很久之前品嚐過觀塘的“三小漁”,於社交媒體赫然發現上環“六如”前身原來便是“三小漁”,今晚一於和朋友去試試水準如何。🥢黑磚豆腐~豆腐用黑芝麻粉的脆漿包裹着,外脆內軟。鋪於面上的炸蒜粒令整體口感更突出,香脆可口。🥚煙燻溏心蛋半隻~溏心蛋以彎曲型的匙羹盛載着,充滿藝術感。這道菜一上枱已有濃郁的煙燻味,蛋亦成功做到晶瑩剔透的流心效果。🍴椒鹽六頭鮮鮑~鮑魚既新鮮又惹味,口感爽彈。🐔干煎鮮沙薑走地雞~走地雞夠鑊氣,沙薑味足卻不會搶去原本雞的鮮味。🦐宮保大蝦球~十分驚喜的一道菜!份量足之餘,蝦肉爽口彈牙。宮保醬香而不辣,味道適中。整道菜的擺盤亦是加分位:番茄切成一朵花的形狀,蘿蔔醃成粉紅色,切成花花模樣,可見廚師刀功之細膩。🫕桃膠燉手工千絲豆腐~又是另一考廚師刀功之作!千絲豆腐散開像花一樣,配搭桃膠,清甜之選。🍐陳皮話梅燉雪梨配紅棗糕~前者甜甜酸酸,十分滋潤。後者口感煙韌,甜而不膩。兩人不用$800便吃到如斯高質菜式,難怪餐館平日夜晚也座無虛席了!
