Filled with joy to eat at a restaurant boasting a Michelin three-star team 🦞😳. The environment is bar-style, but I was thinking if the food is good, it doesn't really matter.
It's a French restaurant, and the pre-meal bread is sweet raisin bread?
1. Lobster sashimi - two very thin slices.
2. Oysters - normal.
3. Caramelized foie gras tart. very Hong Kong style tart shell
4. Fried soft-shell lobster, but the shell is so hard it's impossible to bite.
5. Lobster soup - taste the same as the lobster sauce that comes out later
6. Pan-seared small lobster, covered with a glass dome to trap the smoke, but there’s no smoky flavor? The lobster is completely overcooked.
7. Lamb chop with lobster sauce - these two things don’t go together at all. The lamb chop ordered medium turned out to be medium rare or maybe rare
8. Lobster sauce barley rice - finally something relatively normal.
9. Dessert has a sorbet (with frozen lobster meat?)
❓ The same decoration, quinoa and edible flowers, seems to have been repeated at least five times, each dish has the same flavor and decoration.
❓ The lobster head, whether you eat whole or half, will always have a complete lobster head.
Note that bottled water costs $95 each. It’s not a big deal, but the bottle is stuck with delivery tape, which really affects the overall impression (see the picture).
The promotion is buy one get one free, and after adding in the water and 10%, the average cost per person has reached $750.
Honestly, even at this price, this meal is not worth it. It really is the quality of food you would expect in a bar restaurant which is not worth the price even after buy one get one free.
