The food and service is always very good and for a good price. We generally come here once a week and we usually order salmon sashimi on rice. It’s kind of in a back alley. Not a great location. But inside you don’t notice. Also it has a pretty authentic Japanese atmosphere.

意料之外的喜歡。

某日路經元朗,行到咁上下,隨意走入一家日式料理小店醫肚餓,一入去,就得到店員熱情招待,咁就緊係馬上坐低叫野食啦~牛肉壽喜鍋牛肉端上來時的熟度剛好,有少少紅色,剛好讓我可以自己選擇食生少少定熟少少,我自己就比較鐘意生生地食,生落去好嫩口、亦食到牛肉的鮮味,配上蛋汁以及濃濃的壽喜燒醬汁可謂一絕!鰻魚飯鰻魚汁夠濃厚,鰻的表面微脆,有炙燒的香味,飯底珍珠米大大粒、粒粒分明,配上一口味道濃郁的鰻魚佐飯,令人想食多幾碗油甘魚、左口邊、三文魚壽司油甘魚壽司大大塊,味道濃郁,一咬落入魚油在口裡四濺,三文魚用料靚,食落鮮味,左口魚食落柔軟嫩滑!燒雞翼「燒雞翼!我鐘意~食!」燒雞翼燒得好脆口,本身下鹽比較重,所以也有青檸比大家中和返,雞翼fans不能錯過!芝士年糕上菜時仍熱辣辣,非常新鮮的芝士年糕~表面微焦食落有少少脆口,一咬落去熱熱的芝士湧出~~~可謂減肥大敵,芝士fans必叫!

牛肉端上來時的熟度剛好,有少少紅色,剛好讓我可以自己選擇食生少少定熟少少,我自己就比較鐘意生生地食,生落去好嫩口、亦食到牛肉的鮮味,配上蛋汁以及濃濃的壽喜燒醬汁可謂一絕!
