The Mixed Salads were just so-so.. However speaking of Cold Cuts & Cheese, the Burrata is really good - so creamy and milky!😍 I also like the Truffle Salami which I think is quite special😋 Salami and Cheese lovers would definitely enjoy all these!
We have upgraded the Brunch experience by adding HK$128 for the Spaghetti Chitarrino with Clams, Bottargo and Zucchini. The pasta is really chewy and springy however would be better if it’s less salty.
We like the desserts the most among all the items! 🍋Sorrento Lemon Cream Mousse - tangy sour sweetness with a frothy consistency😋 🍫Tiramisu is rich and creamy🤤
To me overall the Brunch is not bad, but I’d say it’s a bit over-priced for what they are offering, staff could be more attentive too.

We had Burrata on that day and this was the 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐀 I have ever tried!!!🤩 It was super milky and I love the texture so so so much!! I need to score one thousand for it 🤣🤣💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

I am not a fan of 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝🥗 but I love... the Squid salad got more squids🦑 than vegetables🤣🤣 That’s why I believed this was the best salad for me!😜

As mentioned, we 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥-𝘰𝘯 𝘏𝘬$128 (𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘩) for their pasta!!! I heard they were really delicious 😍😍


First we ordered 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼!! It was chewy and the clam flavour has absorbed to the spaghetti!!! It was awesome! 💯💯💯💯💯


Although we were so full.. we ordered the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲🍝. It was not as good as Chitarrino but the texture of it was still really really good☺️☺️☺️


For the dessert, 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 was truly great also!!! I will say better than the one I had in Pici🤩, with heavier coffee flavour and more creamy texture🥰🍰


𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 was up to standard, they were quite friendly but not so warm.


The only 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was the 𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 at LucAle.. My phone didn’t have any signal😭😭I was planning to take lots of instant photos and share to IG!!! I asked for their Wifi password but was advised that their Wifi only got poor signal and not recommend to use..🙁☹️

Overall, I will definitely visit LucAle again!! I heard they imposed a minimum spending for dinner Hk$500 per person. Hope they will adjust in the future to allow me having a casual meal or becoming my pasta canteen!!!🤩

很喜歡這個荔枝雪糕,荔枝味道濃郁但仍然滑,榛子醬加入淡忌廉打發,既有榛子醬濃郁的味道,又不會很膩,仍然感覺很輕盈。曲奇餅底反而比較失色,只是普通餅底沒什麼特別,也沒有吃完。

見到人介紹兩位主廚由Shangri-La Angelini同Conrad Nicholini出黎開,已經好想過黎試,但之前無book位嘗試walk in一路都唔成功。最後要預早大半個月先book到星期5食晚餐。餐廳風格比較casual,wine menu有好多意大利酒選擇,價錢亦都好親民,大部分4-5百蚊以下,2-3百蚊選擇都好多!前菜方面必點一定係個burrata,可以配parma ham或者番茄仔。份量無得選擇,一定要兩粒burrata,本來怕兩個人食會太飽,但因爲太creamy太滑,之後先發現原來一人食一粒都ok!另外叫左個紅菜頭salad,都好新鮮好好食。主菜試左同樣好多人力sell既Black Truffle Homemade Pasta,聞落超級香!

I dont mind if there's a min. spending but it would be appreciated if they could inform me in advance and tell us nicely even if we do not know. 

Staff were not helpful at all and with a blank face always - it's an issue as we do not feel comfortable from the moment we started ordering. 

It's overall a very disappointing dining experience ...

The rest of the dishes we had were ok but not impressive. The twisted pasta tasted quite bland but the texture was al dente👌🏻 Also I wasn’t a huge fan of their famous tiramisu, which mixes some crunchy, caramelized nuts in the masparpone- a surprise that I didn’t quite enjoy 😅

We finally managed to get a 6:30pm seating one day. We asked to be seated in the inner room as it seemed to be cozier. Big mistake. There was a group that was SO loud, the low ceiling made it worse. The table next to us actually requested to be moved, but we decided to suffer in silence. The food made up for it I suppose. They did a nice twist to the beef tartare, by adding crispy bits in. Made the dish lighter. Pasta was excellent as expected- done perfectly al dente. And creative - I’ve never tried a mixture of squid ink and normal spaghetti in one dish. Seafood used was very fresh. Could tell that the chef put a lot of emphasis on the quality of his creations.

We ordered the - inedible - beef tartare, sent it back, did not have it replaced and still had to pay the full price for a dish we barely touched. I understand times are hard, but do consider earning an honest living, like maybe serving decent food? Please visit if you think life is too good and would like to endure some bad service as a reality check. Else even plain yogurt with blueberries would make

The restaurant is tucked away (seriously) behind Potato Head in SYP, an area that I like going but didn't like the ramps and stairs. The decor was earthy and peaceful and the staff very attentive and pleasant.



The menu was a bring-to-the-table appetizer brunch along with choice of main (pastas mainly, and a few other options). The staff highly recommended their rib eye, which we ordered, as they said it was highly sought after from their dinner and they only included it in the brunch menu after high demand. I didn't find it spactacular (so, it was a steak) and from the photos, the tomahawk style steak that they served for dinner looked much more attractive than what they served for lunch. At an almost $300+ extra charge for the steak option, it was not worth the hype.




However, the appetizers were amazing. We had three small salad bowls of beetroot,  type of waldorf salad and a caesar, followed by a huge plate of iberico ham surrounding a buratta cheese, and another huge plate of cold cuts, some feta and tomatoes. The appetizer was the bomb!

As mentioned, we ordered the steak, which was a steak. The vongole pasta with a type of salty fish egg paste was super delicious.  We ordered one of the lemon creme and tiramisu. The lemon creme was beautiful.

Very nice Burrata “Deliziosa” from Lucale. Different from most dense burrata, this Deliziosa burrata is light creamy and have this vanilla taste. Match so with the sweet cherry tomato.

LucAle’s Shovel. This cold cut platter is amazingly appetising, my friends couldn’t even wait for me to take a photo of it. The chef was so nice in explaining each type of ham and salamis. There are total six variety and paired nicely with the pickled pearl onions. Felt so happy starting our night digging into this.

Cappelletti Di Bolognese Bianca, Crema Di Parmigiano D.O.P. 24 Mesi E Crumble Di Parmigiano 18 Mesi. Home made cappelletti with meat and ricotta filling. The simple carrot and celery made this not overly heavy. A homie little hat pasta dish.

Chitarrino Al Tartufo Nero, Crema Di Pecorino Di Pienza E Briciole Di Pane Alle Noci. This homemade Chitarra Style spaghetti with black truffle, Pienza Pecorino cheese and walnut crumbs. This spaghetti is so creamy and rich. Mouthful flavour from the cheese and walnut crumbles. It looks simple but the flavour is amazing. It is a bit rich, so better to share.

Happy feasting the 1kg of top quality steak. When you are with a group of great friends, of cause the best is to share. Fassona Rib Steak served with oven roasted potatoes and eggplants plus this not too creamy cream spinach.
