終於有機會相約舊老闆一同嚐嚐,驚喜萬分🤤

⭕️脆皮蜜汁脆燒鱔 ($278)
以鮮嫩肥美白鱔作用料,以蜜汁燒至外脆內富油香,鱔皮炸至脆而香口,連平常不愛好鱔的我也讚不絕口,絕對是我吃過最好吃的鱔之做法了!

⭕️ 椒鹽烏賊裙邊 ($108)
香脆彈牙而又帶鮮味,炸衣非常薄脆,炸得恰到好處卜卜脆,烏賊裙邊卻十分彈牙,帶咸香而不膩,絕對是最佳下酒菜

⭕️ 伊比利亞叉燒皇 ($248)
吃起上來有一種入口即溶的感覺,叉燒肥瘦非常剛好,鬆化香口,必定是下了一番苦功!

⭕️ 即燒脆乳豬 (四份一隻$248/半隻$498)

不錯的菜式,做到乳豬需要有的條件,脆口而又不會太乾
