難得假期點,所以訂台食午餐慶祝生日。-心想食小菜,但中午亦有點心選項,所以就點了四款點心,同時叫了3個餸。點心質素合格喇,調味重了一點及餃子皮粒粒粘住,所以夾起嚟已經皮餡分離。主菜點了黃鱔飯,份量大,醬油味重,略嫌濕咗少少,未有砂鍋飯的焦香,焗耐D可能口感會好一點。魚膓蒸蛋已賣少見少,所以特別點了,上桌時脹蛋漿卜卜,也算是有內涵的一度菜,但末有如傅統做法一樣,蛋內加上油炸鬼。飯腳則認為唔夠味,我就覺得OK!最後一味砵酒桶𧐢,不能不讚𧐢件真的很大,差不多有半隻手掌大,惹味好送飯。全餐最遺憾係冇黑松露燒鵝,-心諗住嚟試,點知佢話冇,要訂,又或者要半隻鵝,即刻燒,等一粒鐘!無言!只嘆燈神冇出現,願望末達成!

不得不說,老字號海鮮酒家除食物質素高,服務員亦好有禮貌,會定時幫我們加水換碟,給人賓至如歸的感覺,聽他們說餐廳還免切餅費和開瓶費,真是一個與家人朋友聚餐、慶生的好地方呢

呢個糯米飯夠晒惹味出色,未開蓋嘅時候已經聞到一陣炒糯米飯嘅香味。一打開個煲蓋更加不得了,店員叫我哋撈一撈個飯,果陣香噴噴嘅炒糯米飯香味即刻出晒嚟。口感方面,呢隻膏蟹係爆膏蟹,蟹膏連埋糯米飯炒,實實嘅蟹膏,加上糯米飯嘅煙韌同脆香嘅飯焦為呢個飯嘅口感增加咗唔少嘅層次。

肥美嘅燒鱔啖啖肉,表面脆卜卜嘅燒鱔配上微甜嘅蜜汁加上檸檬汁估唔到又幾夾,唔會搶走咗鱔本身嘅鱔味。食到停唔到,一嚟就已經食咗三舊 😋

橙色嘅豬生腸!滷水豬生腸都滷得好入味之餘,爽口得嚟幾有口感,一啲都唔韌,而家呢啲咁地道嘅冷盤喺酒樓真係買少見少

醃得好入味嘅涼拌豬腳筋,麻香清新,充滿咗含豐富蛋白質。有嚼勁、好煙韌得嚟一啲都唔韌 ,係一道非常啱大熱天時嘅開胃前菜。

⭐醬皇翡翠鴛鴦蚌 $228
經典嘅粵菜菜式,用上XO醬炒嘅醬皇翡翠鴛鴦蚌用上珊瑚蚌和桂花蚌,煮得恰到好處嘅鴛鴦蚌爽脆鮮甜,配上爽口嘅西芹、甜椒夠鑊氣得嚟夠健康

🍮桂花糕 + 牛奶奶凍
最後送嘅甜品,有桂花糕同牛奶奶凍,桂花糕有淡淡嘅花香得嚟又唔會太甜,清清地食落幾舒服。牛奶奶凍嘅牛奶味都幾出,雖然係送嘅甜品,但一啲都唔hea,抵讚!

屋企人生日,一班人,緊係食中菜啦,識食一定係食粵菜啦!最後決定黎神燈食!餐廳嘅裝潢以簡單中式酒樓風格為主,燈光柔和。枱與枱好近,座位比較逼夾,但氣氛係正,係溫馨既。好多家庭、一班朋友專登訂位過嚟食飯,感覺上好似返咗屋企食飯咁。我哋點咗幾道招牌菜。首先係黑松露玻璃燒鵝,燒鵝肉質鮮嫩,黑松露味濃郁,搭配得恰到好處。 最難影得吸引既招牌菜!一啲都唔係外貌協會跟住出場嘅係伊比利亞叉燒王同埋有米佬豬手。叉燒半肥瘦適中,豬手炸到脆卜卜,米炸成脆米粒,再加上少少辣椒,好惹味,好岩送酒。唔夠喉,叫左神燈小炒王,蜜汁脆燒鱔同埋豉椒炒蟶子王。小炒王有啲失色,鹹了點,太乾身。燒鱔食落又甜又脆,厚到成舊壽司咁🤤太正喇。最後叫咗佢哋嘅小壽包,令整個生日晚餐畫上完美句號。服務員態度親切,好樂意幫忙影相。對每道菜嘅介紹都好詳細,而且對於客人嘅需求都非常留意。餐廳嘅價錢算係中上,但以食物質素同整體體驗嚟講,絕對物有所值。
