🔹Seabass Tagine $245 這是一個小尖塔形狀的熱鍋,北非菜特式。鍋裡有很大和厚身雪白的海鱸魚塊,質感滑嫩。鍋底內墊上了薯仔才將魚肉放上還放上兩片有小香豆的檸檬片。煮法很新鮮,味道、器具都充滿異國味道,很像身在中東一般😀😀😀

🔹Moroccan seafood paella $210 摩洛哥海鮮飯 ,都幾多海鮮🦐🦑🐚🐟飯是瘦長的,不知道是否有摩洛哥的味道,因為還沒到過摩洛哥,哈哈!整體不錯,海鮮汁都撈在飯中😋😋😋

We were going to a Lebanese nearby but it was full so we settled for Le Souk which has some Michelin poster on it thus we went in. 這間位於中環蘇豪區的Le Souk,主要是北非及中東菜的餐廳,香港都比較少見,而且連續7年成為米之蓮推薦的餐廳,所以同老公去見識一下。Arabic salad以番茄、紅黃椒、青瓜、洋葱等材料,配以黑椒及檸檬汁等醬料,味道清新簡單,但略欠特色。Egyptian mezze platter小食拼盤包括鷹嘴豆泥、babaganoush以茄泥、酸奶、蒜泥、檸檬汁、芝麻醬製成的前菜;茄子洋蔥醬共三款醬汁可以搽在烤餅上,本身烤餅都帶點甜香,質感鬆軟,同幾款醬汁都幾夾。羊肉餅完全唔騷,反而有香濃秬料味道,帶點微辣,十分惹味;摩洛哥脆條有點似芝士春卷,香脆有芝士奶香;炸豆丸子比較乾,不是我杯茶;最後唔少得鹹香開胃的菲達芝乳酪。Seabass Tagine with merges sausage海鱸配甜紅椒醬配及特製醬汁,味道帶番茄甜香,鱸魚表皮煎至香脆,但魚肉雪白又嫩滑,加上醬汁帶香料味道,不會搶走魚肉味道,反而為魚肉增添不少色彩。烤腸有點似風干腸的質感,味道都是較咸。Le Souk special清新薄荷及青檸香檳。The Sheikh是菠蘿汁較濃味。

After going there myself, I understand why. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and the drinks were good as well (though my girlfriend is very picky about her sangria and thought the sangria just tasted like juice). I thought it tasted fine though! And they didn't skimp on the alcohol.

We loved the hummus in particular. And ordering the Egyptian Platter was a great choice because it allowed us to sample many different dips and dishes (we ordered an extra hummus because we liked it so much). I don't normally like lamb but I liked the lamb here. The restaurant had lots of vegetarian friendly dishes as well which was perfect for my vegetarian girlfriend

Our only complaint is that the table is quite small for 2 people. We ordered a lot of food and there wasn't much space left on the table. Lot of times we nearly spilled everything on the floor, and I dropped my utensils twice



We are already looking forward to coming back!

 Tagine 的味道不是太岩我,汁是有點酸,似係酸梅哥隻酸味。但雞肉不錯,不會柴。汁都算幾餸飯。
飯都係細細粒似小米的飯。我就覺得食落無平時香港食開既泰國米香。

可以成為米芝蓮連續7年推介既餐廳果然並不是一般餐廳可媲美。 餐廳既服務態度非常好,店員肯願意好耐心咁為我地推介每一道菜式,鋪頭既裝飾有一點似阿拉丁既主題幾有特色,不錯的晚餐體驗,值得一試!!
