第一次甘樣食爐魚。 將原條爐魚上面鋪滿海鹽 成條焗 , 出面嗰層鹽當然唔食得 可以整開佢食魚入面既肉。 爐魚吸收到海鹽 聞落去已有好香既海鮮咸味, 另外 雖然 成條魚連埋鹽焗, 但魚既肉質完全冇變硬, 爐魚肉煙韌得黎充滿魚肉汁。火喉恰到好處 再加上用香茅同檸檬汁吊味 食落去好滿意同好滿足

It's Thursday so me and my boyfriend went to have a drink. There were a lot to choose at the bar street so we just randomly chose one. We stopped in front of the lava bar because I was attracted by the atmosphere. The inside was cozy and quite, it is certainly a great place to chat and have a drink. It's Thursday so me and my boyfriend went to have a drink. There were a lot to choose at the bar street so we just randomly chose one. We stopped in front of the lava bar because I was attracted by the atmosphere. The inside was cozy and quite, it is certainly a great place to chat and have a drink.

My boyfriend got a bottle of craft beer - Oregon, it had a stronger wheat flavour compare to the others and bitterer than the others. I got a glass of fruit punch since I still have a headache, it was fruity and sweet.

Chorizo sausage:
When we order the sausage, the staff reminded us that these sausage will be a bit salty and when I tasted them, they were ok. They were actually the kind of flavour that I like, my boyfriend said they were perfect with the beer. The salami was in thin cut and tasted quite good on its own because I normally eat it with pizza. The texture of the thicker sausage was soft and meaty, they were the salty one but for me, the flavour was good. I like how the sausages were crispy on the edges and soft in the inside.

Lobster linguine:
The linguine was presented nicely on the plate with half of the lobster on top. The lobster was tasty, it was very easy to take out from the shell. The lobster was seasoned perfectly and soft to chew. The linguine was stretchy and cooked perfectly, it wasn't too soft or too hard to chew. I like the flavour very much.

Crispy pork crackling:
The pork came last because it needed a bit of time to cook. The pork was mouthwatering. The skin was so crispy, I don't know how they did it! The pork was so tender and soft to eat. They were seasoned perfectly! The vegetables were tasty as well, they were fresh and soft. I really like this pork cracklings! It would taste perfect with beer! I will definitely try this again!

今天放假,約了友人看戲及逛街,來到太子看見這餐廳,裝修蠻有情調的,最緊要環境優靜,可以舒服地聊天。Fruit Punch ($55)在炎熱的天氣下與友人逛完街,先點了飲品解渴再慢慢選main course. 到尾聲了!來一個分子甜品!honey sponge cake +strawberries+rasberries+blueberries+Meringue+vanilla gelato!十分精美,觀賞性很高。雪糕很滑,雲呢嗱味濃而不膩。sponge cake口感有彈性,偏甜。與稍酸的berries再加雪糕混合在一起吃,味道頗有層次。

必試的Lava BAO,包的外皮是自家製,很有特色。慢煮牛腩加上脆脆的腐皮,配合酸甜的洋蔥,少辣的牛腩汁由包裏流出,很好的配搭。感覺新奇,有驚喜。令人回味!我本來是不吃洋蔥的,但整個包配合得好好,我也忍不住連洋蔥一併呑下。

Creme很滑,看見有一粒一粒的雲呢拿籽,Creme上有一層脆塊焦糖。

甜品向來對我來講是很重要,因為好味既甜品,代表一餐飯完美既結束!這個creme brulee也有水準。

整體來說,食物都好有水準。好滿足!看得出廚師既用心及誠意。可以係太子都食到咁有水準既食物,的確難得!下次一定會再黎
