主菜係白松露美國蘆筍南瓜紫薯鮮豆包焗千層闊麵。平時食開既千層夾住肉碎同茄醬,而呢個千層麵好唔同,端上檯已經聞到松露既香味,鮮露筍既爽脆、南瓜既清甜,加上鮮豆包、栗子、紫薯,創造出美味的素食版本,不僅清新美味,而且更加健康。


為滿足樣樣都想試既姪仔,點左個悠蔬食小食拼盤 (有蛋) $178
小食拼盤有酥脆腐皮卷,泰式魚餅,沙嗲串燒,酥炸蒟蒻同吉列牛油果,5款炸物香口卻不濃烈,亦沒有油膩感,有驚喜之餘味道一流
。擺盤好吸引,可謂幾可亂真的「偽肉食」素菜。

甜品選擇(+$38)升級朱古力蜜糖吐司遇上香草雪糕,方塊焗得外脆內軟,微燶表面沾上蜜糖,加上朱古力醬,簡直係完美既配合,在濃郁香草雪糕洒上花生碎,為整道甜點增添了豐富既層次感。


我覺得素菜好食,除了食材好之外,少不了店員貼心既招呼,她們適時提點手卷先食,可以食到紫菜香脆口感,甜品端上來時,熱情地介紹有個雪糕球藏在方塊麵包底喔!謝謝她們創造左1個溫馨既用餐體驗給我們。
