Appetiser was Pan Seared Tuna with chopped tomatoes, beetroot and corn. For lunch, I wouldn’t expect it to be fancy, instead, ingredients are really fresh and blends well with the salad. Feeling comfortable and appetising having this antipasti!

Pan Fried Blue Lobster : 第一,即係龍蝦連殻大過隻碟,根本沒有活動空間,細心度大打折扣,第二一啲味道都冇,配菜亦都同主菜完全不夾,第三肉身大新及尾部十分之硬但頭完全係生嘅,其實最好嘅做法係師傅同你拆殼、好似食鐵板燒咁淨肉煎、一來師傅容易掌握,二來上碟靚,仲忍唔住同侍應反映,佢同我講我哋預備緊買碟,我覺得一間好嘅餐廳未完成千祈唔好出比客.........

甜品普通到不得了

總括嚟講:雖然蟶子及頭盤好得,但係如果餐廳連主菜及甜品做不到,其實也不能算上好食

呢個價錢我相信大家有好多選擇........

朋友邀請,說值得一試, 所以滿心期待的去了。服務員的態度和技巧實在不敢恭維。舉例,洋餐廳學中餐廳收Sparkling Water錢, $20位 !但他們給的不是bottled water而是掛牆的水機!也沒有解釋清楚。先到的客人見主人家未到,就跟侍應說要一杯凍水。侍應說他們沒有「普通水」,只有still or sparkling。 但就沒有說是從一個掛牆試的XX水機打水,放進一個開口的水樽裡。美其名是all you can drink, 但其實他們把空樽拿去refilll, 送回來的那一瓶是不是我們桌原來的瓶子無法確定。這跟以手觸碰公共設施有什麼分別? 喝了大半晚上發現,中伏!他們的廚房半採開放式設計,透過玻璃可以看得清楚廚師的上半身。當天晚上,我就親眼看見兩位side by side站的人員,用手拉下口罩狀似在收拾桌面,他正旁邊的那位雖有帶口罩,但就用手(沒有手套)拿起甜品餅底在上面加忌廉。雖然那一份不是我的,但看見都噁心。哎,又中伏!難疫情反覆,多好吃我也不敢再去了。

Other Info. : 各位記得一定、必須要check單: 我們5位,帳單上也明明寫5 guests, 竟然收6位錢, 連上面收錯餐數之餘也照收6位水錢。!沒來過的人會以為他們是只有4-course或5 course set menu,因為介紹的服務員從頭到尾都只解釋這兩個menu怎點,但原來是單點都可以,那我們是怎發現的?因為有一位本來點了4 course menu的朋友見他們first course的Pasta好像不錯,想加一份。我們以為加了就變成5 course,原來不是,那份pasta以單點加簽入帳。

First Course嘗試了Busiate
Trapanesi with sicilian red prawn and carabinero, Busiate是西西里島北部特有的一種面,呈螺旋空心狀,搭配西班牙紅蝦。吃前將紅蝦頭裡滿滿的蝦汁擠出來,濃郁的蝦汁包裹著每一根面,紅蝦特有的味道充斥著整個味蕾。這道菜味道很喜歡,但對Busiate感覺一般,在我心中最好的紅蝦面還是da do的那一盤。

另外嘗試了Linguine 「mancini」 with blue lobster and fresh tarragon,Linguine搭配藍龍蝦和鮮龍蒿,這道倒是出乎我意料的好吃,少了紅蝦面里的一絲腥氣,tarragon的關係感覺整份面味道濃郁的同時也很refresh。

第二道嘗試了服務員推薦的fukuoka amadai with tomato water and garden green。 Amadai一面炸的香脆起皮,放在湯里,搭配一些綠色蔬菜。湯汁異常清爽可口,amadai雖然炸過也完全不覺得油膩,這道菜談不上驚艷,但味道舒服讓人歡喜。

另外一道是langoustine with taiyouran egg and morel. 作為主菜的langoustine,我第一次見這麼小的,一般主菜的langoustine長度都比手掌長,搭配半熟的太陽蛋和羊肚菌。

當晚甜品沒有提拉米蘇了,讓大家大失所望,選了apple tart和roasted pineapple with coconut sorbet。 兩道都分量不大,沒有過甜,也確實沒有出眾的點。

聽同事推薦呢度既義大利菜水準比較高,今日特意過來試下,海膽義大利飯好似好多人都會點,新鮮海膽加上cream味道就係海鮮的鮮甜加埋奶油,唔會覺得膩,飯的硬度適中,一齊食幾好味,鮮蝦意粉裡面既蝦彈牙鮮甜,意粉偏軟腍,加上醬汁味道唔錯,甜品叫咗提拉米蘇,偏甜。

食物味道真係唔錯,service 又好,食完dessert仲不斷請我地食野,有handmade brownie, almond biscuit and 自家製 Lemonade,非常滿足。


環境方面,燈光偏暗,夠曬情調,好岩兩個人浪漫一番,當日係慶祝生日,餐廳仲為我倆送了一張即影即有合照作紀念,非常細心🥰

我經常同朋友去食 Fine dinning, 從長樓梯行落來斜路見到一間意大利餐廳, 原來7-11入面就有間格調高貴地舖餐廳, 正門口入去有部紅色切麵機, 感覺好歐洲Feel. 舖頭入面氣氛好舒服, 個appetizer avocado & caviar 好好味,因為男友要揸車所以無飲酒, 下次搭車會飲酒, 因為我們不叫酒,但喺蘇文好專業咁講解, 下次一定會再去食,  推介甜品Tiramisu,除了男友外, Tiramisu喺我至愛.
