star team 🦞😳. The environment is bar-style, but  I was thinking if the food is good,  it doesn't really matter. 
It's a French restaurant, and the pre-meal bread is sweet raisin bread?
1. Lobster sashimi - two very thin slices. 
2. Oysters - normal. 
3. Caramelized foie gras tart. very Hong Kong style tart shell
4. Fried soft-shell lobster, but the shell is so hard it's impossible to bite. 
5. Lobster soup - taste the same as the lobster sauce that comes out later
6. Pan-seared small lobster, covered with a glass dome to trap the smoke, but there’s no smoky flavor? The lobster is completely overcooked. 
7. Lamb chop with lobster sauce - these two things don’t go together at all. The lamb chop ordered medium turned out to be medium rare or maybe rare
8. Lobster sauce barley rice - finally something relatively normal. 
9. Dessert has a sorbet (with frozen lobster meat?)

❓ The same decoration, quinoa and edible flowers, seems to have been repeated at least five times, each dish has the same flavor and decoration. 
❓ The lobster head, whether you eat whole or half, will always have a complete lobster head.

Note that bottled water costs $95 each. It’s not a big deal, but the bottle is stuck with delivery tape, which really affects the overall impression (see the picture). 
The promotion is buy one get one free, and after adding in the water and 10%, the average cost per person has reached $750. 
Honestly, even at this price, this meal is not worth it. It really is the quality of food you would expect in a bar restaurant which is not worth the price even after buy one get one free.

食物上菜溫度唔夠接近室溫,似放置廚房已經一段時間,食材唔新鮮肉質偏硬,上菜很急還未食完一道已經再上菜 ,導致整張台都是食物很容易碰跌 ,整個過程不夠空間很難進食,沒有詢問就直接收走食物很不尊重 ,最後甜品同主菜差不多同時上 ,到進食雪糕已經溶了一大半 ,另外現場歌曲聲音太大 ,影響食慾 、現場到處都是電子煙同骰盅, 不像米芝蓮法國餐廳質素和優雅的特點,之前試過很多法國餐廳,呢間質素令人十分失望,不過本地職員積極協助,態度良好。

開始進餐

塔斯曼尼亞海膽多士,多士有一片海膽,上有魚子醬及一小片金薄點綴。海膽味道鮮甜,入口即化,多士烤得鬆脆,吃到咯咯聲。
焦糖法國鵝肝揵,蛋揵上面有一片佈滿鵝肝的焦糖,不過鵝肝的份量可能很少,吃起來蛋味較重,蛋順滑,皮做得十分鬆化,為防吃時皮碎落下,我也大口大口的把撻吃掉。
主菜:
傳統法式牛柳,牛柳細細件,要了五成熟,切開時可見粉嫩肉色中帶少少血水,質感也可以,容易切開進食,但有個部位有筋切得有點吃力,整體肉味濃。
法式低溫慢煮東星石斑:一小段石斑肉,皮煎得香,肉質不需費力咀嚼,但嫩滑度一般,味道較淡口,配上旁邊的醬汁同吃,可增加食味。
兩個主菜都以紫薯蓉及露荀,甘荀伴碟,平時見的都是普通馬鈴薯蓉多,紫薯蓉少見。吃起來又是另一番味道,有香味之餘口感非常滑,像吃忌廉一樣。
  甜品
什果朱古力撻,面層什果有士多啤梨,藍莓,紅桑子,下層是滿滿的朱古力醬。什果清甜不酸,朱古力醬稠密而不太甜。不過撻皮較硬身,不易咀嚼。
餐飲:
熱奶茶,因為是西式奶茶,奶要另行加入,喝起來會較淡味,反而不加奶凈飲茶較好。

整體這次用餐的食材是不錯,不過用餐日子選在萬聖節後一天來就錯了。店員解釋,原來昨晚封路至早上才解封,食材運送要延遲,也影響了餐廳運作。今天餐廳人又較多,起菜十分慢,店員不時向我們道歉。所以下次要有更好的體驗,選一個普通平日來吃就最好。

今日同朋友放工去蘭桂坊輕鬆吓, 試咗呢一間L’AMOUR, 估唔到蘭桂坊都有法國餐廳, 今次試咗佢哋嘅set dinner,四百幾蚊有四個course 另外叫咗一杯白酒~麵包上桌時微暖,配上黑松露牛油,食落有少少黑松露味生蠔新鮮好大隻, 食落鮮甜法式澳洲活龍蝦湯。湯底濃郁, 飲落有龍蝦味但係鹹味亦都可以少啲接住係開胃菜,塔斯曼尼亞海膽多士。海膽新鮮,搭配酥脆多士,口感唔錯食落幾有驚喜另一道乾式熟成澳洲和牛他他,牛肉經過熟成所以牛肉味比較出啲,味道會較濃郁主菜方面,法國鵝肝牛柳煎得剛好,鵝肝香濃,兩者配合得非常好,令人回味無窮。而乾式熟成紐西蘭法式羊仔架,肉質嫩滑最後甜品朱古力撻,巧克力味濃,撻皮鬆脆,滿足嘅一餐

裝修很好,有特色,服務人員熱情有禮,但上菜等候時間太久。本來是來慶祝生日,訂枱時,已預先通知是生日飯,希望可以在上甜品時有個驚喜!但最後,其他枱的壽星仔女,都有特別安排,我們的壽星女就得到等字,最後什麼都沒有,真失望!

一上來看到係一個似蛋撻嘅物體,但係上面冇焦糖,仲要個撻係微暖,叫伙記來問下,佢哋話唔可以熱食,因為鵝肝會溶😳,咁嘅解釋我都係第一次聽,咁上面個焦糖又去咗邊?呃我未食過crème brûlée 🤪

第三度菜炸法國康提芝士軟殼龍蝦沙律
上菜時伙記話係軟殼蟹,我話唔係龍蝦咩,當時質疑自己係咪記錯,食落真係龍蝦,唔係軟殼蟹😩,呢個菜係熱葷喇啩,點知都係唔熱囉,頂多係微暖⋯⋯

第四度菜法式傳統澳洲龍蝦湯
個湯都係暖的,無溫度,無包送,無威士忌味,好似罐頭湯啊😭

第五度煙燻原隻澳洲龍蝦
上菜都好professional,在你面前打開玻璃罩,煙霧即出,有啲睇頭,但係點解冇煙燻味😷,仲有,隻龍蝦只有兩隻手指加埋咁大,乜有龍蝦咁細隻嘅🥴

第六度三選一,我哋揀咗韓牛牛肋骨同方頭魚
韓牛,超級勁難食,似係落咗梳打粉醃嘅牛肉,完全冇牛嘅Texture,味道仲好差🤮
方頭魚都好少少,豎鱗做得唔錯,好脆脆,但係都係冇魚味🥴

第七度塔斯曼尼亞海膽帶子薏米飯
伙記送上龍蝦薏米飯,我哋影完相之後,伙記話等等,原來係上錯,個飯係隔離枱嘅😵‍💫,之後隨即送返去隔籬枱,碟餸如果係我嘅我一定唔會要囉🤢,之後上返啱個海膽薏米飯,我哋食咗幾啖,都唔差,但係一食個海膽就出事,個海膽係臭的,仲有苦味,吐都吐唔切,唉,失望到我哋連叫個伙計換都唔想🥴

第八度龍蝦柚子雪葩
呢道菜叫正正常常,但只可以叫一般,沒有驚喜,甜品嚟講只可以叫合格😮‍💨

原價每人$1388,經kkday有七折,連酒水埋單total $2000
咁嘅價錢我一定永不回頭,浪費金錢同時間,超級勁失望的一餐,如果你哋想試吓我講嘅嘢真唔真,又有好多錢唔怕嘥,都可以試吓嘅,我真心希望你哋唔好俾佢呃囉。

焦糖法國鵝肝撻:呢個做得幾出色和幾創新,第一次食鹹的撻,質感類似葡撻散發出鵝肝味道

塔斯曼尼亞海膽多士:通常呢就係鵝肝多士,海膽多士呢都好特別,厚厚的海膽再加上魚子醬,送酒一流

法式低溫慢煮東星石斑:在低溫慢煮下,魚肉唔會鞋口,保持左原味,帶點鮮甜,可以點小小忌廉汁,另外配菜有紫薯蓉好甜

慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍:好厚的豬鞍,肉味都好濃郁,有輕微的黑胡椒調味,另外配菜有南瓜蓉好甜

當然要叫兩杯打卡飲品😛Pink Lady:混合咗玫瑰糖漿,檸檬汁及梳打水,面頭灑咗啲食用花,再加咗乾冰,整到杯飲品煙霧彌漫,好有仙氣。

荔枝Martini: 混合咗voaka, 荔枝汁,青檸及糖漿。有粒荔枝襯托,都有加乾冰增加氣氛。好香荔枝味,好易入口


最後甜品畫上完美的句號:是日甜品朱古力撻,上面仲有士多啤梨同藍莓做點綴,香濃嘅朱古力味啱晒我😍

呢個都係好期待嘅海膽味雪糕:都係第一次食,首先海膽型嘅器皿裝住,再加上仙氣效果,好香濃嘅海膽味,呢個極力推介👍🏻

🙎‍♂️服務方面:
服務員其實態度幾好,但服務質素極欠佳😓!
- 我同朋友一共三人落左order,我地等左超過25分鐘都未上starter,打算追問既時候服務員先問我地落左咩😢

- 我地食完starter之後,又等左好耐都未有main🤔再問返服務員,結果佢地又再問多次我地order左咩🥲最過分係隔多15分鐘左右之後佢地先同我地講我地落既main有兩款都sold out😨

- 咁都無辦法,咁我地唯有叫左其他野食。諗住叫佢快啲上野飲既時候,佢地叒問我地落左咩drink😓😓😓😓😓

- 中途餐廳個音響仲要出問題😅勁大聲既噪音滋擾左食客好一段時間

總結:完全唔expect一間高價位餐廳既服務生+食物質素咁成問題😥基本上無aspects係up to normal standard😅
比大家做一個參考,我自己就絕對無next time🙂
