前年5月中的時候攜同朋友來過此分店吃晚飯過後,便對其質素念念不忘,因而是日又攜同朋友再次光顧。餐廳是由法國廚師開業營運的,於香港和澳門共擁有五間分店。入內可率先看見其誘人的甜品、曲奇櫃,而內部裝潢則從牆壁、以至椅子、植物、碟子等裝飾均用上紅色作為主要元素,再配襯以潔白波浪紋設計的天花板,整體是甚有格調。煙燻三文魚配刁草三文治雖然三文魚口感是柔軟即化,但味道卻有少許變質的腥臭氣味,著實是不夠新鮮,而底層的麵包則是香脆正常。香煎鴨肝配焦糖蘋果給無花果醬香煎鴨肝份量細小,與其價格甚不相符。入口雖然即化,但卻沒有細嫩綿密的應有口感,而味道上雖有鴨肝原來的獨特氣味,但亦同時夾雜著一股怪味。芝士火腿黑松露通心粉通心粉亦是有所退步,雖然其芝士可以達到拉絲效果,但品嚐時卻有一股咸臭氣味,而且通心粉也是製作得過於軟腍。香烤肉眼牛扒配馬鈴薯蓉肉眼牛扒表面灑上大量黑椒點綴,令賣相甚為吸引,但與上次比較則亦是退步許多。雖然黑椒汁製作濃郁,牛扒亦有煙韌口感,但卻是毫無牛味香氣。馬鈴薯蓉相較以往也是欠缺了香濃牛油氣味。新鮮焗製瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕貝殼蛋糕是整頓飯中比較滿意的,外層香酥爽脆,內裏鬆軟綿密,但仍然略為遜色,

It was a weekday during my annual leave and I went for afternoon tea alone. The afternoon tea for 1 person usually is much more expensive compared to 2 person set(almost $50 more expensive per head). However, here the price is only costs only an extra $9 per head so I decided to come here. I really love their rose strawberry jam here. It was fragrant without being artificial. The croissant despite being mini size still maintained a flaky consistency. The scones were just a tad cooler than I hope

The tomato gazpacho was definitely my favorite. The gazpacho and its flavors burst and filled your mouth with the tomatoes' tarty and refreshing flavors. Who would have thought such a small piece would have such a punch?

主角麵包餐有幾款材料可以自由配搭當日就揀了(牛舌),一上枱變被它的賣相吸引着,身旁還有一些香脆的炸薯條,吃在口中一點油膩感都沒有,面層還加入(黑松露醬和芝士),多了一叢層次,沾上茄汁與否也好吃,至於包身鬆軟夾上一片又一片切蛋和滿滿薄牛舌,醬汁隱藏於牛舌底下,所以視覺上是驟眼看不到,食材加上醤汁都配合得宜~

順手拈來的早餐, 就是Joel Robuchon的牛角包和煙肉脆條, 雖然説L’Atelier的澎湃麵包籃不但免費, 而且無限Refill, 要單獨購買好像有點兒那個, 但我相信Le Salon的麵包應該不會比前者做得差, 否則就會拆掉自己以烘焙類為主打的招牌, 結果當然有點失望, 與期望也有些落差.先說牛角包, 牛油酥香是有的, 外表口感也香脆, 只是外皮一咬就散開, 脆之中不夠挺身, 內裡一咬就塌下來, 不太見到層層的”蜂巢”, 只是被扁平了的一塊. L’Atelier的牛角包是Mini Sized的, 口感比這裡更好, 酥香味道更集中, 就是其巧手之處. 至於煙肉脆條的煙肉, 油香和焦香度ok, 口感乾脆但不會吃起來成口粉. 可惜的是脆條上的麵粉太多, 有點擢喉. 總括而言就是有點落筆打三更, 和L’Atelier的水準穩定有落差呢!

先說牛角包, 牛油酥香是有的, 外表口感也香脆, 只是外皮一咬就散開, 脆之中不夠挺身, 內裡一咬就塌下來, 不太見到層層的”蜂巢”, 只是被扁平了的一塊. L’Atelier的牛角包是Mini Sized的, 口感比這裡更好, 酥香味道更集中, 就是其巧手之處. 至於煙肉脆條的煙肉, 油香和焦香度ok, 口感乾脆但不會吃起來成口粉. 可惜的是脆條上的麵粉太多, 有點擢喉. 總括而言就是有點落筆打三更, 和L’Atelier的水準穩定有落差呢!

Great place for cakes in a big shopping mall. Quiet and situated near to the entrance of W hotel. Cakes are so pretty and taste wonderful. Walked past and decided to have some cakes to celebrate my friend’s birthday!Ordered a Yuzu mousse cake and a cherry chocolate cake. Both looked amazingly good. Taste wise Yuzu is refreshing and lighter in taste. Cheery chocolate cake is very good with cherry paste as base layered with chocolate mousse and cover with red gelatin. Both cakes are not too sweet

Ordered a Yuzu mousse cake and a cherry chocolate cake. Both looked amazingly good. Taste wise Yuzu is refreshing and lighter in taste. Coffee is average but the price of coffee is even more expensive than the cake which seems overvalued.

Will certainly revisit.

Easter假期前夕係Elements行到晚上七點幾揾晚餐食,見呢間餐廳3個courses既dinner收$388加一就去試下,點知中伏。一坐低服務員話重有5分鐘last order,一心以為防疫措施放寛下食肆收10點,自然反應講左句“咁早“,跟手問太太宜家幾點,服務員搶答“係呀,而家係7:55分”。上open rice望望,原來佢晚上9點收舖,但都吾駛咁冇禮貌吖。因為吾知其他餐廳係咪一樣收咁早,費事揾過另一間,嗱嗱臨落左order。頭盤叫左龍蝦沙律同牛油果沙律,味道ok但份量略嫌少。主菜香煎鲷魚,個portion真係好少,兩小塊鲷魚重要薄到好似紙咁。另一個主菜係蕃茄蜆肉意粉,味道普通,啲蜆重有沙添。最後上既甜品係朱古力mousse,成個晚餐得呢個係水準之作。食到8:40分,未叫埋單,服務員已急不及待遞上賬單,真係咁趕收工。成餐飯食到趕喉趕命,食物質素又吾係好,真係吾會再幫襯。
