今日係何文田站附近做完野,約埋班同事搵下附近有咩好食,比我發現左呢間隱蔽嘅西餐廳雖然餐廳叫dessert bar但佢有好多西式食物嘅選擇,pizza飯意粉沙津應有盡有餐廳裝修都幾有格調,坐得好寬闊,又唔會好嘈。前菜我地叫左呢個蜜糖芥末黑醋雞翼,上碟時已經聞到非常之香嘅炸雞翼味,咬落去都非常酥脆,肉質好嫩滑。黑醋同蜜糖芥末都好夾,酸酸地都好開胃。半熟帶子非常大粒,半熟得黎又唔會有凍嘅感覺,唔會痴牙個醬唔會膩,食哂成碟再成其他野都無問題。risotto煮得好好,唔硬重點係咁大碟都係98蚊好抵軟殼蟹炸得好酥脆,唔知點解最近食果啲蟹都係原隻上😂胡麻醬意粉又係第一次食,感覺又出奇地夾喎!意粉好乾身,加埋啲野菌夠濕夠口感燒法國春雞皮好脆又夠薄,伴碟好好食,尤其係薯仔!外脆內軟雞脾夠嫩滑,加埋個汁ichiban!水果茶非常多水果在內,感覺健康心太軟隔離個雪糕係冧酒提子味,好正!75%朱古力味好濃又唔會好甜擺碟仲好靚添!果然係dessert bartiramisu手指餅浸得好濕,吸哂咖啡酒同咖啡味,cream都做得好滑完美作結!P.S. 好似唔使開瓶費,見有客人自己帶酒用餐P.S.S 廁所乾淨嘅餐廳值

主菜我就點了軟殼蟹黑松露野菌意粉,看到這個軟殼蟹,真是原隻上,好大隻,咬落去還是熱的,剛炸起,好好食呀。意粉裡有一絲絲洋蔥,有很多菇,加上黑松醬,口感很豐富。看上去好像不太多,其實碟很深,我覺得頗多,吃得非常飽,感覺滿足。

老公點了燒法國春雞,要等30分鐘,真的是即叫即做。春雞樣子非常討好,很大隻,配上一點點沙律菜及薯仔。春雞燒得很好,不會燒得非常乾,切開還冒著煙,熱辣辣。薯仔很好吃呀,甜甜的,雞肉很嫩,食落不錯。

朱古力栗子蛋糕~灑了開心果碎在蛋糕上,令顏值更高,見到都開心啲。它面層是硬身的朱古力,夾著中層的栗子忌廉而下層便是海綿蛋糕,三層都有各自嘅滋味,夾在一起真係不得了!估唔到「是日甜品」可以有這種質素!❤️

最後我還是肥仔地多了一客千層芒果蛋糕, 沒想過擺碟很有心思, 絶對能和專門的甜品店媲美。

千層蛋糕pancake 皮鬆軟, 不算太甜, 但芒果味未算很濃, 吃完不覺膩。

很開心可以遇到一間有心的小店, 希望下次再去試試他們的牛扒和生蠔。

One of my friends recommended a cafe to me located at Ho Man Tin, which he highly raved about. Hearing that, i decided to bring my wife to try it out. Macaroni Dessert Bar was located at Wuhu street, several minutes walk from Ho Man Tin MTR. Their menu was shown on tablet, for easy viewing. Soft crab on spaghetti with black truffle & mixed mushroom cream sauce - The serving was quite huge, with generous portion of spaghetti. Pasta was chewy and smooth, and the sauce was very creamy as well. Soft shell crab was fried till very crispy and soft.
