之前行過已經想食㗎啦,所以今次一於捉番男朋友過嚟一齊試由於我地7點到就去到,時間尙早,所以人唔多不過愈坐愈多人,如果想傾計談心嘅,不妨早啲過去!食物種類都算多,有Burger、Pasta、Pizza,仲有扒据,真係花多眼亂!哈哈不過由於我地食完下午茶先嚟,所以今次都係以小食為主呢款係香煎鵝肝多士配無花果醬$148。鵝肝食落外脆內軟滑,一啖入口,油分慢慢滲出嚟,配埋多士同無花果一齊食,感覺清新得嚟亦無咁膩,唔錯之後呢款係香煎北海道帶子鮮果藜麥沙律$158。潮流興食超級食物,估唔到酒吧都追上潮流,整咗個藜麥沙律帶子燒得好靚,火喉啱啱好,外層脆脆地咁,唔錯之於藜麥沙律口感比較濕潤,入面仲食到啲青蘋果,成個菜都好健康,啱女仔食最後再一人一杯Margarita $78,一路食一路飲,再一路吹水正!如果日日都可以咁就好啦!

難得早收工,約左同事去Happy Hour,見M1 Bar & Restaurant 環境幾摩登同舒服就試下。叫左香蒜辣椒欖油煎虎蝦做小食,薄到有如紙一樣既香蒜炸到脆卜卜,經過欖油煎過既蝦,吸左欖油同香蒜既香,辣椒仔既辣,蝦又大隻,蝦肉又爽同彈牙。我自己將蝦肉連同蒜片放係法包上面一齊食,香脆法包吸左欖油更加香,有如小漢堡。吹完水見肚餓,索性食埋晚餐。西班牙黑毛豬比薩,濃郁芝士味撲鼻而來,新鮮火箭菜平衡左肥膩既感覺,黑毛豬果然正,肉富有彈性,而且好香又唔太咸,做到外脆內鬆又唔滯。最後個美國安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡配薯條,牛肉大到有如牛扒,而且肉汁多到一路食一路滴,好juicy,值得一讚係個包,用左日本竹炭,相對比較鬆化,加上烘到少少脆,係外脆內軟,承接晒牛肉滴出來啲汁,唔會浪費。間餐廳仲好貼體,食物慢慢送上來,方便大家吹水。

M1酒吧是在行頭間頗有名氣的酒吧,過往只有小量小食與各式各樣的酒精飲料供應,但在銅鑼灣的M1卻以酒吧餐廳為主題。店內樓底很高,感覺很舒適,餐廳內有塊黑板寫上每天所供應的生蠔和特色菜式。我們先點了4隻生蠔加兩款cocktail。用叉戟生蠔的裙邊可得知不算太新鮮,而cocktail上的菠蘿味道也怪怪的。後來點了道香煎鵝肝配無花果醬,香脆的風乾火腿片筆直地豎立在鵝肝上。多數餐廳都會以紅莓醬之類比較酸的汁醬平衡油膩的鵝肝,但M1就用了味道較淡的無花果襯托,不會搶過鵝肝的香味,再加上風乾火腿片大大提升整體味道後勁。主菜則點了雙層墨汁墨魚餅烤菠蘿漢堡。厚切薯條十分香脆,但漢堡的包除了墨黑色之外也沒甚麼特別,中間的扒也略微過乾,可能包被疊太高,每口都漏掉了餡料,未能享受整個漢堡的味道。其實餐廳定位是比較高級的路線,需要在食物菜式上再下苦功,個人比較推介香煎鵝肝,而其他並未能顯出其獨特性,希望日後能有所進步。

主菜則點了雙層墨汁墨魚餅烤菠蘿漢堡。厚切薯條十分香脆,但漢堡的包除了墨黑色之外也沒甚麼特別,中間的扒也略微過乾,可能包被疊太高,每口都漏掉了餡料,未能享受整個漢堡的味道。

其實餐廳定位是比較高級的路線,需要在食物菜式上再下苦功,個人比較推介香煎鵝肝,而其他並未能顯出其獨特性,希望日後能有所進步。

廚推是黃金粟米叉燒意大利飯。有驚喜,不是一般忌廉粟米味。一入口居然是咸蛋主導;粟米只是視覺擔當而已;豬肉每塊都掛著脂肪,怕肥放棄然而徧咸,幾乎拉底分數。後來不小心吃了一口脂肪,充滿油香帶甜,與過咸的瘦肉部分互補超棒!👍🏻

今次特意過來是早期看到秋生推介這兒的Carbonara~整體是水準之上。麵條個人來說可以再al dente一點;喜歡它不稠,吃起來不膩;淡淡的咸味和parmesan正合我意;


不管那個版本最正宗,個人試過最配合Carbonara 的是使用有炸過,帶咸香油甜的真•煙肉粒。
當晚吃下去的則沒有印象,火腿還是煙肉,看照片都聯想不起來🤔

12吋,份量足。
批底薄脆,正常水準。不錯吃但雜菇味比黑松露味濃,加tasbaco後層次有提升一點。但相對整體上比早幾天吃的pizza遜色。

服務態度: 我們的侍應生enjoy自己工作的地方,身為食客的我表示有被影響到!bar restaurant 氣氛輕鬆,侍應與客人互動較多(9點後有live band全院滿座不能相提並論)。

漢堡包很特別~黑色大家應該都想到是墨魚汁這是用墨魚汁做成的包身!份量很大件肉就一件~ 因為菜反而很彈口~整件咬落去很爽口的感覺~薯角十分好食~剛剛炸好就送上來~特別可口!份量合適~熱氣東西不用多...否則會很油腸仔拼盤,主要以白腸為主,每種腸分2條全部白腸口味會比較相似~客易食濟~我個覺得可改善的地方~是加點紅腸我個人吃過最好食的是有芝士脆皮腸~當時全部朋友都說好食!pizza 是傳統用焗~這是香港特色!外皮十分脆口~芝士特多!有小量牛肉碎,整體吃落去不會乾身因為芝士汁同肉汁夠多~!整間餐廳給我印象最深刻的不是食物~而是餐廳有請一些唱者來表現~即彈即唱,再加上場內氣氛偏暗,情調十分好~!

整間餐廳給我印象最深刻的不是食物~
而是餐廳有請一些唱者來表現~

迷你漢堡的size比想象中大,很有驚喜。包皮面頭有點芝麻粒粒,包身黑漆漆的,但吃不出有芝麻,還是什麼的味道??只是外觀比較吸引而己。裡面有雞、豬和牛,可以試哂三款,勁開心唔係間間咁多餐廳做好。我只係試左牛,牛漢堡塊很厚身,口感很juicy, 牛味濃而不膩。包身夠軟熟,好好食。

又到happy friday去來個大解放,今次朋友做到嘢帶我去咗一個有現場live Band嘅酒吧餐廳放鬆一下呢到除咗有好多款酒外,仲有好多美食選擇先由侍應介紹兩款雞尾酒,都係以生果味做主打選擇而食物先點了個凱撒沙律生律菜非常新鮮爽脆,入面芝士好香而另外叫了一個串燒拼盤送酒食入面有黑毛豬腩肉,腩肉燒得好香口,口感鬆化又香油脂味,而牛舌一樣外皮微焦,入面好軟淋,仲可以點佢個印度咖哩汁食,另外仲有個牛肌配黑松露粟米都不錯
