期待咗呢餐好耐,三個月前已經要訂位,仲要非常快手,因為過咗1分鐘都會訂唔到。可以從三個途徑定位,網上,打電話, send email,每日準時9am開始,我個email係9:01am ,已經跌落waitlist🤦🏻♂️ 好彩最尾有人cancel,我先有得補上✌🏻高級餐廳係窩心嘅,兩日前會打你Re-confirm Booking,會問你有冇乜嘢節日慶祝,需唔需要訂蛋糕,佢有啲乜嘢signature蛋糕等等。今日我哋食set lunch,佢有$590(頭盤/湯,主菜,甜品加咖啡) , $690(頭盤,湯,主菜,甜品加咖啡) ,$890(頭盤,湯,主菜x2,甜品加咖啡)。我哋叫咗$690。師兄首先會為你奉上麵包,呢度嘅麵包都好出名,佢有一大盆俾你,到最後食唔晒,自然會問你使唔使包起拎返屋企。然後就到餐前小菜,佢貌相好似日式燉蛋咁,但係佢係凍嘅,入邊有蟹肉,龍蝦汁等等唔同配料,非常好味。至於頭盤,我就叫咗我嘅至愛Crispy Poached Egg,一隻留心蛋嘅外層部門揸得好趣嘅外皮,再加火腿同埋芝士,食過返尋味。至於老婆就叫咗龍蝦ravioli,特別嘅係個皮唔係用pasta,而係用白蘿蔔,配

湯我哋就叫咗栗子湯,賣相真係一流,亦都充滿栗子味,將湯同碟底嘅配料一齊食,值得推介。
主菜我叫咗Black Cod,老婆就加$150叫咗龍蝦意粉。Black Cod真係冇得頂,條魚夠肥,廚師煎得啱啱好,再配上黑椒汁同埋椰汁泡沫,非常令人回味,鍾意食魚嘅你一定要試。至於龍蝦意粉亦都非常值得推介,龍蝦處理得非常好味,意粉軟硬度適中,配上龍蝦汁,而家講起都想食。
甜品我就叫咗Apple Tatin,呢個亦都非常值得推介,處理咗嘅蘋果切到好薄,好軟身,再配埋個蘋果白蘭地走說吧,一個好清新嘅甜品,一啲都唔Heavy👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 至於老婆叫嗰個Pistachio mousse with raspberries都OK,但係相比下就冇咁出色。
由於係慶祝老婆生日,所以訂枱嘅時候已經預留左佢嘅signature Chocolate with Hazelnut Cake($390+10%)。咁喺餐廳食當然要+1啊,但係呢個+1極度值得,蛋糕一上,連我都surprise埋,因為擺盤真係好靚,侍應仲要超好Service咁不停幫你影相,值得一讚。如果未嚟過呢度食嘅,建議可以嚟食吓lunch,因為會平過夜晚好多,但係食物質素一樣好。
