灣仔南洋酒店老雪園,午市只有兩枱客,一枱二人,一枱八人,是新冠疫情影響食肆的例證。八人枱上有酸辣湯、糖醋排骨、小籠包、生煎飽、上海粗炒、小雲吞、菜餃、鎮江肴肉、高力豆沙、酒釀丸子⋯⋯因為只有兩枱客,食物不像以往逐碟上,今次是一併接上,頓時成枱食物。老雪園本身是地道上海菜館,食物水準有所保證。上海粗炒很夠火候,色澤已見入味。酸辣湯跟中環蘇浙同郷會的不相伯仲,味蕾有相同感覺,反之小籠包不及蘇浙好吃,因為包皮較為厚身了。一碗小雲吞,內有約十粒,雲吞屬一口一粒,剛剛好,很入味。髙力豆沙有其水準,煙靭軟糯,反而小丸子味較淡。最後柯打由往時三點提前至兩點半,侍應操著不流利的廣東話問最後柯打,有點催趕,打擾了假日的悠閑。

老雪園本身是地道上海菜館,食物水準有所保證。上海粗炒很夠火候,色澤已見入味。酸辣湯跟中環蘇浙同郷會的不相伯仲,味蕾有相同感覺,反之小籠包不及蘇浙好吃,因為包皮較為厚身了。一碗小雲吞,內有約十粒,雲吞屬一口一粒,剛剛好,很入味。髙力豆沙有其水準,煙靭軟糯,反而小丸子味較淡。

最後柯打由往時三點提前至兩點半,侍應操著不流利的廣東話問最後柯打,有點催趕,打擾了假日的悠閑。

周末午餐,除了例行的飲茶外,其實也不妨試試上海菜式。老雪園,上海食店,環境清靜,每枱座位安排有空間感,設有卡位,食客應該會坐得舒服的。除卻一般上海粗炒、酸辣湯之類外,也可試吓鱔餬兩麵黃、小籠包、生煎鍋貼、唐心燻蛋、火腿津白、嫩雞煨麵、高力豆沙⋯⋯嗜好清淡,喜歡嫩雞煨麵。一碗碎菜雞肉粒配麵條,麵質不太腍,麵湯也很清,配料份量適中。曾試過一些過火的麵條,杰撻撻的,似足漿糊,難以入口。鱔糊兩麵黃,亳不吝嗇,不會只得幾條鱔肉,麵炸得脆口。高力豆沙很軟身,咬開口,仍是熱辣的。這裡地點適中,交通方便,但價錢會略價,或者可以作為偶爾的聚腳地。

上海粗炒是非常傳統的菜色,但相對現在追求健康飲食的少油煮法來說,可能便有點太油了。

鎮江肴肉是層次分明的上品,絕無欺場。

上星期到老雪園食飯,老上海式的裝修,讓人有時光倒流的感覺。預早訂了一大煲火瞳翅,比手掌還大的翅,加上超濃味的金華火腿和肥雞,材料十足,非常滋味。還品嚐了名氣響當當的生煎包,肉汁香口好豐富。另外小籠包,湯汁飽滿,非常欣賞。加上煙燻鵝肝,這是冷盤,我個人還是喜愛西式的煎鵝肝多一點,但友人卻喜歡。最後吃了好好味的豆沙鍋餅,熱辣辣,不太甜,吃完還想再吃啊!這天感到大滿足!唯一是服務員過於殷勤招待,想和朋友聊天得暢快一點都常被打斷,這點可以略為改善。😂

可能六點訂枱人不多關係,服務質素相當好!沒有催走!仲話可以慢慢坐原來這間是過去在北角的雪園,故食物質素也像當年一樣的好!可以再食再試上菜很有次序,又吾趕,食物夠熱樟茶鴨得,吾肥,夠乾身魚頭拆肉粉皮得,很有上海風味!魚頭拆肉食得相當方便,是侍應推介得,相當好味生煎包好味,一出爐就食。肉汁鮮味海蜇頭也很爽口,值得再試津白很清甜,用肉來帶出甜味,比起用火腿煮更理想糖醋魚也很有水準,雖然不算十分乾身,但味道合宜,前菜也很理想
