在中環假日午市仍座無虛設,眼見很多冇定位的客人,都不得其門而入,可以想像他的受歡迎程度, 今次試了他的兩份四個course的午餐, 由他的前菜藍鯨吞拿魚他他和自家製手工意大利鮮蝦雲吞作開始, 第二度是餐湯其中一款是番茄忌廉湯, 另一款要了澳洲活龍蝦湯, 配以兩款餐包及黑松露牛油, 實在出色, 主菜要了香煎法式比目魚, 皮脆肉滑份量十足, 而另一款就是韓燒頂級1+牛肋骨, 實在是美味無窮, 而甜品就是雜果撻和他的招牌甜品原隻海膽配豆腐雪糕, 這個午餐不但份量十足, 而且十分滋味, 配上紅白餐酒,實在是天作之合, 再以cappueeino coffee為這頓午餐劃上一個完美的句號。

隱藏在蘭桂坊較上端的斜坡,華麗精緻與浪漫的氛圍前菜鵝肝蛋撻,頗有新意,味道濃厚,在牛油的香氣下更出色。吞拿魚他他用料新鮮。餐湯自己也成為了主角,在擺盤和細節上見用心,儀式感滿滿。底下是清新香甜的南瓜湯,帶有海鮮的香味。主菜令我眼前一亮,龍蝦湯海鮮薏米飯,以貝殼上菜,帶子作為中心,薏米軟硬適中,醬汁剛好,而且吃來完全沒有負擔感,即使是關注身材的女生也可以盡情享用。黑毛豬看似份量不多,其實肉質頗厚,相比一大片,更能夠咀嚼到質感和肉味。經典打卡Cocktail Rose 清新,顏色奪目,一剎的泡沫確是為沉悶的生活帶來了驚喜。法式甜品不算太甜,比較推薦焦糖燉蛋。情侶約會,或是三五知己把酒談歡皆合,氣氛不錯。我們坐到比較晚才走,中途也有些獨個兒來,只叫了一杯酒,然後享受氣氛的顧客。
