调味非常精致,加了很多种调料如橄榄油,日本酱油,意大利醋,盐粒和一些好像是柠檬味的清新调料,在舌头上完美融合。yellowtail本身味道温和口感柔滑,很好地承接了这些味道。

只是我额外加的鱼子酱比较鸡肋,并未增色很多。

羊架肉質很嫩很香,但有點小,一口一枝骨。
後來同職傾計才知道原來這羊架是用60天的bb羊,所以是比較小,但肉質相對較嫩。

不能不提,這裏的薯蓉(隨主菜上的)超好吃,又香又滑😋
但我真的太飽了,所以只吃了兩口,浪費了😣

薯條賣相超可愛,全因廚師很有心思,為配合miniburger的比例,特別將薯仔手切成很幼的薯條🍟
miniburger大慨兩至三口就吃完,但勁juicy,配上鵝肝香到不得了🤤

還好朋友比我能吃,所以這個沒浪費😆

📝 Overall review:
— Le Caviar Imperial was definitely the highlight of the meal! No matter the presentation or taste, this dish really lived up to its hype. The lobster jelly was undeniably fresh and complemented the rich, saltiness of the caviar. Personally thought the flavours were very well balanced and a light way to start off the meal.


— Le Bœuf is also worth the mention. The chateaubriand was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. It also had a rich meaty flavour and went perfectly with the creamy foie gras. This dish is quite rich and dense, but the side salad port wine sauce are able to lighten it up slightly with its sweetness and acidity.


— The bread basket is also quite something. Size and presentation is extremely impressive, between the 3 of us, we had about 30 breads in total. The variety was also amazing, with the cheese coupé being my favourite.


— Seafood wise, the dishes were well executed but nothing too special. A favourite of mine was le Homard, as the lobster bisque was so flavourful. However, I thought the jumbo Hokkaido scallop dish was slightly overcooked.


— Dessert was slightly underwhelming. Minus the presentation, the dessert didn’t deliver much of a wow factor to me. The raspberry with lychee flavour combination was nice, but nothing too special. Really wished there were more contrasting textures to the dish and complex flavours.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: Overall a good meal but nothing that really blew me away for the price.
📍Ambiance: Good service, staff are polite but food took a bit too long to come out.
⭐️Would visit again?: Possibly! But definitely worth a try!

Cream puff: absolutely delicious, the cream was outstanding, how can be so delicious I don’t know. Perfect flavour inside the puff, the cream was in lack of perfect balance in taste and smooth. Wooow can’t stop to eat.
Le Mont Blanc: I eat many time in my life but the cream topping was amazing, perfect fusion cream and chestnut. Outstanding.
Le chocolate noisette: when use the high level chocolate to make amazing impossible mouse, wooow!! The chocolate mousse was perfect make (and it’s not easy) and I love the choice to left whole hazelnut in the middle is perfect touch.
Environment amazing and really friendly professional staff!! Well done will come again!!

Challans Duck 跳躍的香料和 citrus 融合散在碟上的胡椒之些微辛辣,但又如工筆細工,每一樣味道呈現出來,清晰無瑕。Confit turnip 只有蘿蔔之香卻沒有蘿蔔的草腥,整個菜式渾然天成。和頭盤 Imperial Caviar on King Crab 截然不同,Challans Duck 展現循規蹈矩,味之和諧,猶勝 Gaddi’s 去年12月 menu 裡那道有巧克力味,洋溢聖誕氣氛的 Magret de Canard de Challans à l’Orange。Chef Julien 天份之高,小妹真的拜服。這是三星主菜,東京 L’Osier 的級數。

The Apple on a Breton Shortbread —— 是 apple variations 散出的光譜。Vanilla panna cotta 淡麗,calvados sorbet 芳香,蘋果肉清甜,蘋果蓉濃烈深沉如酒。小妹對甜品特別 fussy,但都無法投訴了。Dom Perignon 此時此刻,滿滿 liquorice 甘味。

本來想點鵝肝的,但因為主菜中間選擇了有鵝肝的菜式,所以改選了這個龍蝦頭盤,侍應還細心地提醒這個頭盤是凍食的。
上枱的時候選用了一個金光燦爛的大碟,耀眼得我眼睛有點睜不開。
擺盆頗為特別,在碟子中間白色部份鋪上各種不同顏色的沙律菜,再用透明的玻璃碟反轉蓋着做裝飾;在上面放有三件龍蝦餃子,所以這碟頭盤看上去美輪美奐,但實際上能吃的就只有那三件龍蝦餃子。

我本來以為名字有ravioli就是龍蝦餃子,上菜後才知道原來是一場誤會,只是扮成意大利餃子的蕪菁設成薄片,分成底面兩份,中間夾着龍蝦肉。
龍蝦肉是美味的,煮得剛好不會過老,有龍蝦的香氣、鮮味及甜味,份量也頗多。
不過整個組合我覺得略為不足,原因是冷的龍蝦肉本來就比較清淡,只有自身淡淡的清甜鮮味,但再配上蕪菁味道就進一步沖淡了整體的味道,酸甜汁所能發揮的作用不大,欠缺着畫龍點睛的作用,有點歸於平庸。

由這一個湯品開始驚覺自己點錯了菜,因為之後的每個菜式都有栗子,變成一個栗子全餐。
上碟的時候碟底有很多五顏六色的碎粒,應該就是炸脆了的洋蔥粒、煙肉粒、蔥粒等等,侍應讓我拍照後緩緩的倒入熱湯,栗子的香氣慢慢滲入鼻腔,但倒入高湯之後賣相就完全失去了,怪不得要先讓我拍照。

味道方面,濃湯有點像蘑菇湯,但沒有菇菌類的香氣,反而是有少少栗子的香甜味,但總體來說味道並不突出,畫龍點睛之處是當嚼到洋蔥粒或火腿粒的時候會有一下香氣及鮮味,不過也是其缺點,因為當一旦吃到洋蔥或火腿粒,由於味道比較重,之後反而完全想不到栗子味了。

去年吃了其中一個招牌菜式:龍蝦意大利粉,今年就轉一轉,再回來吃一個前幾年一直吃的菜式,招牌鵪鶉。
今次這個鵪鶉配料像鵝肝,令我有所期待。
貫徹金色的主題,是另外一款金光燦爛的碟子。上枱後發現份量十足,有三塊鵪鶉的胸肉及一隻鵪鶉腿,另外配了這裏最出名的招牌薯蓉。
三塊鵪鶉的胸肉都在表皮的部份釀上厚厚的鵝肝,鵝肝與鵪鶉肉的比例大約是四六比,看到如此多的鵝肝馬上就心花怒放。
鵪鶉胸肉煎得非常嫩,其實有顏色也可見大約是medium, 粉粉嫩嫩的粉紅色就可以知道到底這個肉有多柔嫩,而且一切下去充滿肉汁,肉汁都鎖死在肉內,咀嚼下去鮮嫩多汁,真的非常美味。
當然,鵪鶉肉會比較瘦削,而彌補這個不足的當然是厚厚的鵝肝。鵝肝表皮煎得香脆,內裏仍然是非常柔軟,口感就像是溫熱的布甸一樣,軟滑肥潤的味道,直接滑入口口腔,幸福感滿滿。
由於三件胸肉配鵝肝未免會比較肥膩,所以最後來一隻鵪鶉腿來轉換一下口感,鵪鶉腿的皮煎得非常香脆,刀叉切下去的時候都發出清脆的聲音,肉質經過醃製後更為鮮味,腿肉比較結實,和胸肉所提供的口感不同,兩種口感互相對比,吃得人不亦悅乎。

當然每個主菜都少不免碳水化合物,這裏的當然就是招牌的薯蓉,薯蓉非常軟滑,不會見到任何的粒粒,牛油味道香濃,口感綿密而且差不多呈現拉絲的效果,我甚至懷疑有放芝士,非常鮮味。
我的朋友甚至吃得太滑享受,侍應看不下去之下再給他補了一碗。
這款主菜果然是這裏的經典,無論吃幾次都覺得非常美味,回味無窮。

好吧,我承認是我點餐失敗,點餐的時候只記得自己喜愛吃栗子,忘記了過量的話會物極必反這個道理,因此點了蒙布朗。
因此甜品上枱的時候我直接是呆了一呆,心想又是栗子!好吧,自己點的就要自己承擔,反正米已成炊就吃吧。
滿滿的栗子蓉,包裹着朱古力雪糕及朱古力餅做的內涵,頂上插有一片印有餐廳名字的朱古力片,另外加上兩條鋪滿金箔的香脆蛋白霜做裝飾點綴。
濃濃的榛子口味,充滿果仁香,加上朱古力也相得益彰,果蓉細緻柔滑,實在是不錯的。不過對於當時的我來說,大腦都尖叫着想要酸味!想要清新的口味去解膩,所以真是後悔的。

Didn’t order coffee/ tea last time coz wanna try out their hot choco🤣 One of the best hot choco I have ever had in hk! silky-smooth texture and subtle sweetness🍫 love its deep and chocolatey flavour! I can taste the bitterness of dark choco which I like it so much😂

本身好難book,咁啱朋友訂左枱去唔到,讓左個reservation俾我,食完無幾耐老佬就話要book夜晚試埋⋯餐廳紅紅黑黑,開頭覺得暗黑系左少少,waitress安排左我地兩個坐喺對住open kitchen/bar table既其中一張四人高枱,坐定左眼仔適應左光暗度之後又覺得個格局色調其實都幾型格。我地當日坐近出口嗰邊,如果大家需要多啲私隱,可以book位嗰時落request坐bar table再入啲既位置,不過揀位首選頭一兩次我覺得可以坐bar枱位,直接望住chef/staff預備dishes.我地食lunch嗰日fell into晚市禁堂食,所以個staff話有啲(我地target左既)main courses冇得試,但係就試左無諗過都幾好食既kinki, it surprised us. 另外我對佢啲dishes既presentation有好深印象,最鍾意有對手(好似奉上食物)嗰隻碟,未食先開懷🥰。價錢方面,lunch menu真心抵食,Michelin 3粒星$690/4 courses (不過要預早三個月前book位)。

Five course menu gives you an extra soup course. I opted for the dashi and I feel like it would have been better without it. For starters we got a poached egg with iberico ham and potato bits on top, and a crab dumpling dish made with thin radish slices. They were alright but I wasn't super impressed until the mains came out. 


Mains for the lunch set were THE BEEESSSTTTTT. Honestly I was slightly disappointed with the starters and especially the soup, but the mains blew me away.

The truffle raviolis were SOOOO GOOOOOD the flavours were so intense, so creamy. Ravioli was al dente and the sauce you see on the bottom? GOLD. I used the rest of the bread from the bread basket to soak up everything and if I didn't care about restaurant etiquette, I would have liked the plate clean. THAT GOOOOOOD.

The Chicken dish was nice too. You get thighs wrapped with foie gras in the middle, potato three ways and parmesan foam on the side. The chicken was so smooth and juicy, and definitely exceeded my expectations by A LOT.

For desserts I got a cheese board and an apple tartin. I would say no to the cheese, just cause I couldn't choose and there was nothing special about it at all. But the apple tartin DAMN swipe to see how many thin layers of apple they rolled up. Only after cutting into it did I see the detail in the tart. Petite four was also great, much better than the cheese board hahaha and we also had coffee too!
