To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個間餐龐都真係到已經好耐,好記得以前讀中學已經係到食(唔可以暴露年齡),當年佢地既牛扒相當出色,份量超大份,食到我食滯咗~講返今日先,因為我好鍾意食佢地既肉醬千層麵,所以下午茶就舨左呢到食喇,我就叫左喇,路人甲就叫左個粟米白汁豬柳配黑椒汁飯,而飲品我地就叫左青蘋果綠茶同埋胚芽珍珠奶茶~我每次黎,間鋪都好滿座,但我就唔係好明點解老細唔整整張menu,係因為張menu真係殘到不得了,重要改左價錢,其實我食左咁耐,佢都改左幾次,但係都唔換,haha~路人甲等到有d唔耐煩,所以就想催佢,但係最後冇叫,因為我話焗野係耐d,之後終於等到,賣相都唔差啦,$50都未必俾個靚賣相你~食物味道冇變,千層麵仍然好多薯蓉,飯量仍然都係好多,不過路人甲就投訴珍珠奶茶冇咩珍珠(唔通要唱梁總理既蘇菲亞的波霸珍珠奶茶?!)呢到就扣左少少分喇~總結:味道係冇變既,但係時候要裝裝修,同埋建議真係換換memu,真係好殘,睇見唔係好開胃~備註:老細應該係80後既寶寶黎,餐廳係咁播住2000年後既歌,搞到我好似返返去個個年代,如果係後生去,應該會覺得好leung~

我每次黎,間鋪都好滿座,但我就唔係好明點解老細唔整整張menu,係因為張menu真係殘到不得了
,重要改左價錢,其實我食左咁耐,佢都改左幾次,但係都唔換,haha~


路人甲等到有d唔耐煩,所以就想催佢,但係最後冇叫,因為我話焗野係耐d,之後終於等到,賣相都唔差啦,$50都未必俾個靚賣相你~


食物味道冇變,千層麵仍然好多薯蓉
,飯量仍然都係好多,不過路人甲就投訴珍珠奶茶冇咩珍珠(唔通要唱梁總理既蘇菲亞的波霸珍珠奶茶?!)呢到就扣左少少分喇~


總結:味道係冇變既,但係時候要裝裝修,同埋建議真係換換memu,真係好殘,睇見唔係好開胃~

以前經常過來食嘅旺角意房菜,第五波疫情過後已好耐無嚟,今日久別重逢,略有驚喜。叫咗半打生蠔,4隻廣島蠔及2隻法國蠔,價錢係$115。原本只係想叫$100/5隻,但店方話加$15就有半打,所以就叫夠半打。廣島蠔依舊大隻,今日嘅蠔比以前少咗少許嘅creamy,但就增加咗少少嘅鮮。法國蠔每次嚟叫都無貨,今次第一次食,比較咸及濃味一啲。個人都係喜歡廣島蠔,易入口之餘,夠大隻夠飽肚。跟湯嘅蒜蓉包,比較乾身酥皮忌廉湯,即叫即焗,所以要稍等一陣。感覺個酥皮比以前香口咗,亦多咗份蛋黃香。先來鵝肝牛柳,首先個餐加咗$10,由以前嘅$99調升至$109,加大鵝肝方面由就調升至$29。味道方面,牛柳好似多咗賺香草味,而黑椒汁就重咗黑椒味。酥皮方面如酥皮湯係有所提升。雜扒就不過不失,正常發揮啦。以前過嚟食店面總係人頭湧湧,唔知是否太忙而導致質素有所下降。而今日過嚟食嘅時候係正常人流,終於可以感受返佢應有嘅質素。

約咗朋友食晚飯,就去咗旺角呢間意房菜食。坐到入去見到佢啲裝修蓉蓉爛爛咁,啲防疫隔板就咁用透明膠紙黐咗就算,好求其,連個餐牌都爛。環境昏暗,感覺唔太舒服。我哋叫咗千層麵、酥皮鵝肝牛柳薯菜,加咗酥皮湯,全部嘢都一般般。酥皮湯個酥皮係另外焗起,再放上個碗上面,真係第一次見,湯嘅味道就正常。千層麵都唔真係好食,啲面焗到太乾太硬,番茄味過重。鵝肝牛柳就一般啦,都食唔出咩特別嘅味道,但係都放得入口嘅。甜品送咗牛乳奶凍同朱古力奶凍,都係普通味道,冇咩特別。好在佢嘅價錢唔算貴,如果唔係就食到個心都痛埋。如果真係去呢間食,真係為咗平平哋食飽個肚,唔好有咩特別期待。

呢間餐廳已經幫襯左好耐,食物味道及賣相都OK,用咁平宜的價錢可以食到這樣質素的食物可算是超水準。唯一美中不足就是餐廳環境,枱櫈已經很殘舊,座位很窄,所以每次都係快快食完就走,可能都係餐廳唔裝修嘅原因,以免食客坐太耐🤣🤣 餐牌上的套餐,大約都是$45至$50之間,套餐內包括主餐,湯和飲品。飲品還要是特色飲品,每次都係點凍珍珠朱古力,平時飲一杯都要$30,總括來說,純粹醫肚不計較環境的話,是不錯的選擇😊

呢間餐廳已經幫襯左好耐,食物味道及賣相都OK,用咁平宜的價錢可以食到這樣質素的食物可算是超水準。唯一美中不足就是餐廳環境,枱櫈已經很殘舊,座位很窄,所以每次都係快快食完就走,可能都係餐廳唔裝修嘅原因,以免食客坐太耐🤣🤣 餐牌上的套餐,大約都是$45至$50之間,套餐內包括主餐,湯和飲品。飲品還要是特色飲品,每次都係點凍珍珠朱古力,平時飲一杯都要$30,總括來說,純粹醫肚不計較環境的話,是不錯的選擇😊
