首先品嚐到的是份量十足的雞絲粉皮,粉皮幼滑爽口,搭配上濃郁的麻醬,味道十分出色,令人回味無窮。

🍛 欖菜肉粒炒飯
接著是具有鑊氣的欖菜肉粒炒飯,欖菜的酸甜配搭炒飯,美味絕頂,每一口都散發著獨特的香氣,令人欲罷不能。

🎃 黃金南瓜
黃金南瓜炸得外脆內軟,鹹蛋黃與南瓜的完美搭配,帶來甜甜又鹹鹹的美味,每一口都令人驚艷。而且送上桌時還是熱騰騰的,讓人一口接一口。

🥟 肉三鮮餃子

對此餐廳非常失望,上網訂座了6:30pm,餐廳當天4:00pm左右提示訂座了和說明限時90分鐘,家人6:25pm已到現場,但餐廳必需所有人到齊才可以入坐,如果不限時的話,齊人才可以入坐非常明白,反正限時,book了6時半,我8:00前走咪可以,6:40先齊人,亦冇枱比我地,最後7點05才能進,咁我book枱嚟做咩?有咩用?唔想做生意就咪鬼做啦,食物質素一般,餐具比較油,只是座位比較舒服!有時間同齊人先好去食

5月4日,我們在17:45預訂了一張7人枱。我們已有3人到咗,當我們拎枱時遭門口待應拒絕,要我們齊人方可入座。我跟待應講可以照計時,唔影響還枱,但待應仍然不肯安排入座。期間,不停安排walkin客人入座。17:50,我們已經人齊,可是,這間餐廳已沒有7人枱給我們。我們冇耐地接受餐廳剩餘最後一張嘅6人枱。在埋單時,餐廳仍跟我們去解釋,他們必須要人齊才可入座,不論是Walkin還是訂座。都已食完,唔需要再跟佢討論這個問題啦。

Airside 💁🏻‍♀️五匠六釜。向airside嘅五匠六釜位於6樓空中花園樓層。到達時已經有好多人喺門口排隊,應該都好多捧場客😃。首先講吓環境,坐得都幾ok舒適闊落。而且店員服務很好。上菜速度理想,每碟都大大碟好抵食。賣相亦都唔錯。食物水平可以,服務質素好。今晚我哋叫咗:1)白菜豬肉餃 - 肉質Juice,粒粒都好大粒。而配合埋辣椒醬汁好有家鄉風味。2)秘製杭州骨 - 份量十足,有啲似糖醋骨。再加上有菠蘿洋蔥炸薯仔粒,好有特色,好足料👍🏻3)蔥爆牛肉牛肉柔嫩彈牙,配合埋大蔥爆香醬汁。齒頰留香😌好美味。4)四川擔擔麵份量十足,好有家鄉情懷。食到好濃嘅家鄉味😚我哋見到好多人都有嗌片皮鴨&酸菜魚,都好大碟,相當抵食👍🏻👍🏻。menu仲有好多好多唔同種類嘅美食。餐廳亦有推出特飲,主打鴨屎香檸檬茶,有機會再嚟試試。

Airside 💁🏻‍♀️五匠六釜。

向airside嘅五匠六釜位於6樓空中花園樓層。到達時已經有好多人喺門口排隊,應該都好多捧場客😃。

首先講吓環境,坐得都幾ok舒適闊落。而且店員服務很好。上菜速度理想,每碟都大大碟好抵食。賣相亦都唔錯。食物水平可以,服務質素好。

今晚我哋叫咗:
1)白菜豬肉餃 - 肉質Juice,粒粒都好大粒。而配合埋辣椒醬汁好有家鄉風味。

menu仲有好多好多唔同種類嘅美食。餐廳亦有推出特飲,主打鴨屎香檸檬茶,有機會再嚟試試。

星期六帶左狗狗去Airside, 尼個商場係pet friendly, 點知得幾間餐廳可以帶竉物,而且一定只可以安排坐於餐廳外圍,狗狗又要放係餐廳範圍出面,咁都算pet friendly 咩?最後去左五匠六釜食飯,等左兩個鐘終於有枱,但係坐低左冇人理,水又唔俾,連落單barcode 都冇俾我地。 因為坐左係reception 隔離,咪叫前台位姐姐俾啲水我地,點知佢(啪)一聲大大力掟低個壺😡😡,咁既服務態度就算食物ok 都冇下次啦!👎🏼👎🏼你估唔駛俾錢咩!想叫北京填鴨又賣晒。個水煮牛肉過鹹同太多鈉。家常餅,四川擔擔麵,同農家炒飯都正常ok既。但下次去airside 一定唔會再幫襯呢間。

其實我都明白忙中有錯係好正常,而且客人已經坐底左係冇可能叫人地起返身,但最起碼都應該講返句:「唔好意思,下張枱即刻比返你」,而唔係一句冇辦法就算。而且即使要補枱都唔應該比哂補枱客人入哂先比正常排隊等位的客人,如果唔係個個拎完飛就去行街,跟住肚餓返黎就即刻補張枱比佢地入先,咁對真係企喺度等位的客人都十分唔公平,你起碼都隔一張先入都冇咁嬲。

睇返食評先發覺好多人對等位入座安排有意見,希望真係可以改善下。

接近黃昏時間來到,等左一陣位,坐近窗邊,冷氣太大有點凍,好在都有杯熱茶可以暖下手。可以見到車站廣場附近的街景。北京填鴨 半隻 | $168好似都好多人食北京填鴨,看起來份量都算多,皮也有好多塊,2-3個人食半隻都可以。鴨皮可以再脆一點及多一點,配料有青瓜,青瓜多一點更好。糖醋魚片 |$86魚肉無骨,都有好多魚塊,配料有青紅椒,不會炒到過老。菠蘿酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。茶位|$5茶都夠熱,不過碗筷有少少黏。

放假先黎落雨!好在而家有好多商場行,今日就約朋友去咗新商場Airside行下,從啟德地鐵站出口行過去就到,方便得嚟最好係唔洗淋雨。行到6樓見有間餐廳叫五匠六釜,餐廳環境光猛,地方夠大,提供中菜,餐牌價錢公道,我哋都話不防一試!北京填鴨半隻(包半份摩摩皮):烤鴨係已經切好,排列整齊放在長碟上,份量都好多,每片鴨都帶皮和肉,厚薄適中,摩摩皮係熱的,撕開後包上鴨件、青瓜、韭黃,再加上填鴨醬好惹味!鴨兩食:茄子炒鴨架炒得都幾有鑊氣,鴨架仲有啲肉,茄子林滑,沾滿濃濃的醬汁好惹味!送飯一流!四川擔擔麵(1辣):湯底濃郁,麵條彈牙,加上花生、肉末、蔥花,無論口感和味道都唔錯。原來餐廳有推出特飲, 主打鴨屎香檸檬茶,下次再來試試!
