海蜇頭充滿濃濃嘅柚子醋香汁,再加上非常爽脆口感,作為頭盤一流👍🏻

估佢唔到係好似一個咕嚕肉/糖醋魚嘅做法,外面甜脆,入面魚肉嫩滑~

「🦁石獅黑麻糕(2件)」
見到好多人都點,所以我哋都叫~
造型得意,係迷你版嘅石獅子,啱晒打卡📸
至於味道方面,估唔到係比較新派~
麻香味淡啲反而奶香味重啲,質地比較滑溜~
另外值得一提,佢哋附送嘅胡桃有陣陣甜甜地嘅紅棗香~
作為餐前小食不錯👍🏻👍🏻

  今次介紹啓德Airside高级中菜廳,嵐月LUNA,餐廳裝修得瑰麗堂皇,坐得舒適。  點了西班牙黑豚叉燒,叉燒很淋身,小許燶邊,加上蜜糖,是天花板级好味道。  葱油脆皮三黄雞(半隻),雞肉嫩滑,雞皮整到很薄很脆還走了肥,一流頂。  加個菜,揀了薑母糖炆芥蘭,屬爽脆嗰隻,味道冇特別。  最後加個飯,皇帝蟹脆米泡飯,一大窩,可分伍飯碗,濃濃的魚湯,加上脆米,口感一流,推介。  甜品時間,石獅黑芝麻糕及红苺朱古力餅,影相打卡一流。
