先講湯底,一望落見有好多辣油浮係面,以為會好辣,但一飲又發現只係微辣,但真係略嫌太多油🙈🙈

配料方面我幾中意個豚角煮,豚角煮夠厚身,一咬落去好有口感,入味得來又唔會老,肥瘦比例剛好😋😋

溫泉蛋蛋黃夠流心,正!😊

麵嘅口感唔錯,一開頭係偏硬身,食食下浸軟左就幾好~😉


整體來講,湯底味道唔算濃郁,太多辣油,但配料質素幾好,算係不過不失~😌😌

行街行到好肚餓,上OpenRice見到呢間,差評都多,但又好想食下拉麵🙈就比個機會佢啦......點知係浪費左我食好野嘅quota叫左個黑蒜叉燒拉麵,第一啖已經feel到中伏,表面上得薄薄地一層黑油,食落冇咩黑蒜嘅味道,又冇平時出街食拉麵個種多層次嘅風味,呢度啲拉麵得一陣死鹹,feel唔到佢用心整個湯底,啲拉麵又太霖叫左杯巨蜂提子椰果特飲,成陣藥水味連杯飲品都做唔好,難怪坐左一粒鐘都冇爆人🤦🏻‍♀️最後碗麵太難食,食唔哂,真係伏死我!仲要連加一80幾一碗😭

中午時段喺新世紀廣場嗰度,經過一間叫做麵屋武藏嘅日式拉麵店,環境好闊落,座位都好舒適,叫咗一個午餐係燒雞肉定食,當中有例牌嘅麵豉湯、沙律同埋海藻咁,雖然好似好基本,但係喺沙律裏面竟然加入左芝士,呢啲係一般午市套餐情況之下都好少唔係咁多餐廳會咁做。而亦都追加左一隻天婦羅炸蝦,主菜就係嗰個燒雞肉飯。最有驚喜嘅就係嗰雞肉好有肉汁,配料充足、有洋蔥、乾蔥等,所以十分香口,而且感受到充滿鑊氣,似中式煮法。整體喜出望外,又多一個好選擇。

食了很多次拉麵,今天再接再厲,黎到呢間麵屋武藏到食佢既拉麵🍜點了一碗將油湯底既拉麵,湯底味濃但不喊,叉燒同雞蛋🥚好入味,好好食。但令我有保留既地方係個麵餅,本身麵既質素唔錯,但就非常唔入未,上菜時仲係有麵餅形狀,好明顯未夠火喉就上比我,呢碗拉麵🍜成80幾蚊,選料不錯但敗在廚師的煮食態度上,當時為晚上6時正左右,不是繁忙時段,餐廳都有很多空位置,相信廚房未「林當」,但在有時間的時候卻給了我這麼的一個「快餐」,我真的有點兒失望,希望下次可以改善。

相反地,「麵屋武藏」「天極魚干醬油拉麵」裡面的麵條份量,反而比雞叉燒和溏心蛋都為之多。「天極魚干醬油拉麵」除了蛋、叉燒、麵條之外,就只剩下醬油湯底以及比較礙眼的筍乾。

筍乾對我來說一向都是沒有用的東西,醬油湯底的味道又偏鹹,結果我發現雞叉燒配鹹味醬油湯底,看來不是一個十分理想的拍檔。

至於我在旺角「麵屋武藏」裡面選擇的配菜小食,「武藏章魚燒」的份量與味道都有點不似我的預期。因為傳統的日本章魚燒,會以烘焗的方式,透過爐火加熱的過程製作完成。

表面上看「麵屋武藏」的「武藏章魚燒」,章魚燒的表面還灑滿了甜味的燒汁,撒了一大片的木魚碎,我還以為「武藏章魚燒」的口感也會像傳統的日本章魚燒一樣,味道甜之餘還有章魚飽滿的感覺。

可惜「武藏章魚燒」的皮口感實在太硬,硬到叫我幾乎咬不開。我不曉得究竟「麵屋武藏」,以什麼方式去製作「武藏章魚燒」了,唯一可以說就是「武藏章魚燒」的皮囗感太硬,內裡面的章魚餡料小得幾乎收縮乾掉。

即使「麵屋武藏」「武藏章魚燒」的實際售價頗為便宜,只需要港幣十二元,可惜「武藏章魚燒」實在製成品只有兩粒章魚燒,章魚燒的皮口感又造得太硬,所以我食完「武藏章魚燒」後,肚子仍然感到十分空虛。

小弟好耐無去旺角新世紀廣場,講緊都有成年啦今日同女友人無聊行旺角行行下去左嗰度。 嘩呢度真係唔同左好多,到店舖變晒連neway都無埋。 行到攰想揾d野食下。。 但d餐廳閒閒地都要幾百蚊個人跟住咁岩比我地見到呢間麵屋武藏睇睇個餐牌又唔係話好貴,咁我地就二話不說入左去醫肚啦, 我地兩個人分別叫左個蕃茄赤燒豚拖羅拉麵, 一個辣味既赤沾麵, 和風藜麥沙律, 藥膳雞,玉子鰻魚磯邊揚 同兩杯特飲..我想講叫咁多野兩個人都係幾百蚊炸女友好滿意佢個蕃茄湯既燒豚拖羅拉麵,佢話個湯正合佢心水,唔太酸又夠濃,而我個赤沾麵辣得黎夠爽夠惹味.我最後連汁都飲晒.. d小食都不錯的說由其係個玉子鰻魚磯邊揚.. 口感有如鰻魚天婦羅外脆內冧.. 估唔到係新世紀廣場都可以比我揾到間會再encore既餐廳.

之前晚餐都試過喺麵屋武裝食拉麵或者Jim面,今次第一次係lunch Time食佢嘅午餐料理。午餐料理有四款有比目魚,牛扒,豚肉同埋七味鳥丼定食。四款價錢介乎60-70,仲可以追加吉列蝦同薯餅~個人比較鍾意食牛肉,就揀咗牛扒日式香微笑。每個set基本上都配前菜,沙律同味噌湯。 個湯係幾好飲嘅亦都夠熱 沙律就個普通痛啦,仲有一個芽菜嘅前菜,味道可以嘅。輪到主菜牛扒,牛扒口感可以嘅呢個價位我收貨了始終呢一個價位都唔應該期望食到高級少少,好有肉味嘅牛扒雖然成餐飯食物嘅味道唔算好出色,但係呢一個價錢我覺得OK嘅,未試過嘅朋友都可以試吓。

今日夜晚嚟食晚市,之前都嚟咗三四次不過今次嘅水準比之前差左好多,簡直唔係人食,首先我哋帶咗兩碗面一碗係黑一碗係赤,我哋食完幾啖都異口同聲地覺得碗麵非常之多油,而個湯本身個味道就非常之唔出,簡單啲來講即係油送面。另外本身叫開個豚角個份量比起之前細左好多同埋多咗好多肥膏,食完好似冇食咁樣。最後最激氣嘅係明明成個場都冇乜兩台客,侍應就有成四個,但係佢哋可以經過見到我哋冇茶都唔會自動自覺揕茶,做乜嚟幫襯餐廳好似變咗乞食咁樣???

以前去麵屋武藏,食過佢嘅拉麵、沾麵、叉燒飯同炸雞,都係散叫。近排先知佢原來仲有set lunch,仲要質數唔錯。當中有牛排定食、魚定食、麻醬冷麵或韓式雞肉拌麵等等,所以我地成班同事間唔中都會去幫襯。每次去食,都會最多同事揀牛排定食。因為份量充足,仲可要求加大飯嘅份量,連胃口較大嘅男同事都唔會唔夠飽😂。牛排定食$69包括牛排、飯、前菜、沙律菜、泡菜湯。當中牛排煎得夠香,而且沙律菜夠新鮮。另外嘅炸雞亦相當美味,當中嘅醬汁有少少日本芥末味,有少少沙律醬味,係一大功臣。但可惜每次個汁都俾得好少份量,如果可以俾多D汁就perfect。總括而言,值得推介。

落單時侍應都講明個沾麵要等耐少少, 不過最終都唔係等咗好耐, 只係比個拉麵遲幾分鐘, 後來先估到可能就閂舖, 冇預備定啲麵掛? 
個麵好正宗, 係有坑的粗扁麵, 用嚟吸汁最啱, 因為唔係浸無熱湯, 所以麵質比湯麵係硬少少, 當然你可以要求佢煮淋啲, 麵質非常彈牙有口感, 浸完個熱辣辣的黑麵汁(黑蒜味), 將啲麵變返熱同更加有味, 個沾汁好夠味, 又有啲唔會太肥的叉燒粒, 個湯濃得嚟唔會kwok喉~

豚肉片對我地嚟講係偏肥咗少少, 似係打邊爐果款豚肉片, 係完全冇色冇味, 但當佢浸夠湯時就變得好好味, 亦都好有口感, 唔會薄到冇哂質感~

其實係巨型白飯魚, 雖然話係天婦羅, 但冇平時食天婦羅果啲咁厚炸粉, 只係輕輕沾咗粉漿去炸, 係新鮮即炸, 但都幾油, 同埋份量太少囉~

估唔到食拉麵好似食茶餐廳咁快, 成餐飯大約半個鐘搞掂, 因為隔離枱個細路實在太嘈, 佢地食完又唔走, 响度吹水, 咁唯有我地快食快走啦~
