今晚於紅磡食潮州菜,一坐低即送上免費的潮州三寶:鹹酸菜、菜脯、花生,餸啤酒一流。我們兩個人點了滷水鵝片、蒜蓉炒豆苗及韮菜豬紅。雖然是免費,不過潮州三寶味道不錯,特別是鹹酸菜,越吃越開胃。蒜蓉炒豆苗很大碟,炒得不太多油,難得。滷水鵝片有點肥,滷水的八角味很香,鵝肉入味。韮菜豬紅份量很足,特別是韮菜,比其他地方的韮菜豬紅明顯地多。

街市上面的熟食中心除咗環境差啲之外,其實都幾平靚正Yeah架,我就好鍾意呢間位於紅磡街市上面熟食中心嘅呢一間潮州打冷,今晚一個人黎,好毒,不過唔通一個人就唔出得街食飯咩?!叫咗個細嘅滷水拼盤再加個潮州白粥,才$90左右。一個人食飯最麻煩就係叫餸,因為兩碟又太多一碟又好似唔係好夠,所以叫滷水拼盤就最好,一碟餸有豬大腸、橙色墨魚、豬腩肉、滷水豆腐、生腸、豬耳仔同埋滷水蛋,我很喜歡。佢個滷水豆腐最正,好滑,其他的都ok,滷水汁都好味,又唔會太鹹,餸潮州粥就Perfect。

炸鮮蝦餅 第一眼睇仲以為係麥樂雞 食落個皮好脆之餘蝦肉好鮮香仲好彈牙
炸雞軟骨,都係用黎配啤酒飲既小食,味道帶點椒鹽味,香口惹味又脆口
蠔仔粥,放滿蔥花蠔仔肉碎,湯多過飯,近似食緊湯飯,有少少胡椒香味食落幾好食

呢間真係朋友帶先識路食 同埋好食!值得試下!

乾煎桶蠔及黑椒牛仔骨這兩道濃味菜,一塊剛剛好,只是連續數度濃味菜衝擊着我的味蕾很容易變得麻木。來過多次,個人覺得這裏的生炒骨炒得香口,清爽酸甜令人胃口大開,反而黑椒牛仔骨可以不試。

看似平平無奇的椒絲腐乳通菜,在座精於廚藝的「邊L個周生」提到炒菜需要有非一般的技巧,能炒得顏色翠綠,不過火而不偏黑,還依然保持口感脆不會過腍,這些技巧兩合so far都做到。

來過這裏多次,油鹽浸筍殼是出名的,但我不懂欣賞;東風螺反而沒有沙,有鮮甜清爽味道;滷味拼盤沒有死鹹,妙不可言!喜歡吃潮式打冷不容錯過。

大排檔,只要調整自己視覺,體驗地道風味,絕對是實過於名,是與老粗朋友暢飲一番,來過身心平衡的好地方,值得一試!

舊同事吹雞飯聚提議去紅磡一家食店叫兩合,很久沒有吃港式風味小炒,那就去試試。原來是在政府街市二樓的食店,很地道港式風味,有潮州美食,也有海鮮,似乎很不錯。很久沒有像這樣啤一啤了,坐下了立刻上一桶啤酒,老闆說今天有花竹蝦,那就先來一碟吧,再來一味潮式鵝片,再多叫一味薑葱鮑魚煲,付乳通菜。花竹蝦是海捕的,在外邊吃在我記憶中已很久以前的事,肉質比我想像中有不一樣,似乎size再要細一點會更爽口,鮑魚的肉質,跟我上次去三聖邨的也有些不一樣,這的沒有那麽爽口,還有最傳統的潮州鵝片,這個是在香港最容易吃得到的菜式,當然比較不容易有排位,鵝片份量還可以,但肉質偏向有口,喜歡這個口感的人相信是不錯的選擇,但普遍這些食店的口味比較偏向重味道,吃完當晚回家要喝兩大杯水。吃完口渴的話,我個人會很抗拒,返吃指數是50/50!

同朋友都感覺街市小炒夠鑊氣,所以今日同朋友揀了到红磡街市楼上食晚飯。餐廳都有很多捧場客。蒜蓉炒豆苗要了个蒜蓉炒豆苗,蒜蓉味很浓,炒得很香口。菠蘿生炒骨菠蘿生炒骨,酸酸甜甜很惹味,炒得不錯。椒鹽瀨尿蝦椒鹽瀨尿蝦,雖然椒鹽味只在壳外,但是瀨尿蝦都很新鮮。雖然環境不如酒樓,但是食得都好開心。

今晚2口子想食小炒,二話不說決定街市的兩合!對上一次已是半年前了,很懷念出色的老味兩個人就叫了一份小拼盤。各樣都唔會好咸,有淡淡的老水味道,最出色的是生腸,好爽口,豬頭肉亦不錯!仲有我必叫的椒鹽9肚魚!今次炸粉重手左d。勝在夠大份!

想試佢個椒鹽九肚魚同焗魚腸好耐喇, 撞啱朋友生日就去食, 我們一到就有座位了, 上菜都算係快, 但落單既叔叔就串左啲, 好似有少少脾氣, 唔好理了. 反正我來都係食野啫, 來得街市食都知道唔會咁高要求, 好了, 主菜到了, 椒鹽九肚個碟底有水, 啲魚濕左三分一, 一來好影響口感, 二來感覺唔係好衛生. 同叔叔講, 叔叔又叫佢老闆出來, 竟然話我地食左兩條唔肯換好彩我地未飲醉, 否則... 個魚腸正常, 講真未去到一個好高水準, 再食埋水炒王, 調味咸左啲.... 是晚好冇引座左一陣走左, 轉場出尖沙咀再食過, 以後都不會再去!

好耐都冇嚟紅磡街市食晚飯,好懷念街市的味道。夥計介紹老火湯,話冇味精,一於試吓飲落又真係冇味精喎,而且足料!滷水拼盤唔會過分鹹,霸王雞味道剛剛好!椒絲腐乳通菜,食到鑊氣夠!估下我食咗啲乜,自己食完都睇唔明!
