早於幾年前初到觀塘,知道鴻師傅此一名號,猶記得當時叉燒出色。早前經過,有名之芥末雞腳根,從未試過,何不?店員卻說不夠供應例牌,只能配以半份素鵝,如何?也可。由於成本太低,所以店員還送焯生菜,是心意,其實我不知道,他們可以不送,但送了,是良心。雞腳根,十粒不到,類似於軟骨之類,雞味是沒有的,只食口感。調味是中式芥末底味,少許辣味。份量雖少,也談不上精彩,價錢貴在少有,沒有貨叫。大概是新鮮貨,滷雞浸雞總有下欄改出來,棄之可惜,所以就配以新味的結果。我是佩服廚師的心思,物盡其用,可惜大有落差。素鵝以鮮腐皮摺疊滷製而成,滑溜,滷水膽層次豐富,手工精巧,外表靚仔,這是半份,如要買是三十幾元,不便宜,但是可以的。素鵝有香味,因為滷水也滷過肉,那麼還是不是素?不久前還買過叉燒,質素下降了,一份例牌一百多元。對比燒,更似汁浸熟,淋是淋,香味已不足了。整體而言,我還是會再來,但是質素是對比之前下降了,不知道下次來的時候,會怎樣。

來到觀塘的東廣場,有推薦的煲仔飯的餐廳,這是間比中式氣氛裝潢的餐廳,牆壁貼滿了名人們在餐廳的照片,可見其知名度。看了看餐單,雖然有其他中式餐點,但朋友推介煲仔飯,於是就決定試試4號的 鴛鴦腸滑雞煲仔飯,一來到的時候,煲蓋是蓋著的,用手觸摸都感受到熱力。然後打開蓋,內容豐富,茶,雞,臘腸都滿布表面,令人覺得回本。加上豉油,更加令人開胃。光是煲仔飯的熱力飯氣,更加令人開胃。滑雞需然不算是太滑,但不至於干澀的質感,加上臘肉飯味,甜甜鹹鹹的。獵肉也本身夠味,幾條獵肉已經可以吃掉半煲飯,吃到悶時可以吃一吃菜,有種清新感覺。就算只是飯,也沾有獵味鹹香,沾點豉油已經可以光吃了。最後當然是價錢,只是68元而已。真的是滿滿足足的一餐

獵肉也本身夠味,幾條獵肉已經可以吃掉半煲飯,吃到悶時可以吃一吃菜,有種清新感覺。
就算只是飯,也沾有獵味鹹香,沾點豉油已經可以光吃了。

最後當然是價錢,只是68元而已。真的是滿滿足足的一餐

2019年5月18日 今日和女朋友,佢妹和妹夫以及友人一齊在觀塘HEA了一個下午,女朋友既妹話黎觀塘9時候經過東廣場,睇定左一間食煲仔飯的食店,想去試下,所以晚飯唔使諗咁多就去左果間食,就於東廣場其實好方便,地面呢層算是食店的集中地,能在眾多競爭當中屹立不倒,相信水準有一定保證。果不其然,小小的店面當中竟然擺置了一個獎牌櫃,是一間屢獲殊榮的食店來,亦有很多藝人和食評家光臨過,看來食物質素絕對有保證了。 友人點的我就不贅述了,我自己是點了這裡的鴛鴦腸排骨煲仔飯,剛過去的一整個冬天都無食過煲仔飯,係時候彌補我肚子的遺憾。 鴛鴦腸排骨煲仔飯即叫即整既煲仔飯,不要懷疑上面的食物遺照,因為一端過來我已忍不住加上了甜豉油然後拌勻了,所以來不及影一張靚仔相,不過配料好豐富,整個煲仔飯份量十足油菜都有4-5條。加上甜豉油後我又再蓋上焗了一會兒,那樣的話飯焦會更多更香。這個煲仔飯的飯粒企身飽滿,飯味不俗,軟硬適中,鴛鴦腸中臘腸用比較肥的,雖則吃上口無咁脆,酒香亦變得無咁香,但令到有足夠的油脂可以溶入大份量的飯中,加分不少,潤腸我比較欣賞,酒味香濃,排骨是新鮮的,只是醃得不夠入味,一般。  整個煲

友人點的我就不贅述了,
我自己是點了這裡的鴛鴦腸排骨煲仔飯,
剛過去的一整個冬天都無食過煲仔飯,
係時候彌補我肚子的遺憾。

鴛鴦腸排骨煲仔飯
即叫即整既煲仔飯,
不要懷疑上面的食物遺照,
因為一端過來我已忍不住加上了甜豉油然後拌勻了,
所以來不及影一張靚仔相,
不過配料好豐富,
整個煲仔飯份量十足
油菜都有4-5條。
加上甜豉油後我又再蓋上焗了一會兒,
那樣的話飯焦會更多更香。
這個煲仔飯的飯粒企身飽滿,
