天氣開始有點熱,朋友話想去燒嘢食,但是熱辣辣真不想對着火爐燒烤,於是我就提議來到太子這間燒烤店食串燒,不用自己燒,燒好的串燒就擺在眼前可以享用啦!烤金菇肥牛、烤牛舌、燒菠蘿、燒韮菜,這些食物的燒烤火候要控制得剛剛好,醬汁非常惹味。烤香草羊架,沒有羊騷味,也燒得剛好,肉還是嫩嫩的,配香草很匹配。燒大魷筒,是我和朋友的最愛,魷魚軟稔,不會燒得過了火,亦灑上了芝麻。明太子雞翼,好似每次食燒烤都必定會有雞翼,但是自己外面燒的又點會有明太子雞翼呢?明太子釀在雞翼內,口感豐富。櫻花蝦餅,外表炸得金黃鬆脆,裏面是手打的蝦滑,外脆內爽口,滲出淡淡櫻花蝦味。還有金銀絲扇貝、蒜蓉澳洲茄子,蒜蓉粉絲圍在扇貝上,濃郁的蒜蓉香味是女子們的最愛,再來原條茄子燒烤,同樣是美味的蒜蓉香味,飲一杯Mojito,清爽的薄荷和青檸簡直與串燒是最佳組合,冰涼又爽快!

今晚我和朋友在太子聚舊。那區附近,近年開了很多以小食及啤酒做"賣點"的酒吧。男生們有陣時會選擇有格調的酒吧談近況。我們點了燒芝士漢堡排,明太子雞翼,孜然烤雞皮,特大蒲燒蔓魚,特大虎蝦及Cranberry 果汁。漢堡排,賣相幾好。熱辣辣的。食起來漢堡排軟腍腍,好香牛堡味道,裡面流心芝士還是䁔䁔的。雞皮,食起來不太油膩,孜然粉味濃。虎蝦,夠"大隻",賣相好好。食起來有鮮蝦味道及爽脆。雞翼,夠熱。半截被油泡的雞翼連尖,咸料是混合了蝦子及豬肉;賣相一流。食起來脆卜卜,又軟腍腍。用來送酒吃,應該更加好。燒蔓魚,好"大塊",又夠厚。賣相好好。食起來好香甜照燒汁味及好鮮蔓魚味。Cranberry 果汁,飲落好香甜的鮮酸紅莓的味道,冰塊適中。餐廳環境氣氛好適合朋友聚舊,侍應服務態度友善,送餐上枱時間夠快。結帳價錢也不太貴。

餐牌方面,用marker直接寫上膠牌即可,方便又環保。好欣賞呢個做法👍🏻
