然後就到餐前小菜,佢貌相好似日式燉蛋咁,但係佢係凍嘅,入邊有蟹肉,龍蝦汁等等唔同配料,非常好味。

至於頭盤,我就叫咗我嘅至愛Crispy Poached Egg,一隻留心蛋嘅外層部門揸得好趣嘅外皮,再加火腿同埋芝士,食過返尋味。至於老婆就叫咗龍蝦ravioli,特別嘅係個皮唔係用pasta,而係用白蘿蔔,配搭非常清新,非常適合做頭盤。

湯我哋就叫咗栗子湯,賣相真係一流,亦都充滿栗子味,將湯同碟底嘅配料一齊食,值得推介。

主菜我叫咗Black Cod,老婆就加$150叫咗龍蝦意粉。Black Cod真係冇得頂,條魚夠肥,廚師煎得啱啱好,再配上黑椒汁同埋椰汁泡沫,非常令人回味,鍾意食魚嘅你一定要試。至於龍蝦意粉亦都非常值得推介,龍蝦處理得非常好味,意粉軟硬度適中,配上龍蝦汁,而家講起都想食。

甜品我就叫咗Apple Tatin,呢個亦都非常值得推介,處理咗嘅蘋果切到好薄,好軟身,再配埋個蘋果白蘭地走說吧,一個好清新嘅甜品,一啲都唔Heavy👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 至於老婆叫嗰個Pistachio mousse with raspberries都OK,但係相比下就冇咁出色。

由於係慶祝老婆生日,所以訂枱嘅時候已經預留左佢嘅signature Chocolate with Hazelnut Cake($390+10%)。咁喺餐廳食當然要+1啊,但係呢個+1極度值得,蛋糕一上,連我都surprise埋,因為擺盤真係好靚,侍應仲要超好Service咁不停幫你影相,值得一讚。如果未嚟過呢度食嘅,建議可以嚟食吓lunch,因為會平過夜晚好多,但係食物質素一樣好。

想要慢慢品嚐精緻的法國美食,就想到了這一間。今天來到這裏品嚐了一頓豐富的Signature Menu,從開始的麵包的種類及製作方法,到每一道菜的用心製作,都可見廚師在做每道菜時都花了不少心思。看到米芝蓮三粒星都是總有些期待的,每一道菜都給你有一點點的記憶:魚子醬、蟹肉、麵包、牛肉、鵝肝、鵪鶉、龍蝦、魚件及各種不同的泡沫味道及肉質的鬆軟程度以至海鮮的鮮味等等都令人有一點點回味的感覺。雖然以三粒星來說,賣相的擺位精緻度及製作的複雜度,以至不同菜式之間的連繫及互動可能仍然有進步空間,但已到達了一個很高的水平,但總希望他們是最好(沒有之一)的吧,所以仍然對他們有很高的期待。總體來說,渡過了愉快美味丶色香味俱全的一頓法國盛宴。服務水平亦很高,坐在吧枱的位置總是有點不舒服吧,不過與裏面的服務員互動的方法也是一種style。

Haven’t been back for a while. Made a booking three months in advance and I can’t believe the deterioration in both quality and service. Seasoning was quite off for most of the dishes. Portion wise was generous. I am afraid the best was the bread basket only.

3. Le Caviar Imperial $450 - 非常有名嘅魚子醬, 原盒上. 提一提大家呢道菜係要喺大嘅A la Carte Menu先叫到. 之前食魚子醬我都係一匙起兩匙止, 因為通常食得多都會覺得好鹹同漏. 但呢個唔同,原盒真係一個人食得晒. 佢賣相同味道都一流, 唔會太鹹, 食得多唔會唔想食反而越食越開胃. 配埋麵包一齊食真係一絕👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
4. La Saint-Jacques (香煎帶子) $220 - 另一度道你會覺得幾好食但係唔會encore嘅一道菜. 帶子係煎得好嘅但係佢個汁同啲薑茸味道太重, 搶咗咁靚嘅帶子嘅味道. 一般
5. Le Black Cod (煎鱈魚配黑淑汁) $280 - 表面上比較簡單, 但用咗比較厚嘅鱈魚柳, 師傅少啲功力就會容易過熟或者唔熟. 今次呢份鱈魚絕對有驚喜, 可以煎到外脆內軟, 中間部分8成熟. 個黑椒汁都好香濃, 有香味但冇辣味, 襯到件咁靚嘅魚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
6. Le Caille (鵪鶉配鵝肝) $290 - 另一道signature菜式, 聽講係必食推介. 賣相幾好, 可惜我唔太鍾意. 因為鵪鶉腥味非常重, 掩蓋左鵝肝同配菜嘅味道. 可能係我唔識欣賞
7. L’Agneau (煎焗小羊架) $280- 我叫咗medium, 羊架煎得啱啱好, 每一件肉質都好鮮嫩, 完全冇氈味. 配菜嘅茄子茸都好特別👍🏻👍🏻
8. Le Burger (和牛漢堡) $320 - 可以話係今晚嘅VIP. 暫時未食過比哩個好食嘅burger. 中間牛肉非常之厚,超級juicy. 就算我地叫well done都唔會乾. 牛肉上面仲加左一塊鵝肝, 但一啲都唔油膩. 上下層麵包都好新鮮, 軟硬適中, 必食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
9. Cocktail x2 - 酸酸甜甜,好開胃👍🏻

以上嘢食基本上A la Carte Menu都會搵到, 但係價錢要double以上因為portion會大啲. 但如果兩個人食嘅話small portion已經足夠, 仲可以試多啲唔同嘅嘢. 總括嚟講呢餐比起其他fine dining平, 但質素係食到米芝蓮三星嘅質素, 非常值得推介!!

The bread was good altho I couldn’t finish all of them. We ordered 4 appetisers and 2 main dishes.
The first one was a cream layer covering chicken soup jelly with some crab meat and carrots, quite refreshing.
The flavour of their signature caviar was perfect, a layer of caviar covered lobster soup jelly and crab meat, sounds like the first starter but the taste was rich
Then we had a corn cream with duck foie gras, loved it! Creamy but not heavy
The last appetiser was a lobster roll, nice👍🏻
For the main dishes we had cod fish and lobster spaghetti. Actually I think the appetizers tasted better than the main dishes😛
The cod fish was good, but not surprising for the seasoning. Lobster spaghetti tasted good but a bit too greasy.
Then we had desserts, we picked a mont-blanc, mille feuille, berries tart and a coffee choux pastry. I do not recommend the mille feuille as it wasn’t crispy enough, the rest were good. The custard cream in coffee choux pastry was very rich, perfect for coffeeholic. The crust of berries tart was crunchy. The mont-blanc had a sorbet inside, pretty interesting.
Only the mocktail juice wasn’t freshly made, tasted like squash. Slightly disappointed.

價錢合理 都可以一試

總結整體係間唔錯嘅餐廳

另外仲有餐茶咖啡 呢度嘅咖啡全部都會配自家製焦糖醬 飲落真係有另外一種風味 值得一試 而且仲會附上幾件甜品 俾你送咖啡 全部都好的骰

呢間米知蓮三星餐廳真係好值得一試 如果手頭鬆啲嘅唔好錯過 雖然裝修唔係好華麗 但紅黑裝修幾有格調 食物質素好高 餐廳只係得8到10張枱 所以平時都好難book位 staff嘅服務態度好好 每上一碟菜都會好詳細咁解釋入邊嘅食材同埋食法

L’Atelier呢邊係坐Bar枱,開放式廚房設計,可以睇到廚師烹調過程之餘,座位都坐得好舒服。每張枱與枱之間都有一塊板隔住,有私隱度。員工相當好客有禮貌,服務真係非常好,每道菜式都解釋得非常清楚。好多細節位都留意到,相當細心。另外,佢哋每道菜式與菜式之間均會換一次全部餐具,避免上道菜式嘅醬汁影響下一道菜式嘅味道,好專業。

呢度真係非常值得去,為我呢晚嘅舌尖帶嚟一場相當豐富嘅盛宴,未來一定會再嚟試埋其他菜式|'ᴗ')

Michelin 3 stars I was so looking forward to this meal as I have made this reservation 3 months ahead, and it did not disappoint! is been awhile since my last visit, I remember I love their bread so much, so I was thrilled to see the bread basket again, soooo good! We ate almost all the bread from the basket.. so full 😂What we ordered for the 3 courses lunch set : $590 each (include coffee/tea) - lobster cannelloni - lobster spaghetti + $150- poached figs with almond blanc manager and refreshing

I was so looking forward to this meal as I have made this reservation 3 months ahead, and it did not disappoint!
is been awhile since my last visit, I remember I love their bread so much, so I was thrilled to see the bread basket again, soooo good! We ate almost all the bread from the basket.. so full 😂

What we ordered for the 3 courses lunch set : $590 each (include coffee/tea)

- lobster cannelloni
- lobster spaghetti + $150
- poached figs with almond blanc manager and refreshing ginger sorbet

- duck foie gras cream with fine chicken jelly
- roasted ibericco pork
- pistachio mousse with raspberries, raspberry sorbet

I think everything was delicious, totally worth the name of Michelin 3 stars, and in terms of the price I think is a really good value fine dining experience.
Lobster spaghetti was cooked perfectly whilst the pork was really impressive, love the Parmesan purée, the foie gra cream chicken jelly was amazing too…
It was a really satisfying and delightful meal, no wonder there is still a hype over so many years.

係一個好法式嘅做法仲要係熱辣辣上嘅 我建議🫕你如果食呢個嘅話呢真係頭都唔好食太多嘢如果唔係會好heavy 甜品我已經食唔到芝士啦因為真係幾飽我就嗌咗個當造嘅時令日本 栗子撻配上 栗子薯蓉 雲呢拿雪糕仲有爆炸糖

係咪感覺好特別呢 最後梗係唔少得法式嘅petit four🎂🍮 咦但係點解得三舊嘅 冇咗個 我最鍾意食嘅法式小蛋糕 我揀咗黑加侖子茶🍵消限制咁都幾好飲 會成日見到好多名人呀明星咁樣建議 dress code is well dressed🧂🍬 下次我要嚟試下佢晚上嘅taste menu啦
