又是另一道賞心悅目的菜式。端上來的時候,老闆娘親自為我們灑上炸蒜和豬油渣,魚湯立即「吱吱」作響!魚湯呈奶白色,湯的鮮甜味道濃郁,配搭着大大隻又鮮甜的蜆、豆卜和彈牙無骨的魚肉,口感層次分明。湯內還有淮山和年糕,非常有嚼勁,讓口感層次更豐富。

椒鹽六頭鮮鮑的鮑魚口感彈牙,經過避風塘式的烹調方式,外層的蒜香味十分撩人。每一片鮑魚都吸附了濃郁的香氣,令人吃過不停,但又要用刀叉細緻品嚐!鮑魚不僅味道惹味,口感也令人驚豔,個人認為是最好吃的!

這一系列廣東Fusion菜,無論是從口感還是味道上,都展現了廚師對食材的用心與創意,我們都十分享受。

最後值得一讚的是這間餐廳的服務,我們甫一內進,服務員已第一時間為我們安排座位,再殷勤的在旁邊打點一切。讓我們覺得有賓至如歸的感覺。飽餐一頓後,我們詢問老闆娘在哪兒搭車,殷勤的老闆娘居然親自帶我們到樓下,穿過大街小巷,帶我們走去車站!此舉實在令我們非常難忘!

朋友帶路,第一次嚟呢度食飯。呢度係食新派中菜,裝修幾得意,枱頭放咗個用積木砌嘅招財貓對住你食飯。青芥豆金沙鮮魷皇純粹睇餸名唔明白青芥豆係乜嘢食材,原來就係平時食零食嗰啲硬身嘅芥辣豆,咁樣放入中菜都係第一次見😅 佢嘅鮮魷夠新鮮好軟身,金沙醬夠香但唔鹹,脆皮亦唔會太厚,幾好食。手作糖山冰鎮咕嚕肉擺盤幾靚,咕嚕肉嘅肉質夠幼嫩,但係個皮完全唔脆,甜酸味亦唔夠,麻麻地。桃膠燉手工千絲菊花豆腐千絲菊花豆腐嘅刀工真係唔錯,令到食落豆腐好有質感,糖水味道一般冇乜特別。整體嚟講環境唔錯,但係食物一般。

前幾日同朋友齊齊去左中環食飯,揀左呢度原因前身喺非常有人氣嘅「三小漁」~ 整晚食物除左擺得好靚,連味道都幾唔錯~⭐️先點了兩個湯。杏汁豬肺湯,杏汁味濃又清甜,豬肺又滑又彈牙,湯底清爽。烏雞湯就藥材味突出,材料夠多夠晒滋補🥢叫左個海鮮蟶子皇兩種蒸法。用黑蒜粉絲去蒸,黑蒜香味同蟶子皇都幾夾,有提鮮嘅感覺。而用青麻剁椒蒸,粉絲吸收剁椒嘅辛辣,入口比較辣,但估唔到鮮味刺激每個味蕾再點咗個青麻椒醬煎牛仔骨配燒菠蘿。牛仔骨算幾軟熟,青麻椒醬獨突香氣混埋牛肉味道幾好食,而旁邊嘅燒菠蘿嘅清甜味道就帶平衡肉類嘅油膩感。仲有六如潮香滷水鵝。滷水夠入味,肉質有彈性,味道OK主打最鍾意就係香茅烤椒煎焗生蠔。生蠔大隻夠鮮美,上枱時見到個煲咋咋聲~ 香茅香氣即時提升咗整道菜風味,好值得食前菜叫左煙燻糖心蛋。煙燻味同蛋黃味都夠~ 口感柔滑~ 而比較特別嘅係黑磚豆腐。豆腐真係外脆內嫩,令人有驚喜。仲有,手拍芥末青瓜。芥末味都幾突出!青瓜酸酸地夠晒入味,十分開胃最後,甜品叫左個士多啤梨芝士軟糕。呢個都係必點之選!超級好味,士多啤梨唔太酸,芝士味夠晒濃郁,入口軟滑~

中環精緻粵菜餐廳-六如。呢度前身係三小漁,裝修設計高級有格調,連食物擺盤都好有心思,色香味俱全下,價錢仲唔貴!👍🏻由前菜講起,竹炭黑磚脆豆腐出色,完全突顯咩叫外脆內軟,本身已經香口,加埋炸蒜不得了。煙燻糖心蛋口感軟綿,蛋黃味濃郁。燉湯材料有烏雞,桂圓等,飲落甜甜地好順口~主菜共有幾款,私房黑蒜蒸龍躉件係我一見到已經即刻話要點,本身好鐘意食龍躉,厚肉又得大骨,容易食,啖啖肉,黑蒜都炒到好香。咕嚕肉係朋友至愛,豬肉肥瘦均勻,甜酸醬味道適中,另外想講佢地用嘅菠蘿都好新鮮好味😋睇得佢挑選食材嘅時候真係有下功。金銀蛋泡菜苗係白菜仔,本身個湯汁都幾鮮味,加咗鹹蛋落去就多咗少少醎味,所以味道都幾有層次。套餐配嘅懷舊豬油砵仔飯,難得地食落去唔會好油膩,反而增加咗香嘅味道,怕油膩嘅我都唔覺得抗拒。最後甜品就有焦糖芝士軟糕同新彊棗茸糕,兩款各有特式~新彊棗茸糕較少食到,同埋一食就覺得係屋企人會鍾意嘅嘢,所以走時買咗一盒,$98,不過聽職員講,唔係成日有,係for新年推出嘅,而且都係手工制,所以有興趣可以先預訂!
