今天下午要去奥運站中銀中心處理公事,天氣實在熱氣迫人,一想就是泰國芭堤雅,要在港感受泰國風情,可到奧海城二期的(Lemongrass)意會一下。全部蟹類50%off,今天想吃清新類食物,下次到訪再試。無骨海南雞飯$54,雞肉肉質幼嫩柔滑,有很重的香茅味,吃完精神一振。瑪沙曼咖哩牛腩飯$58,咖哩味不會過於濃烈,相信回到office工作時不會被察覺,唯牛腩量比較少,希望可以改善。蟹肉炒米粉$118, 蟹肉絲新鮮由肉蟹拆解, 肉質亦不會太(嚡身),與米粉共炒,米粉掛汁力特強,蟹汁也相當充足,令其吃起來香口濃郁。跟餐加$35有芒果糯米飯,有紫米飯同糯米飯,兩種飯口感軟糯度不一,形成強烈對比刺激味蕾。

今日來到奧海城行街,晚餐時候想吃泰國菜,看見這間<Lemongrass>檸檬草。裝修都好像不錯就看看有什麼好吃。看見放門口的餐牌都幾多選擇又精美,就決定進去開餐了。餐廳環境都幾開揚,感覺好舒服。就算多客人都不會覺得侷促。原來餐廳有優惠三寶,看見龍蝦咁平仲可以有三種煮法揀,即刻心心眼。另外還有半價大肉蟹和明爐燒魚都好抵。真係唔知揀邊個好。<泰式蟹肉炒粉絲>粉絲炒得不油膩,口感Q彈又夠味,仲有鮮甜嘅蟹肉,好味好味。<鹹蛋黃炒龍蝦配白飯>主角登場了。鹹蛋黃醬加了椰汁,有鹹蛋的鹹香外還帶點泰式風情,非常特別的一個醬汁。龍蝦仲要係爆多膏之餘啖啖肉,$98真係超值。<紅咖喱雞>非常惹味的咖喱,味道不算辣,醬汁香濃又惹味,淨係靠個汁都可以食幾碗白飯。雞肉夠瘦不會滿是肥膏但非常嫩滑,而且不吝嗇的有好多件下次來奧海城想食泰菜的話絕對可以encore

馬拉盞係一種幾常係泰國菜見到既調味料,通常都係拿來炒菜用~通常都係由蝦米、紅蔥頭、蒜頭、辣椒,依幾種材料製成,而店家既馬拉盞醬明顯無泰國/馬拉版既馬拉盞甘辣,但就比佢地香,加落脆嫰既椰菜苗到,令人食指大動!


最後,梗係唔少得就係來番杯野飲。而家叫指定野飲$68 任選兩杯~我地就叫左椰青同埋珍多冰!
