🍜生牛肉河粉

牛肉剛上菜的時候是全生的,泡上上湯後肉的顏色才開始轉變,上湯的溫度很高,輕易地把肉變熟。上湯很香牛骨和牛肉的味道,濃郁但不失清甜,配上香料香葉 辣椒芽菜等相伴,牛肉好嫩剛剛好熟。整體質素幾好。

應該是經過炸的步驟,外皮很酥炸,返而更加像用光波爐的炸法,很乾身不油膩,肉質就正正常常,味道的來源主要是那一碟調味醬,味道酸酸辣辣的。

手撕雞, 用爽脆新鮮青瓜切絲拌以雞絲和越式香口調味料加日本介辣拌匀而成,吃下去酸酸甜甜的,作為前菜,非常開胃。

自家製炸手打魚肉餅,彈牙口感不俗,魚餅上桌時熱辣辣,外脆内軟。而且香料的味道很突出,味道十分惹味可口,沾上酸甜醬後味道更加豐富

香茅煮大蜆, 平時食蜆最怕就係有沙,呢到用白沙蜆,蜆肉厚身大隻而且有咬口又無沙,
食落去仲好鮮甜,配上清甜的香茅湯,淡淡的香茅味和大蜆很配搭,好正。

個係蕃茄酸辣檬粉, 第一啖食落微酸微辣,個湯底真係好香, 好多料頭, 惹味又開胃,見到有蒜片、乾蔥、蔥、洋蔥、芫荽,最緊要係有金不換/九層塔, 好香!
內有好多肉碎, 雞肉塊, 札肉, 肉碎更是有鮮味, 雞肉彈牙, 扎肉也很爽脆可口,
不過有啲辣, 食完我地都要飲多杯水, 哈哈. 暫時忘記左啲壓力! 食辣野真係好有用! 值得推薦給大家,最後連湯底掃清。
聽講烹煮需時,所以一星期只出一曰(即星期三), 今日有運可食到, 那辣度不是死辣,
是有層次感,(米X陣)個D冇得比!吸盡精華,啖啖滋味,回味無窮。

全部食物無加味精,食完之後唔覺得口乾, 加上店員勤地介紹了幾款莱式, 

此間是做得正宗而又出色的越南菜, 值得推介~

I was so angry with the poor service and I will NEVER come again.

I had lunch with a friend at around 12 noon today, when 70% of the tables were still empty. We told we need a table for two and the staff assigned us a table with four chairs. Not long afterwards we were told to change to another table with 2 seats out of no urgency - there were still 70% empty tables!

What’s more, our new table was right next to the kitchen and often the staff had to grab condiments and stuff right next to our shoulders. It was so annoying that I had to bend my body for more than 10 times while I was eating.

港式口味 + 越南菜式 = fusion吧。 食物質素還好,炸的香脆香口,只是員工質素好有問題叫了軟殼蟹紙米卷,好食,但若有水蜜桃作配料會更加好食。不滿的是其中一位大媽侍應的待客態度。首先店內當時根本沒有太多顧客,要我們調位,調到去門口位。門不斷有人進出抽煙,令我們那邊的空氣較為污濁。其二,我點了豬扒三文治,然後他們給了豬頸肉三文治。我向另一位待應要求更換,怎料那位大媽侍應細細聲跟她說:「你同佢講呢個係炸豬扒三文治咪唔駛換囉」—> 咁都得?! 幸好,有良心的侍應換左炸豬扒三文治俾我,非常好味,只是配沙津醬口感有點heavy。還有一段小插曲,大媽侍應將半份三文治倒在桌上,然後佢即刻徒手執起。我全程o 哂嘴望住佢,沒有任何道歉或者解釋,就這樣當無事發生。希望以後有機會再去,他們會加強人手培訓 la..

首先店內當時根本沒有太多顧客,要我們調位,調到去門口位。門不斷有人進出抽煙,令我們那邊的空氣較為污濁。其二,我點了豬扒三文治,然後他們給了豬頸肉三文治。我向另一位待應要求更換,怎料那位大媽侍應細細聲跟她說:「你同佢講呢個係炸豬扒三文治咪唔駛換囉」—> 咁都得?!
幸好,有良心的侍應換左炸豬扒三文治俾我,非常好味,只是配沙津醬口感有點heavy。


還有一段小插曲,大媽侍應將半份三文治倒在桌上,然後佢即刻徒手執起。我全程o 哂嘴望住佢,沒有任何道歉或者解釋,就這樣當無事發生。


希望以後有機會再去,他們會加強人手培訓 la..
