#搞串個pantry車仔麵🍜,我哋都食過好多間,每間車仔麵都有自己嘅招牌,或者食客鐘意嘅嘢😜。今次就去咗一間#銅鑼灣 、#上環 都有分店嘅車仔麵店,試吓佢哋究竟有咩特別啦💕!一嚟到銅鑼灣嘅分店,門口望落👀,仲以為係食日式拉麵🇯🇵,有少少裝修設計,乾淨利落。今次就嗌咗一碗🔴細尊(河粉、豬紅、蘿蔔、咖哩魚蛋、紅腸、豬皮)($45)、🔵淨雞翼尖($22)、🟢淨白菜($22)。細尊(河粉、豬紅、蘿蔔、咖哩魚蛋、紅腸、豬皮)🌟🌟🌟呢碗麵所有配料都係固定,餸嘅份量都幾多🤤,每樣都有2-4嚿,不過質素就好普通🤨,除非本身鐘意呢幾樣餸,如果唔係,都建議叫返自選📝。河粉比平時食開嘅河粉厚,偏挺身,較硬唔索湯,如果鍾意食腍啲嘅人,就唔太鐘意。而湯底就幾出色🤤,味道非常豐富💕,偏向重口味!淨雞翼尖、淨白菜🌟🌟雞翼尖🍗用瑞士汁煮,好入味,一小碗入面已經有好多,足夠比2-3人share👥。用嚟送住麵食幾好,可以令雞翼尖感覺無咁咸。淨白菜份量都多🥬,味道清淡,口感腍同爽脆。但就發現當中有一細粒「發泡膠」粒😮。

我同小熊都揀選米粉,米粉都有粗幼之分,我鍾意食幼身,麵尊嘅米粉尚算幼身,夾自己口味.

豬大腸同蠔油冬菇出色,同樣夠冧夠入味! 雞中翼用D比較大隻嘅貨色,唔係KFC老麥果D偷工減料雞仔級翼仔,不過如果雞翼焗一焗 or 煎一煎相信更香口更惹味.

炸魚皮無入潮,夠脆口.

五香牛腩有特式,唔係D一舊舊硬實實牛腩,口感鬆軟又入味.

最後揀選午餐肉,原因係次次揀午餐肉,次次都係薄依依薄過日用裝! 但吸水力就超強,收成十蚊八蚊! 好鬼無良! 所以總覺得唔抵! 相反今次麵尊嘅午餐肉竟然係厚切! 第一次係車仔麵檔食到厚切午餐肉! 厚過夜用裝! 有相有真相! 感動!

其實食到一半,門口已經開始有客等位拉龍,於是快快食完清個位出嚟,唔好阻人做生意.

一人獨食的時候拉麵館跟車仔麵就是一個最好的選擇,這晚在銅鑼灣覓食,約六點半左右這間<麵尊>已經有很多人,所以想一探究竟。點了三餸配米線,分別是豬紅、咖哩魷魚跟咖哩牛栢葉,全都是菜單紙上推介的項目,一試發現果然是推介!外間的豬紅味道總是特別濃郁,這家也不例外,很入味很好吃。咖哩魷魚跟咖哩牛柏葉同樣很入味,是那種港式咖哩汁,有點甜口但是吃多兩口也會發現真的有點辣。車仔麵雖然看似簡單,但我覺得咖哩魷魚跟咖哩牛柏葉都是自己在家不大會煮的食物,所以點這種我覺得挺化算。因為已經有咖哩汁所以我沒有再加汁,湯口的甜味配上米線很不錯,我覺得他家最好吃或最神奇的地方就是雖然車仔麵一般都是麵跟湯是分開已經煮好的,但吃下去我沒有覺得兩者那是完全分開的,感覺他真的有把麵放在湯裏滾一滾才上菜。最後想讚一下這間店很貼心的一點是它會額外給你一張椅子放包包!因為車仔麵店一般都不大,而且很常會搭枱,一張四人枱可能坐著四個都不認識的人,不像普通吃個西餐整張桌都是你的就可以把包包放在旁邊的位置,所以在車仔麵店有這個安排就真的很難得。

咖哩魷魚跟咖哩牛柏葉同樣很入味,是那種港式咖哩汁,有點甜口但是吃多兩口也會發現真的有點辣。車仔麵雖然看似簡單,但我覺得咖哩魷魚跟咖哩牛柏葉都是自己在家不大會煮的食物,所以點這種我覺得挺化算。

因為已經有咖哩汁所以我沒有再加汁,湯口的甜味配上米線很不錯,我覺得他家最好吃或最神奇的地方就是雖然車仔麵一般都是麵跟湯是分開已經煮好的,但吃下去我沒有覺得兩者那是完全分開的,感覺他真的有把麵放在湯裏滾一滾才上菜。
最後想讚一下這間店很貼心的一點是它會額外給你一張椅子放包包!因為車仔麵店一般都不大,而且很常會搭枱,一張四人枱可能坐著四個都不認識的人,不像普通吃個西餐整張桌都是你的就可以把包包放在旁邊的位置,所以在車仔麵店有這個安排就真的很難得。

蘿蔔清甜,完全冇渣
牛腩薄切,幾稔,脂肪位亦不多,尚算入味。
蠔油冬菇,厚薄均勻,略嫌細隻。
成日聽老人家講間吾中食下豬紅可以清血毒,我自己九年都唔食一次,今次食番又覺得幾好味。
不過要數最正嗰樣,我就覺得係個湯底,清甜不死鹹,所以到最後飲清光。

每次路過麵尊都總會見到有人在門外排隊,有時長有時短,今日唔算太多人排,好快入座。試了細尊,有5款餸,每樣2件,豬紅有3件,估唔到蘿蔔非當造但好甜,豬紅都好味但又未算係我心中世一,呢道嘅魚蛋比較大粒但食唔到咖哩味,豬皮過稔唔爽口,幼麵軟硬度剛好,湯底濃味,不過食完幾口渴。

聽人講麵尊好出名,是吃車仔麵,所以我也慕名而來,見到門口已排了人龍,但不需等太耐,因為大家主要都是簡單的吃車仔麵!我點了大尊作底再加餸🤭大尊本身已有豬紅,蘿蔔,咖哩魚蛋,紅腸,豬皮和菜,我再額外加了豬頸肉和咖哩魷魚,好多餸,好正!我要了咖哩汁少辣,個湯真係好好味!這裡的蘿蔔好大舊,蘿蔔是甜的,豬紅不腥,豬頸肉彈牙,咖哩魷魚是必點😍,真係特別好味!👍🏻👍🏻朋友都是叫了大尊,但加豬大腸和酸齋,麻辣醬。朋友說麻辣汁好好味,不會死辣!總結來說,我覺得散叫二三個餸加麵,其實都只是40-50元,比起另外普通車仔麵檔的,價錢差不多,但水準是比較好的,而且感覺也較乾淨衛生!還有自家制麻辣醬和咖哩醬賣,買回家沾麵食,煮餸都好正!

講起香港出名既車仔麵,麵尊真係數一數二出名既餐廳。今日收工就黎,都已經開始排隊。我同朋友都叫左四餸車仔麵,每個餸$10-12, 麵底都係$10。係銅鑼灣鬧市,呢個價錢十分佛心,而且味道又好。蘿蔔、斎、雞中翼、咖哩鱿魚米線,腩汁。呢度既辣度好勁,因我唔食得辣野,所以揀左普通湯底,但都十分入味。每個餸都係好入味,瑞士雞翼好惹味,蘿蔔又夠淋加甜,咖哩鱿魚有口感又煙韌,值得一試,米線份量都十分足料,滿滿的一大碗好滿足。蘿蔔、貢丸、豬頸肉、紅腸粗麵粗麵入味之如又有咬感,豬頸肉,貢丸,紅腸好好食,值得一叫,岩晒鐘意食肉既人。無糖可樂$10食完車仔麵飲野真係超爽,滿足。腩汁白菜$22出街食飯多數未必有菜食,呢度有埋蔬菜選擇,健康之選。

呢度既辣度好勁,因我唔食得辣野,所以揀左普通湯底,但都十分入味。每個餸都係好入味,瑞士雞翼好惹味,蘿蔔又夠淋加甜,咖哩鱿魚有口感又煙韌,值得一試,米線份量都十分足料,滿滿的一大碗好滿足。
