Omakase因為之前未嚟過 所以唔知有咩正嘢食 咁就由師傅發板啦 頭盤其實有兩款 都係一啲開胃小食(仲有一款應該係韓醬醃蒜頭)上菜速度適中 同媽咪傾吓計慢慢食 材料新鮮係最重要 哩間小店都做得好好嘅 唯一我覺得可以改善嘅係菜式上嘅擺門(意思唔夠精緻)我冇每個菜式都影相 原因我覺得賣相唔夠吸引 好似有一道銀雪魚 燒得好好食 但上菜見到旁邊放住一執碎濕濕嘅沙律菜 有啲失色 甜品係櫻花糯米糍 又係好好食(皮夠煙韌 紅豆餡)不過又係點影都唔吸引 所以放棄咗 整體嚟講 我覺得食物質素係性價比高嘅 Omakase加埋一都係7百幾一位真心不錯 會再去

一行數人到店午飯,很久沒有外出用餐,店內有數枱客,在這環境下已算不錯。前菜是生果沙律,新鮮美味麵豉湯不過不失,正常味道,沒有花巧。蒸蛋十分滑口,熱熱的,裡面還有帶子粒、蟹柳,我十分喜歡。吃完以上三碟前菜,肚子已滿了一半再來鰻魚飯,賣相吸引,鰻魚軟身,不會過鹹,食完唔口渴,也不會吃到滿口骨,飯也軟身,唯欠少少濃濃的香味,對我來說已是大滿足。我會用實而不華來形容這小店,友人點了魚生飯,讚賞不絕,魚生新鮮,值得一試。

再來鰻魚飯,賣相吸引,鰻魚軟身,不會過鹹,食完唔口渴,也不會吃到滿口骨,飯也軟身,唯欠少少濃濃的香味,對我來說已是大滿足。
我會用實而不華來形容這小店,友人點了魚生飯,讚賞不絕,魚生新鮮,值得一試。

放咗工約好友去日本餐廳食飯,冇諗過隔離枱既食客係日本人呢。餐廳有好多選擇,我地揀咗牛肉壽喜燒、燒日本芝士年糕、雜錦天婦羅同埋鰻魚飯。鰻魚飯好吸引,鰻魚份量十足,外面燒到微焦, 食落好肥厚,油脂豐富,配合醬汁香甜微焦,味道好有層次。下層珍珠米飯粒粒分明,混合鰻魚醬汁真係好好味!一向鍾意食壽喜燒,呢個牛肉壽喜燒用料足,牛肉又嫩滑,yummy😋至於芝士年糕就煙煙韌韌,入面仲有好多芝士,正呀!雜錦天婦羅有蝦、日本南瓜、甘薯、冬菇、矮瓜。炸粉好薄,唔算油膩,因為即炸所以外脆內熱,蝦大隻又好彈牙,其他蔬菜都好甜,食得出係新鮮品質,點埋天婦羅汁提升味道!

首先刺身壽司嘅用料好新鮮,首先講下刺身我哋叫咗三文魚腩同埋牡丹蝦刺身。三文魚腩切得好厚, $40有三塊唔貴好味。但係食埋個牡丹蝦覺得仲抵,因為牡丹蝦非常好食搞到我哋叫多咗幾隻嚟食!大力推薦哩到既刺身

最後一款想介紹俾大家嘅係呢一個壽喜燒喎,牛肉肉質都唔錯但係嗰個湯汁就係一絕啦,但係美中不足嘅係佢冇同埋個火爐一齊上。單靠個湯嘅熱力就將啲牛整熟,雖然我食牛可以食得幾生,但係如果有朋友唔鍾意食咁生嘅就可能要問侍應拎過爐啦!

元朗多好食,今天帶媽媽來吃這家,本來看到門面那麼小,媽咪有些猶豫,但裡面裝秀雅緻整潔。我們兩人叫了鰻魚飯、黑松露帶子沙律、三文魚赤貝刺身、牛油果軟殼蟹卷、鹽燒鯖魚。鰻魚飯配上麵豉湯,非常有誠意,鰻魚肥美多汁,兩個人分享,份量剛好。三文魚赤貝刺身非常新鮮,赤貝刺身賣相相當吸引,口感爽脆帶子沙律份量適中,我非常喜歡黑松露醬,配上帶子刺身一絕。牛油果軟殼蟹沙律吃起來跟外面連鎖店不一樣,軟殼蟹啖啖肉,也不多炸粉。最後忍不住在叫鹽燒鯖魚,鯖魚也是非常美味,特別是的加青檸汁,一點都不膩平日晚市挺多人,若有訂位就萬無一失了,祝願小店客似雲來。

今晚和朋友到元朗找好東西吃,給我們發現在元朗YOHO MALL附近鳳琴街有一間門面簡樸的日本料理店‘淼’。一進店內就感受到店員殷勤的接待。坐下來慢慢研究餐牌。食物種類頗多,我們倆人共點了五款菜式。( 1)和風刺身沙律:新鮮的粒粒魚生配以爽脆的沙律菜頂部放上大大粒的魚子,清新又開胃。(2)刺身:我們選了的分別有金目鯛、大池魚、赤蝦及三文魚。新鮮又鮮甜,每件都是厚厚的魚肉加上3隻肥美的赤蝦,吃一口很有滿足感。(3)穴子天婦羅:其實初看餐牌看不明什麼是穴子,經店員解釋是曼魚類的一種。上枱時擺設特別,碟底放了炸過的類似米粉東西再盛着天婦羅。穴子天婦羅炸得好香脆又不失過火而乾。魚肉嫩滑,直得推介。(4)牛油果軟殼蟹卷:大大份的卷子造型活像一條龍很有心思的擺設。估不到原來牛油果配軟殼蟹是這麼夾的。非常美味,一試上癮。(5)燒日本芝士年糕:我只是想有一個甜品作完結,上桌時也不見得起眼,但是只要你吃一口就會愛上它,那種微溫熱度加上那軟軟糯糯的粉團再配上溜的芝士,不是完結是完美!總括每道菜式也不錯,的日產喜歡小店的親切感覺,還會再來光顧的,試試其他料理。
